The diploma thesis contents complex investigation of concrete company. Implementing regular identification of risks,its analysis and elimination is very important for the company. The main information‘s pillars are analysis of internal and external ingluences which can have powerful impact and influence for the company. Base on these analysis there can be identify potential risks and their precautions for decreasing of total diversified risks.

The return on investment of construction organizations is at risk because construction managers fail to execute projects efficiently. The purpose of this single case study was to explore strategies that construction managers used to deliver projects efficiently. The selected population was 10 construction managers from a single construction organization operating in Panama. The conceptual framework for this study was the McKinsey 7S. Data were collected using semistructured interviews, observations, and a review of public documents. Collected data were compiled, disassembled, reassembled, interpreted, and then conclusions were reached, as noted in Yin's 5-step analysis. Themes that emerged from the study included project experience, communication, collaboration, and resource management. Construction managers noted that the review of needed project experience in alignment with the complexity of the project is a strategy to deliver projects efficiently. Leaders of construction organizations can increase strategic performance by implementing collaboration and leadership programs in accordance with the business objectives. By improving labor productivity, construction companies can complete construction projects faster and with lower construction costs. The findings of this study could contribute to positive social change by providing communication and collaboration strategies between construction organizations and local communities to source local staff and resources. Construction managers might benefit from the findings of this study by increasing their project management skills, an effect that could result in long-term employability.

This thesis deals with the elaboration of draft effective business strategies for companies operating in the baking industry. The theoretical part deals with the processing of knowledge from the literature, which are then used in the practical part. The proposed findings and results based on the analysis of the external and internal environment of monitored companies. When analyzing the external environment is investigated using the macroenvironment PEST analysis and microenvironments based on the analysis of sectoral environment and Porter's five forces model. For the analysis of the internal environment is used McKinsey 7S model and analysis of competitiveness. The financial situation of enterprises is evaluated relative indicators as tools of financial analysis. Using the EFE and IFE matrix are processed factors external and internal environment. Results from internal and external analysis are used to generate internal-external matrix IE and SWOT matrix through which identifies a strategy for enterprises engaged in the baking industry.

Diploma thesis „Evaluation of the financial health of the selected company and suggestions for improvement“ deals with the issue of financial health of the company LEAR a. s. The theoretical part provides knowledge in the field of financial analysis, external and internal analysis. The analytical part is focused on the essential steps for a detailed evaluation of the financial health of the company, including assessment of business environment and calculation of financial indicators. In the last part of the thesis are demonstrated suggestions for the improvement of the unfavourable situation.

This diploma thesis deals with matters of information system in concrete company. First part of the thesis describes theoretical outcomes needed to understand the problems. There were analysis worked out in the second part on the basis of which I will possess the current state of the company and its information system. The goal of this thesis is to suggest changes which will lead to effective using of the information system.

The diploma thesis is focused on the analysis and assessment of current condition of information system in small company. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is focused on the theoretical basis. The second part analyses the current situation in the company, assesses quality of its information system and identifies possible risks. The content of the last part are suggestions for improving the current situation and their economic evaluation.

En rapport från det globala managementkonsultbolaget McKinsey, Värdet av digital teknik i den svenska vården från 2016, har fått en viktig roll i myndigheternas och SKR:s arbete med att digitalisera den svenska vården. Uppsatsens syfte är att göra en källkritisk analys av rapporten och hur den omskrivits och debatterats i medierna. Målet är att få syn på vilka krafter som varit i rörelse när det gäller digitaliseringen av vården, och hur medierna fångat upp det. För att skapa förståelse inför analysen av aktörer, intressen och källor, ger uppsatsen en bakgrundsbeskrivning. Den visar på ett flerårigt och omfattande lobbyarbete med McKinsey i spetsen, både i Sverige och internationellt. Bolaget är spindeln i nätet mellan offentliga och privata intressen. Det teoretiska perspektivet i uppsatsen bygger på forskning om relationerna mellan journalister och professionella källor, och beskriver hur aktörer utanför medierna kan påverka opinionsbildningen, till exempel genom informationssubventioner och lansering av nyheter och tolkningsramar. Den empiriska analysen bygger på en källkritisk studie av McKinsey-rapporten och mediebevakningen från lanseringen 2016 fram till våren 2021. Mediematerialet omfattar 85 nyhets- och opinionsartiklar. Uppsatsens huvudfråga är ”Hur har svenska medier – ur ett källkritiskt perspektiv – rapporterat om McKinsey-rapporten Värdet av digital teknik i den svenska vården?”. Svaret är att nyhetsrapporteringen har återgivit rapportens innehåll, men utan kritiska frågor eller uppföljning. Journalisterna har accepterat McKinseys påståenden och försöker inte verifiera dem. Uppsatsens delfråga ”Vilka källor används i McKinsey-rapporten och vad säger källanvändningen om rapportens trovärdighet?” besvaras i dokumentanalysen med att källanvändningen varit mycket svepande och oklar. Det gör att rapportens trovärdighet kan ifrågasättas. Den övervägande delen av både nyhets- och opinionsartiklarna ansluter sig till rapportens tolkningsramar och reflekterar inte över vare sig ramarna, avsändaren eller sammanhanget. Rapporten har fungerat som en informationssubvention till medierna och en lagstiftningssubvention till politiker och andra beslutsfattare i vård och omsorg.
