Aplikace měřicích sond v procesu soustružení / Application of a measuring probes in turning process

My diploma work is focused on implementation of measuring probe to process of cutting operation by turning and description of their effective usage ways. Measuring probe are used as correction during turning process or to control measuring of turning work eventually to signal mistake in process. In practical part the laser measuring probe is used to control shaft functional dimensions. Measuring is done after tooling and it substitute exit control. Laser probe was also reviewed regarding usability for given purpose as measurement tool and in the same time were reviewed time and cost differences against alternative turning process.

Att mäta organisationsförändring : En studie om att mäta formella och informella element vid en organisationsförändring i offentlig sektor

Syftet med uppsatsen är att ta reda på hur en organisationsförändring kan mätas med avseende på formella och informella element samt att presentera hur mätprocessen kan genomföras. Studien bygger på intervjuer och dokumenterade utvärderingar. Studien visar att de formella elementen mäts genom att kontrollera att målen som satts upp inför förändringen är uppfyllda. De informella elementen mäts genom medarbetarundersökningar dock utan någon koppling till förändringen som har genomförts. När de informella elementen mäts i en förändringsprocess görs detta genom så kallade attitydmätningar. För att underlätta mätningen av en förändringsprocess kan en uppdelning göras i fyra stadier; förberedelse, före, under och efter. / The purpose of this paper is to find out how a planned organizational change can be measured in terms of formal and informal elements and to present how a measure process can be done. The study is based on interviews and documented evaluations. The formal elements are measured by controlling that the goals for the organizational change are achieved. The informal elements are measured through employee surveys but without any connection to the organizational change that has been done. When the informal elements are measured in an organizational change it is done by attitude measures. To facilitate the measurement of an organizational change it can be separated in four stages, preparation, before, during and after.

This scenery demands the revision of certain rules, between them, the production system evaluation form. The companies need to attend their clients, providing products or services with the best quality levels, with competitive prices, with quick delivery, flexibility to make product changes if necessary and it is also necessary to create competitive criteria, which are strategic actions used to distinguish them from the competitors. To present these differentials, the companies need to find a production performance standard that allows the creation of these differentials with safety, presenting a real stability that won t allow an important change that made affect their productivity and efficiency. Therefore, this paper proposes to present a model of measuring process that, after a research that took place in manufacturers in Joinville and Jaraguá do Sul, has the main objective to present suggestions to companies interested to adopt this model in order to have sustained their continuous improvement management actions of the productive performance with the simulations of the application of this model result are obtained that assures to the companies the needed clearness to reach total involvement of its operational team, its management and support areas, providing this way a important commitment atmosphere to reach the desired competition level / Num cenário que vem se apresentando cada vez mais dinâmico e imprevisível, onde a concorrência pode assumir escalas globais, as organizações são forçadas a procurar novas idéias, métodos e ferramentas de gestão empresarial, buscando sempre a melhoria contínua de seu sistema produtivo. Este cenário exige a revisão de certos preceitos, dentre eles, a forma de avaliar o desempenho de seu sistema produtivo. As empresas precisam atender seus clientes, fornecendo produtos ou serviços com os melhores níveis de qualidade, com preços competitivos, com rapidez na entrega, flexibilidade para atender algumas solicitações de alteração no produto, além de ter que criar critérios competitivos, que se traduzem em ações estratégicas utilizadas para diferenciá-los da concorrência. Para apresentar estes diferenciais as empresas precisam encontrar um padrão de desempenho produtivo que lhes permita criar estes diferenciais com segurança, apresentando uma estabilidade que não permita desvios importantes que possam afetar a sua produtividade e eficiência. Agilní metody vývoje software / Software Development Agile Methods

The thesis deals with basic principles of agile software development and describes their advantages compared to the traditional approach. Siemens, s.r.o in Brno uses combination of Scrum and Kanaban as part of organizational processes, therefore the thesis focuses mainly on the method Scrum, Kanban, Scrum-ban and compares these methods with each other. The thesis also analyzes the existing project and results were consulted with the representative of the Siemens company together with the proposals for improvement. JIRA plugin was designed and implemented base on our mutual agreement. This module extends the current tool for analyzing agile projects, this leads to better support of decision making in the context of agile processes. Benefits and further upgrades are consulted at the end of the thesis.
