Having lived through experiences that generated anxieties and concerns during my training and practice in Special Education, I wanted this work to analyze, through narratives of Special Educators, different sets of knowledge and power used in the process of subjectivity in order to understand how they Special Educators are and how to undertake a self-care in order to relate better with each other and improve their professional practice. I conducted this research using a Foucault reading which used the mechanisms of subjectivity and self-care as key tools to weave this dissertation. Through this work, I realize that we are constituted through relations of power and knowledge, truth games subjectivate us and cause us to act and we relate with others, with the world and ourselves in certain ways. We subjectified through binaries of right/wrong, normal/abnormal, among others that cause us to look at the subjects in certain ways. This work was composed in order to allow some resistance strengthened through self-care as a possibility to think about these games, in which we invariably inserted and, from these plots, can act in other ways about the world, on the other (that can be our disabled students) and especially about ourselves, enabling us to be a free subject and desiring to be under certain conditions. / Tendo passado por experiências que geraram angústias e inquietações durante minha formação e prática profissional em Educação Especial, pretendi com este trabalho analisar através de narrativas de Educadoras Especiais, os diferentes jogos de saber e poder utilizados nos processos de subjetivação a fim de compreender como elas se constituem Educadoras Especiais e como empreendem um cuidado de si no intuito de relacionar-se melhor com o outro e melhorar sua prática profissional. Realizei esta pesquisa utilizando-me de uma leitura foucaultiana a partir da qual utilizei os mecanismos de subjetivação e o cuidado de si como principais ferramentas para tecer esta dissertação. Através deste trabalho, pude perceber que nos constituímos através de relações de poder e saber, jogos de verdade que nos subjetivam e fazem com que ajamos e nos relacionemos com os outros, com o mundo e com nós mesmos de determinadas formas. Somos produzidos através de binarismos de certo/errado, normal/anormal; entre outros que fazem com que olhemos para os sujeitos de determinadas formas. Este trabalho constituiu-se no intuito de possibilitar algumas resistências fortalecidas através do cuidado de si como possibilidade de pensarmos sobre esses jogos, nos quais estamos invariavelmente inseridos e, a partir destas tramas, conseguir agir de outras formas sobre o mundo, sobre o outro (que pode ser nosso aluno com deficiência) e principalmente sobre nós mesmos, possibilitando-nos ser um sujeito livre e desejante de estar em certas condições.

Estudamos como se constrói o habitus do convertido a partir de dois momentos investigativos: 1)pelo lado institucional, através da compreensão e práticas que o corpo-perito/de produtores e gestores dos bens religiosos tem a respeito do processo; 2) e a partir das narrativas experienciais dos que se convertem, passando pelos estágios previstos pela instituição, os quais culminam no batismo nas águas. Para tanto, inspirados nas contribuições de Pierre Bourdieu e Michel Foucault, focalizamos a relação entre agentes e estrutura, os mecanismos de incorporação de modos particulares de ser, agir e sentir, dos que se submetem a processos de subjetivações no contexto da trajetória de conversão dos indivíduos à AD. Sendo uma pesquisa de caráter qualitativo, usamos as técnicas de observação direta, visitando sistematicamente as atividades de formação dos convertidos, e também fizemos entrevistas com uma amostra não aleatória de agentes institucionais e de recém-conversos e seus familiares. / In this paper we discuss the social processes related to convertion to the Assembly of God - AD, having as empirical object a religious community of that denomnation in the city of Campina Grande – Paraiba State - Brazil. We study how the new habitus of the converted is sharped following two investigative stages: 1) from the institutional side, through understanding and practices that the Experts Staff/The Religious stuff Producers and Managers have about the process; 2) and from the experiential narratives of those who become AD’s Members, through the stages provided by the institution, which culminate in water baptism. Therefore, inspired by the contributions of Pierre Bourdieu and Michel Foucault, we focused on the relationship between agents and structure, the incorporation of mechanisms of particular ways of being, acting and feeling as a AD’s Member, analizing the undergoing subjectivation processes in the context of conversion trajectory of individuals in the AD. As a qualitative study, we used the techniques of direct observation, systematically visiting the training activities of the converts, and also did interviews with a random sample of non-institutional actors and new converts and their relatives.
