Neste cen?rio, a precariza??o do trabalho docente pode produzir adoecimento e situa??es de aliena??o que repercutem nas viv?ncias do trabalho. A presente pesquisa enfoca o trabalho do professor ?polivalente? dos anos iniciais do ensino fundamental da rede municipal de Natal (RN-Brasil) e compreende a perspectiva da cl?nica da atividade. Este trabalho visa ? explora??o e an?lise de elementos e percep??es constitutivas do trabalho docente e seu contexto de inser??o, bem como a articula??o com as viv?ncias, sua express?o e constitui??o. A pesquisa compreendeu uma etapa descritiva e inferencial quantitativa, envolvendo o uso de question?rio s?cio profissional e instrumento de avalia??o das dimens?es psicossociais do trabalho; e outra etapa cl?nicoqualitativa, baseada na t?cnica de Instru??o ao S?sia, que permite o di?logo do trabalhador com sua pr?tica laboral. Foi identificado um elevado percentual de professores que se sentem solit?rios no trabalho (30,2% da amostra) e associa??o desta vari?vel ? situa??o de risco psicossocial. Da etapa cl?nico-qualitativa participaram duas professoras de 1? ano da rede municipal. Observaram-se diferentes modos de rela??o com a atividade: uma viv?ncia estabelecida na l?gica da produ??o e controle da turma, revelando impedimentos da a??o e sentimentos de solid?o; e outra centrada na mobiliza??o intelectual do aluno, expressando dinamismo e satisfa??o laboral, al?m de acesso a recursos de enriquecimento da a??o. Aponta-se para a necessidade de criar e fortalecer coletivos de trabalho nas escolas visando ao desenvolvimento e constru??o de referenciais para a a??o, al?m da mobiliza??o pol?tica por melhores condi??es de trabalho. / The democratization of education possesses contradictory interests that involve both, mechanisms that reproduce inequalities and forces geared towards social transformation. In this context, the precariousness of the teaching work can produce situations of alienation which influence the work experiences. The present research focuses on the work of "polyvalent" elementary school teachers of Natal (RN-Brasil) municipal schools. It comprehends the clinic of activity perspective, an approach that explores the activity subjective dimension, enabling the expansion of consciousness and power over activity, revealing mediations and experiences. The objective of this study is to explore and analyse the teaching work constitutive elements and perceptions, its insertion context, as well as the articulation with the expression and constitution of experiences. The research covered: a descriptive and inferential quantitative stage, using a socio-professional questionnaire and a psychosocial work dimensions evaluating instrument; and a clinical qualitative stage, which made use of the Instruction to the Double (clinic of activity), promoting the dialogue with professional practice. Within this research, it has been identified a high percentile of teachers who experience loneliness at work (30.2% of the sample), as well as the connection between this perception and feelings of dissatisfaction regarding available time, pedagogical planning meetings and little familiarity with School's Political Pedagogical Project. Two 1st grade municipal school teachers participated of the research clinical qualitative stage. Different features in regard to the relation with the teaching work activity were observed: an experience established in the logic of production and class control, revealing obstacles to action and feelings of solitude; and another focused on student intellectual mobilization, expressing dynamism and job satisfaction, as well as access to resources of activity enrichment. The study concludes that it is necessary to create and reinforce working collective dimension at schools aiming at the development and construction of activity references, besides political mobilization in view of better working conditions.

Tamb?m chamadasfanfics ou simplesmente fics, s?o fic??es ligadas a expans?es de universos narrativos criadas por f?s envolvidas em contextos de converg?ncia midi?tica (JENKINS, 2009; 2012). Publicadas de forma integral no site Social Spirit, Di?rio de uma Iniciante em Copa do Mundo e sua continua??o, Di?rio de uma Iniciante em Champions League, constroem a narrativa ficcional de uma jornalista, Fernanda Moraes, que, devido ao seu trabalho na cobertura da Copa do Mundo 2014, envolve-se amorosamente com David Luiz, atuante na competi??o. As hist?rias se espalham por diferentes espa?os virtuais de intera??o, o que aponta para a ideia de obras em andamento de Busse e Hellekson (2006) sobre as fanfics. Al?m disso, percebemos que n?o s?o apenas as narrativas que se expandem nesses espa?os, mas o contato das leitoras tamb?m f?s do jogador com as competi??es esportivas ?s quais os enredos se referem, citadas como produtos transm?dias (COSTA, 2015). Desse modo, atrav?s da an?lise do conte?do (BARDIN, 1977; BAUER, 2012) das narrativas e das entrevistas aplicadas, constatamos que n?o foi unicamente o interesse de f? pelo jogador que motivou a escrita das fics, mas pelo pr?prio mundo do futebol, pelas fanfictions em si e pelos espa?os de intera??o com as leitoras. As fanfics estudadas s?o entendidas como media??es entre fic??o e realidade e nos levam a abordar a ideia de narrativas pessoais midiatizadas (ESCOSTEGUY, 2011) e a problematizar por meio delas a considera??o de Silverstone (1999) sobre a onipresen?a da m?dia nas nossas vidas cotidianas. Assim, discutimos as rela??es entre fanfic, cultura de f?s, m?dia e narrativas. / In this work, we question the narrative construction of the life of a real person featured in the media in fiction, mediated from transm?dias products. We do a qualitative analysis of two fanfictions of the brazilian soccer player David Luiz, as well as the interviews applied to the authors responsible for those stories. Also called fanfic or simply fic are fictions linked to expansions of narrative universes created by fans involved in media convergence contexts (Jenkins, 2009; 2012). Published in full in the site Social Spirit, Di?rio de uma Iniciante em Copa do Mundo and its sequel, Di?rio de uma Iniciante em Champions League, build a fictional account of a journalist, Fernanda Moraes, who, because of her work of coverage the World Cup in 2014, she gets involve lovingly with David Luiz, it played in the competition. The stories spread through different virtual spaces of interaction, which points to the idea of work in progress of Busse and Hellekson (2006) about fanfics. Also, we realize that not only are the stories that expand, but the contact of the readers and player?s fans with the sports competitions to which the plots refer cited as transmedia products (COSTA, 2015). We found that it was not only the interest of fan by the player who led the writing of the fic, but by the very world of soccer, the fanfiction itself and the spaces of interaction with readers. The fanfics studied are understood as mediations between fiction and reality and lead us to approach the idea of mediatized personal narratives (ESCOSTEGUY, 2011) and problematize through them the consideration of Silverstone (1999) on media omnipresence in our everyday lives. Thus, we discuss the relationship between fanfic, culture fans, media and narratives.

With the development of writing and the advent of new technical devices, it creates new ways to store and transport information. The memory is no longer restricted to the limits of the here and now of the subject and undergoes transformations. In this scenario, the media start to play an important role in publicizing and construction of embodiments of memory. This study aims to analyze the conformation of the memory of political groups during the process of receiving audiovisual fiction. For this purpose, a corpus of four chapters of the soap opera Love and Revolution was used as a cognitive device for remembering. The television series, broadcast by SBT between April 2011 and January 2012, went back to the beginning and development of the military dictatorship in Brazil, in the cities of Rio de Janeiro and S?o Paulo. Three militants of various affiliations Communists who acted against the regime in Rio Grande do Norte and neighboring states, were participants in this study. Using the method of oral history, the research was divided into two stages: in-depth interviews, which dealt with the history of life of employees with the militancy in the Communist parties and other social movements, and the assistance of a drive dramatic soap opera Love and Revolution. Comparing these two phases of the study, we analyze the flow of mediations that crossed memories of militancy and media framework; shifts the narrative of remembrance during reception, and the opposition between memory and represented the experiences of the receivers / Inst?ncia constru?da subjetiva e socialmente, a mem?ria n?o ? um fen?meno natural, mas um espa?o de disputa entre v?rias organiza??es sociais pelo controle e legitima??o de um passado. Com o desenvolvimento da escrita e o advento de novos aparatos t?cnicos, criam-se novas formas de armazenar e transportar informa??es. A mem?ria deixa de ser restrita aos limites do aqui e agora do sujeito e passa por transforma??es. Nesse cen?rio, as m?dias passam a desempenhar um papel importante na publiciza??o e constru??o de enquadramentos da mem?ria. Este estudo visa analisar a conforma??o da mem?ria de grupos pol?ticos durante o processo de recep??o de fic??o audiovisual. Para tanto, um corpus de quatro cap?tulos da telenovela Amor e Revolu??o foi usado como dispositivo cognitivo para a rememora??o. A telenovela, transmitida pela emissora SBT entre abril de 2011 e janeiro de 2012, remontava o in?cio e o desenvolvimento da Ditadura Militar no Brasil, nas cidades do Rio de Janeiro e S?o Paulo. Tr?s militantes de filia??es comunistas diferentes, que atuaram contra o regime no Rio Grande do Norte e nos estados vizinhos, foram participantes desse estudo. Utilizando o m?todo da hist?ria oral, a pesquisa foi dividida em duas etapas: as entrevistas em profundidade, que tratavam da hist?ria de vida dos colaboradores com a milit?ncia em partidos comunistas e outros movimentos sociais; e a assist?ncia de uma unidade dram?tica da telenovela Amor e Revolu??o.
