Methodics of drug crime investigation Abstract The subject of my diploma work is the methodics of drug crime investigation. Above all, I have chosen this subject because I am deeply interested in the problem of drug and circumstances that are linked with this issue. As police officer I have a lot of experience on the field of drug crime investigation and I decided to focus my diploma work especially on the methodics of serious organized and international drug crime. My diploma work is structured into two parts and seven chapters. In the General part I tried to explain most important facts about drug crime, its history, its causes and I mentioned some specifics of the drug scene in the Czech Republic. Chapter 2 of my diploma work is aimed to provide detailed information about various kinds of drugs, about their origin, appearance and effects on human health. Very important part of my diploma work is also next chapter that is aimed on legal regulation of drug treatment in our country. This thesis focuses on developing methodics for performance comparison of data warehouse systems. Firstly, the thesis defines data warehouses in various development stages of organization BI and describes knowledge about data warehouses. Methodics developed in the thesis describes architecture of standardized data warehouse, data flow between areas of data warehouse and processes in data warehouse. Understanding of these concepts is crucial for assurance of methodics applicability. Methodics offer logical progression of steps, which start and include testing of data warehouse systems. The contribution of the thesis is in having guide, what needs to be done when organization must do while testing various systems for data warehouses. Also it describes how this testing should be done on middle level detail, which is the absolute minimum level of abstraction that can be done due to wide applicability of methodics. Methodics offers solution to the problem of performance comparison when organization need to answer question - Which data warehouse system should we use in our organization? However, methodics expects already some knowledge about data warehouse content.

This diploma thesis focuses at first on COBIT and CMMI for Development methodics from a software project management support point of view. Based on those methodics is a current state of processes and software support analysis performed in unmentioned real IT company and list of necessary changes is created. This thesis also contains overview of chosen open-source tools supporting project management and describes benefits of using them in combination. Crucial part is about implementation of those selected tools, changes performed in processes and in current tailor made application. Before and after changes is process maturity state assigned based on used methodics. At the end is described verification of achieved results based on pilot operation of updated processes, and new or updated software tools for its support.

This thesis deals with the implementation of project management in an IT company from the sector of Small and Medium Enterprise. Its goal is to prepare the project management framework based on the robust methodics PMBoK, by which the company can begin to perform its business cases by using projects. The minor goals are the clear definition of project management and the summary of PMBoK and its features customized for the SME sector. This thesis consists of three parts: first one defines the basic terminology related to project management and includes the selection of the ideal organizational structure for project management in smaller company. Next part analyses the methodics PMBoK and it is used to derive a customized methodics for Small and Medium Enterprises.This methodics is then described more in detail in the last part with emphasis on process description. The main contribution of this thesis lies in creation of customized methodics of project management, which will be used in real life. Next minor contribution is the process of customization of PMBoK for SME.

Tyrimo objektas – ūkininko ūkio finansinės būklės ir rezultatų vertinimas. Darbo tikslas – sudaryti ūkininko ūkio finansinės būklės ir rezultatų vertinimo metodiką, grindžiamą palyginamumo principu. Tyrimo tikslui pasiekti darbe numatoma išspręsti šiuos uždavinius: 1. atskleisti finansinės būklės ir rezultatų vertinimo metodikos esmę; 2. identifikuoti žemės ūkio produkcijos gamybos ir apskaitos specifikos veiksnius, sąlygojančius atskiros finansinės būklės ir rezultatų vertinimo metodikos ūkiui poreikį; 3. atlikti identifikuotų veiksnių sąlygojamas ūkio apskaitos ir santykinių finansinių rodiklių apskaičiavimo metodikos korekcijas, grindžiamas palyginamumo principu; 4. sudaryti ūkininko ūkio finansinės būklės ir rezultatų vertinimo metodiką, grindžiamą turinio svarbos prieš formą ir palyginamumo principais; 5. empiriškai patikrinti sudarytą finansinės analizės metodiką panaudojant ūkio finansinės atskaitomybės duomenis. Research aim – to compose the methodics of evaluation of financial situation and results in the farmer’s farm based by the comparability principle. Objectives: 1. to disclose the essence of methodics of evaluation of financial state and results; 2. to identify the factors of specifics of agricultural production and accounting taking influence on demand of individual methodics of evaluation of financial state and results in the farm; 3. to perform the corrections in farm accounting and methodics of calculation of comparative financial indicators influenced by the identified factors and based by the comparability principle; 4. to compose the methodics of evaluation of financial situation and results in the farmer’s farm based by the content importance prior to form and the comparability principles; 5. to verify empirically the prepared methodics of financial analysis using the farm financial accountability data. It this study morphometric characteristics and the growth of univoltine predatory water scorpion - Nepa cinerea were studied on the basis of data measured on freshly killed individuals, the same ethanol - fixed individuals and dried individuals. The growth of this species has an exponential character. By comparing the morphometric characteristics of freshly killed and fixed individuals was found that the ethanol fixation influenced mainly weight of all developmental stages and total abdominal ventral length of adults. The same was found for the comparison of morphometric characteristics of freshly killed individuals and dried individuals. Other studied dimensions were not significantly deformed even by fixation or drying. Reducing of individula demensions by the influence of fixation and drying was uneven at different developmental stages. Reliable dimension for differentiating of individual developmental stages fixed material and the collected dried material is especially the media length of the body. Dimensions of fixed individuals and dried individuals is not significantly different from dimensions of freshly killed individuals. This project was supported by grant GA CR P505/10/0096.

The graduation thesis deal with a problems and prevention of socialy-patological phenomenons, which occures at basic schools. The theoretic part is based on general characteristic of several problems threatening the youth, there is also a system of prevention at basic school and a role of the teacher in these programs. In the finish of the work there is a setting for prevention, which the school receives from the governing body. The important part of the graduation thesis is an analysis of minimal preventive programs of several basic schools and there is also a research at these schools, which is focused on fifth-year class pupils. The sense of this research is in findings of amount of information pupils have got about socialy-pathological phenomenons and experiences with them.

The aim of this thesis is to describe and analyze the information system of the company, which deals with the processing and sale of metallurgical material. Various analyzes will be used to evaluate the individual parts of the system, on the basis of which proposals for changes and measures, which should lead to better overall efficiency of processes, will be created in the final part.

This master's thesis deals with the methodology of writing the source code and their impact on the effectiveness of programming. Furthermore, the possibility of error detection patterns in the source code of PHP. Specifically, it addressed the possibility of integration tools for static analysis of the working group. The working group was elected by supervisor Ing. Michael Jurosz, which is in charge of the development and expansion of the Internet Information System Technical University of Brno. The works are given the best tools for static analysis of the PHP language. After evaluation and subsequent selection of tools and the procedure is further analysis and informal specifications tools. The following is a detailed proposal, a description of the implementation and integration .. In conclusion, we find an assessment of the whole of this work, added value for working team and the continuation of development tool.

The dissertation describes the technical analysis of the pipe material of gray cast iron, which is developed on the basis of historical documents and standards. The technical analysis is a methodology for determining the technical state and theoretical residual life of the pipe section made of cast iron, which is processed into a software application Kozel 1.0. The proposed methodology operates on the basis of multi-criteria decision making. For input the data methodologies are designed to monitor the operators of water supply networks. The output of the methodology is to determine the category of the technical condition of the pipe section and time stamp, minimum and maximum residual lifetime analysis pipeline segment. Outputs of the methodology are compared with the outputs of medium-term plans of Ostrava and Brno.
