Mobilní tester závěsu automobilového kola / Mobile tester of suspension automotive wheels

Novák, Petr January 2016 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the constructional design, followed by the manufacturing of the tester for non-invasive diagnostics of cars shock absorbers. It is a resonant adhesive tester with 3 mm lift of measuring platform, in contrast with standardly manufactured testers with 6 mm lift. By reducing lift of measuring platform is eliminated failure of EUSAMA methodology for problematic vehicles. In the thesis are also included verifications of tester function and comparative measurements with standardly manufactured tester.

Vývoj nových glykosylačních metod pro syntézu nukleosidů / Development of new glycosylation methods for the synthesis of nucleosides

Downey, Alan Michael January 2017 (has links)
As they make up DNA and RNA, nucleosides are considered the key to life. Synthetic nucleosides also constitute many drugs that treat viral infections and cancer. As a result, more efficient methods to access these crucial molecules would have implications that extend beyond a synthetic chemist's benchtop and into medicinal chemistry and medical research. One of the most challenging steps in the synthesis of nucleosides is the glycosylation step between the acceptor heterocycle (nucleobase) and the saccharide-based donor. Often to obtain satisfactory yield of this step with good regio- and stereochemical control the extensive use of protecting groups must be employed to squelch reactivity at unwanted reactive groups. Consequently, this process of protection−glycosylation−deprotection is laborious, inefficient, and often requires the use of toxic reagents. It would be, therefore, highly welcomed if new methodology to effect this glycosylation step was designed that reduces or removes the need to use protecting groups, but would still provide nucleosides in good yield, regio- and stereoselectively. Herein, this thesis presents my efforts into achieving this end. By employing modified Mitsunobu conditions, I determined that it is possible to directly glycosylate a nucleobase with D-ribose to afford...

Analýza občanských sdružení jako sociálních podniků v Praze / the Ananlysis of Civil Association as Social Enterprises in Prague

Zelenková, Karolína January 2013 (has links)
This diploma thesis is analyzing civic associations that conduct a social enterprise in Prague. The aim of the paper is to discover, in which measure do the specific associations fulfill economical and social conditions according to the methodology EMES, which represents characteristics for an "optimal social enterprise". Firstly, the thesis examines the idea of the social economics and social entrepreneurship in the Czech Republic as well as in Europe. It focuses on the research network EMES of professor Jacques Defourny, and on the legal and economical activity of the civic associations. The methodological part of the paper analysis examples of the specific civic associations through the methodology EMES. For each association, economic and social conditions, based on methodic EMES, are examined through the document analysis method and semi-structured interviews. The output of this thesis are recommendations, that could improve the success rate of the Czech civic associations in an important manner. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

Mogućnosti osposobljavanja učenika za samostalni istraživački rad u nastavi prirode i društva

Golubović-Ilić Irena 10 January 2014 (has links)

U radu su prikazani rezultati eksperimentalne primene samostalnog istraživačkog rada i laboratorijsko-eksperimentalne metode u obradi sadržaja nastave Prirode i društva.

Metodika vyšetřování specifických případů vražd (se zaměřením na případy, v nichž pachatel předstírá, že jde o sebevraždu oběti) / Methodology of investigating specific homicides (focused on staged suicides)

Záhorová, Štěpánka January 2021 (has links)
Methodology of investigating specific homicides (focused on staged suicides) This diploma thesis deals with the methodology of investigating homicides and suicides, it determines the common and divergent traces left on a victim's body as well as on a crime scene and examines circumstances which motivate a perpetrator to stage a suicide. Last but not least, the thesis describes specific features of individual investigative acts. The aim of the thesis is not to bring a summary of the methodology of homicide investigation but it aims to draw the attention to the procedures typical for the investigation of murders which appear to be suicides and describes the ways how to distinguish staged suicides from the real ones. The thesis consists of six chapters. The first three chapters sum up the definitions of the terms homicide and suicide in criminal law and criminology, examine the circumstances prompting a murder perpetrator to stage a suicide, and describe the typical ways of committing homicides and suicides. The fourth chapter, which examines the important traces left on a victim's body and a crime scene, forms the core of the thesis. It brings the overview of the common and divergent traces in homicide and suicide cases and also the most frequently manipulated and faked traces in staged cases. The...
