The diploma thesis Teaching English Effectively with an Interactive Whiteboard deals with the phenomenon of interactive whiteboards; their characteristics, installation in schools, possible ways of use and contributions to English lessons. The main aims are to examine the tool from various perspectives, to research the situation of IWBs in the Czech Republic and to provide technical as well as methodological support for teachers of English as a foreign language. The theoretical part summarises facts about interactive whiteboards on the basis of worldwide research and publications, whereas the main body is more teacher-oriented and focuses on the practical aspects of using IWBs at schools. Therefore, it includes a survey, guidelines with many ideas, sample activities created in the software ActiveInspire and accompanied by a detailed commentary, and finally, training for teachers which was organised in Prague. Theoretical part attends to a child character and describes his/her motive skills. Teaching of athletics and its inclusion to the Physical Education lessons are described in the thesis. Attention is paid to the specification of the running characteristics, its structuring, history and technics. A methodical series was prepared for the purpose of this thesis. FC Viktorie Přerov o.s club, which will help other coaches in this club. By this methodic we will continue to work with youth cathegories U10 - U13. Compare history, present and future, which will cooperate with methodics and organization of work with youth. We will compare informations from Ajax Amsterdam, Dukla Praha and 1. FC Viktorie Přerov and from all these clubs we will take the best to conditions of our middle big club. Methods: Analysis of historical literature, analysis of present literature, analysis of needs of 1. FC Viktorie Přerov Results: The result of this work will be written conception for youth cathegories U10 - U13 based on historical materials from 1. The goal of Master's thesis is analysis of suitability of Unicorn Universe service, which is operated by Unicorn Company, for implementation of PRINCE2 project management methodology. Theoretical and Methodological part of Master's thesis includes description of PRINCE2 methodology and description of methods, which are used for requirements analysis and analysis of Unicorn Universe service. The analysis of Unicorn Universe service confirmed that this service is suitable for implementation of PRINCE2 methodology. This suitability is also proven by implementation of chosen part of PRINCE2 methodology. The Master's thesis recommends the implementation of PRINCE2 methodology to Unicorn Universe service. There are estimated economical and non-economical benefits, which are brought by this implementation to Unicorn and Unicorn its clients.

Crime of murder under section 140 of the criminal code: criminal law, criminological and criminalistic aspects Abstract This thesis is intended to provide the reader with a comprehensive overview of the crime phenomenon of murder not only from a criminal law point of view, but also from a criminological and criminalistic point of view. Before the analysis of the actual questions is first described the history of the legal regulation of murders in the territory of nowadays Czech Republic, as the outline of the development and approach to punishment of murders in history serves to better understand the form of the present arrangement and its meaning. Subsequently, the term human life is described, in which it is important to define its beginning and end, as it is highlighted that it is the object of the murder crime and the most important criminal code protected by the interest. After that, the issue of the crime of murder from the point of view of criminal law is already addressed, especially by its inclusion within the system of intentional killing, which is contained in the current Criminal Code. At the beginning, the elements of a crime of murder are characterized and typified. Výroba dermoplastických preparátů celých ryb / Taxidermal Mounts of the Fish Body

The thesis presents methodology of creating whole-fish dermoplastic models. It is primarily intended for teachers of natural history and biology. The results are based on mapping out both modern and traditional methods of fish taxidermy. By empirical verification and introduction of new methods, a comprehensive manual of fish taxidermy was created. It can serve as a useful didactic tool. Methodology also describes the issue of obtaining and preserving fish specimen. Profound knowledge of fish anatomy is a necessary prerequisite for specimen taxidermy, thus methodology also includes anatomical overview and guidelines for fish anatomical dissection. The output of the practical part of the thesis are dermoplastic fish models which became part of the specimen collection at the Department of Biology and Environmental Studies at the Faculty of Pedagogics at Charles University, where they are meant to be used for educational purposes. Methodological part of the thesis evaluates the experience gained during the process of model creation. Certain recommendations regarding suitability of particular fish species for taxidermy, material and tools required, choice of method and its advantages and disadvantages, were made. The thesis is focused on methodology of Information System/Information and Communication Technology (IS/ICT) projects management. The main goal of the thesis is to modify and extend the business informatics management model (applied on the Department of Information Technologies of University of Economics in Prague) with specifics of methodologies focused on setting up, management and coordination of IS/ICT projects. The analytical part of the thesis is focused on analyzing and consolidation of IS/ICT project management terms. Furthermore are delimited specification of setting up and management of IS/ICT projects. Follow out are described and evaluated current methodologies approaches focused on IS/ICT projects rules description. The thesis describes relation between several IS/ICT methodologies: IS/ICT project management methodology, IS/ICT development methodology and IS/ICT management methodology. Within thesis are presented and analyzed researches of current situation in IS/ICT project management methodology usage and level of IS/ICT project management around the world and within Czech Republic. The main part of the thesis extends the methodical framework MEFIS and describes proposal of IS/ICT management methodology pattern, which appends the reference model of informatics management and the MDIS methodology. Furthermore is IS/ICT project management delimited as standalone service. Main parts of methodology are defined and processes and data objects of IS/ICT project management methodology are outlined. The application part of thesis covers the proposal of the implementation procedure of conceptual proposal of IS/ICT project management methodology. The proposal of the implementation procedure was verified in practice. All experiences with implementation of conceptual model of IS/ICT project management are evaluated.

Currently published statistics focused on the area of software projects are very disturbing. It is alarming that, according to research company Standish Group only 32% of IT projects end successfully. The percentage of cancelled projects, 24%, is even more disturbing. The applied methodology should contribute to the increase success of the software engineering projects. Statistics show that the methodology applied in the work sphere, is currently used by more than 50% of firms. This work shows the development of specific software in a small IT company, which currently is not supported by any methodology of IS / ICT. The primary objective of this work is the evaluation of the methodology best suited to the needs of business presented. The first chapter of the theoretical part deals with the issues of software engineering and is focused mainly on the area of IT projects success rates and related critical factors of software engineering. The second chapter is then devoted to the history of software engineering and describes the important milestones leading to the development of the most well-known life cycle models and methodologies. The main part of the theoretical block is devoted to methodologies of IS / ICT. This passage is particularly concentrating on the meaning of methodologies in the management of development projects. It also focuses on comparing agile and rigorous methodologies and deals with the assessment of appropriate methodologies for the development of IS / ICT in small businesses. The first part of the practical unit focuses on the introduction of the presented company. The following chapters are devoted to analyzing the current state of software engineering of the client, leading to the detection of the major problems of current development. The analysis is followed by chapter, which is devoted to the presentation of five agile methodologies which were selected on the basis of criteria based on client's specific requirements and needs. The final part is devoted to the evaluation of methodologies based on meeting the given criteria and according to the level of support solutions to the problems analyzed. Based on the resulting findings the client is recommended specific methodology and the appropriate procedure outlined in the implementation of the chosen methodology.

This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the requirements, design and implementation of the System for monitoring of insolvency register and commercial register from administrative register of economical subjects. The system has an extendable design which allows further sources to be added at a later date to suit the client's needs. The design process is oriented at small business customers and emphasises the need for simplicity and understandability of the marketed solution. System requirements are analysed first, subsequently, several models with decreasing levels of abstraction are formulated and the System is then implemented, according to these models, using several funkcional increments.

The topic of the final thesis is the evaluation of publicly available electronic information and information from paid sources of information. The evaluation of information sources is focused on obtaining data for financial analysis that is performed in the process of business valuation. The thesis is divided into two main parts -- The theoretical one and the practical one. The first three chapters pay particular attention to the thesis that is dedicated to the valuation process, legislation and subjects that can make the valuation. The practical part contains two methodologies that are based on decision analysis. Each method consists of testing criteria. To apply the methodology three travel agencies and three paid information sources were chosen.
