Rozšíření metodiky MMSP v oblasti analýzy a návrhu testování / Extending the methodology MMSP in test analysis and design

Novotný, Roman January 2015 (has links)
The thesis "Extending the methodology MMSP in test analysis and design" characterizes the discipline of test analysis and design carried out by its inclusion in the Methodology for small software projects (MMSP). The theoretical part defines the concept of discipline Test analysis and design and characterizes its role in the context of software testing and use in developing software products. It also analyzes attitude of commonly known models and methodologies of software development, certification, standards and norms in testing methodology including MMSP to the analytical activities in the field of testing. The practical part describes the methodology MMSP extension by discipline Test analysis and design, which allows the use of this discipline even on small projects developing uncritical IS/ICT solutions, which previously was not possible. Discipline Test analysis and design expands MMSP at considerable amount of analytical activities in the area of testing. Extending the methodology MMSP includes the introduction of new role Test analyst, modification of existing roles, the introduction of new products and descriptions of the recommended testing techniques and test design.

Projektové metodiky a psychologické aspekty řízení lidských zdrojů / Project methodologies and psychological aspects of human resource management

Svoboda, Jiří January 2006 (has links)
Although there is a growing influence of psychology and human resources in modern management, this area is being often neglected in theory and particularly in praxis of project management. This area offers a big potential for improvement of performance of project teams and increase of teamwork efficiency. Therefore this thesis is focused on human factor in project management and the opportunity for using psychology, especially the theory of motivation and teamwork. There were set more main goals of thesis they can be split in two groups. In the first group there are research goals aimed on teamwork in project teams managed by agile or traditional methods, establishment of project teams, characteristics of projects suitable for agile approach and implementation of agile methods in a company. The proposal of solution of identified problem areas belongs to the second group of goals. According to the research results agile project teams are closer to psychological concept of team, whilst traditional project teams are closer to work groups. Therefore agile project teams have better potential for being more efficient and performing higher than the project teams managed by traditional methods. Another finding in this thesis is regarding setting up the project teams and their daily work. Although agile methods seem to be more efficient from the teamwork perspective, they don't offer general solution for all problems in project management and their usage is not necessary suitable for all kinds of projects and company environment. That's why the characteristics of appropriate projects for being managed by agile methods were also investigated. Successful implementation and application of agile methods is strongly influenced by company environment and other factors that were identified in theoretical part of the thesis and subsequently verified by the research. The thesis brings a lot of verified information regarding work in project teams and emphasizes the significance of management, motivation and development of project teams. For identified problem areas with significant potential for improvement were prepared two solution proposals included in final parts of the thesis. The first solution is a model for implementation of project methodology in a company; the second one is a model aimed on project team performance increase. Both proposed solutions offers specific tools and techniques ready for application in company environment.

This master work presents a research upon the problem of automatic frontal face detection within digital images. A comprehensive theoretical and practical analysis of most widely used also implementation related methods is provided. Practically implemented face detection system that is based on the following algorithms: 1) DAB (Discrete AdaBoost) cascade chosen as the most effective method with reference to scientific literature analysis results; 2) proposed symmetric exponential blurring filter; 3) proposed blurred image gradient directions naïve Bayesian classifier. The latter two steps have been composed to improve face localization precision. Implementation reliability was evaluated on publicly available face detection (BioID, MIT/CMU) and face recognition (FERET, FRGC) databases using explicitly declared detected face accepting / rejecting criteria. A comparative study of the proposed approach has been accomplished. Recommendations for further accuracy and / or speed improving are provided as well.

Stádníková, Monika January 2014 (has links)
The thesis deals with the status assessment of the stream in urban areas. The study area is the stream Rokytka in Prague. The method Hydroecological monitoring HEM (Langhammer, 2007, 2013) was used for the thesis based on field hydromorphological survey. This method is compatible with the Water Framework Directive 2000/60/EC. The thesis also includes assessement of the rainoff regime and water quality based on the available hydrological and hydrochemical data. As a final result, it was found out the stream Rokytka achieves III. hydromophological state - average state. The water quality state does not meet the requirements of the environmental standards quality. In the urban landscape, it is necessary to find a suitable compromise between flood protection and good environmental conditions. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

The diploma thesis focuses on the approximation of law of compensation for bodily harm and death, and evaluation of its development especially in connection with the recodification of private law. The main objective of the thesis is to provide a comprehensive overview with emphasis on the most significant changes that occurred in connection with the recodification, and its evaluation. The first chapter deals with theoretical basis of the duty to provide compensation for harm, since the formation of such a duty is a prerequisite for granting compensation. Besides the reasons that lead to the formation of the duty, individual pre-conditions of the duty are discussed as well. These pre-conditions are unlawful act, formation of the damage, causality and fault. The second chapter deals with the concept of harm which replaced the previously more often used term damage. In addition, the second chapter also includes a general introduction to the compensation for bodily harm and death, which is related to the following chapters. The third chapter is a key point of the whole thesis, as the recodification of private law influenced the most compensation of non-pecuniary damage for bodily harm and death. The principle of full compensation for suffered harm, hence the expiation of such harm according to the...
