With the application of new technological trends and principles of scientific research in general, places on environmental influences (everything what surrounds human - building interior and exterior materials, urban areas) and also with sustainable development and ecology, etc., and on health and psychological well-being humans and thus puts on architecture and building entirely new demands on the application of new principles. Due to global climate change, which recently published the official report of the International Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), are placed on reducing the emissions into the atmosphere greater demands on. If architects previously were requested by the client, building with optimal solutions and functional expression of aesthetic quality, so now in addition to increasing demand on building´s solution with low power consumption using environmentally friendly materials from renewable resources and completely satisfying idea of sustainable development. Global societal trends is reverting to the traditional approaches to creating an environment (the application of natural materials, Feng Shui, Building Biology, etc.). The growing trend in today's society on issues of sustainable development, conservation of natural conditions, examining the effects of construction on human health and psychological well-being, which the aims bring together experts seemingly unrelated fields such as geophysics, medicine, architecture, civil engineering, etc., and their findings, according to aspects of the disciplines draw general rules of healthy living. Emerging and still evolving field aims to examine the relationship between man and his environment. The logical starting point is therefore in the context of examining the structure of the first dwelling. Buildings where people spend at least one third of their life. Building, whose location, orientation, mass, materials used in building itself as well as those that surround people in the interior, and many others will affect the physical and physiological action. Not only health but also mental well-being of man is as much determined by a whole range of relationships and linkages. Structural system guidelines for healthy living is the main reason of the work, clear what assumptions we have taken into account in the design and how it specifically relates to a quality place to rest – the Geomagnetic field is one of the base point, which lead to healthy living. Interaction of architecture and geomagnetic field and their values are processed in the evaluation system. It would lead to clarification of the relationship between the occurrence of these anomalies and building materials, construction, site selection for construction of buildings and other solutions. I will desribing the relationship between human´s health and the incidence of these artificial or natural anomalies at the same time.

The diploma thesis deals deals with the designing and assessment of the two variants of cooling and humidifying the air in the production hall for cotton in Humpolec. The system is proposed to fulfil hygienic, operational, economic and functional requirements for indoor microclimate of the production hall. The task of this system is the transport of cooler air to interior and the covering of heat gains all year round. The equipment is also designed for the regulation of air humidity in the interior. The theoretical part is devoted to air humidification and air humidification device. Calculation of the project and then a specific proposal, two variants for air distribution level studies. Both variants are treated as project documentation. Experimental part is devoted to the measurement on the measuring path containing adiabatic humidifier in the laboratory. The benefit of the experiment is to verify the data from the manufacturer adiabatic humidifier which we can assess the practical use of the product.

The work description is to create a system of measures to prevent the spread and the consequent attenuation of sound in air handling systems serving the cleanrooms. The thesis presents a solution to noise attenuation in the investigated area, and in HVAC duct, which uses a commercially available material in the form of sound insulation hoses. In the systém solution is part of the work focuses on the optimal design of terminal elements to distribute air in a clean room. Processing methods utilize theoretical and experimental approach. The experiment comprises a unique analysis of the sound insulation properties of selected products under specific conditions. The data obtained are analyzed and incorporated into the framework of this work created program module for determining the attenuation and noise propagation in an enclosed space. Math and physical dependence are programmed into their own DLL by programming language DELPHI.

The life of bryophytes is closely connected with their surrounding environment. Changes in atmospheric conditions on the microscale directly affect the physiological functions of bryophytes, which in turn determine their distribution. The current development of technologies allows us to measure the microclimate affecting bryophytes directly in the field. Nevertheless, there have not been many studies published examining the response of bryophytes to in situ measured microclimate. This diploma thesis is one of the first in Europe to provide data from continuous field microclimatic measurement performed on a scale relevant to bryophytes. It deals with the influence of the microclimate on the bryophyte species richness and community composition within a single gorge in the Bohemian Switzerland National Park. For 17 months, 38 HOBO Pro v2 Onset dataloggers were recording air temperature and air humidity 10 cm above the ground. I performed detailed bryological survey on two differently sized plots (circle with a radius of 1 or 2 m) around each of the dataloggers. The diploma thesis deals with the problems of the indoor environment of swimming pool halls. Firstly, it describes issues and principles of designing HVAC system in the areas with high humidity production. Thesis then focuses on various approaches to calculations of evaporation from the water surface and different possibilities of dehumidification including different types of HVAC units. This knowledge was applied to the design of HVAC system for particular assigned building, for which are proposed two different solutions. Thesis includes experimental part, its aim is to analyse one specific critical part of the hall. Based on local surveying and long-term measurements a few possibilities of improvement are suggested.

Master´s thesis deals with the issue of internal microclimate of clean rooms. The experimental part focuses on aerosol and microbial microclimate. Different operating and intervention rooms were measured and then evaluated whether the cleanroom would comply with the standard cleanliness class even in normal operation after previous validations. The microbial examination of different clean spaces investigated the extent to which the exact passive fall method and its evaluation were time-dependent. From the data the correct desing of the air-conditioning system and its subsequent realization and regultion were verified. The theoretical part describes requirements for clean rooms according to SÚKL-LEK 17 and ČSN EN ISO 14644-1. In addition, a detailed methodology of the procedure of air-conditioning implementation is elaborated to the final validation and testing of clean rooms.

This diploma thesis is focused on nearly zero energy buildings, which are a mandatory part of construction of the buildings in Czech republic after 2020. It also deals with HVAC and its design as part of these buildings. The theoretical part deals with legal and technical regulations and possible savings in HVAC systems. The computational part is focused on two solution of HVAC systems in given object. The project part is about the given object, which is otevřená zahrada Brno. This building was founded by Nadace Partnerství s.r.o.. This third part of diploma thesis deals with the quality of indoor microclimate and evaluation of the heat recovery system effiency, which is applied in local HVAC unit.
