The subject of research work Microclimate of baarding – hause community. The aim of the work To make analisys of the communitys demands to improve microclimate. Tasks : 1. To analyze microclimate of institution as base effective work. 2. To reveal importance of teamwork while mobilizing human resources. 3. To generalize the stresses in social care work, which are condition competences and state of mind. 4. To present methods of social help while initiative to develop state of mind of the staff. 5. To make an overview of social worker as member of teamwork, who is ready to coordinate the process of betterment microclimate. Methods: analysis of the scientific literature, analysis of the official documents, questioning in oral and written. Bakalauro baigiamajame darbe atliekamas organizacijos mikroklimato filiale „Šiaulių geležinkelių infrastruktūra“, tyrimas. Organizacijos kultūra glaudžiai yra susijusi su organizacijos klimatu, kuris turi tiesioginę įtaką organizacijos veiklos rezultatams. Klimato tyrimai gali padėti nustatyti problemas veikloje, todėl svarbu žinoti, kokie veiksniai jį lemia. Taigi, galima išskirti pagrindinius veiksnius, kitaip sakant dimensijas, kurios atspindi organizacijos klimato kompleksą. Tai yra personalo tarpusavio santykiai, komunikacija, konfliktai, darbinis stresas, vadovavimas ir lyderystė bei motyvacija. / The Bachelor‘s thesis analyzes corporate microclimate in company branch „Šiauliai railway infrastructure“. The culture of organization is related to organization climate, which makes high influence to activity results. The results of the research may discover problems in activity, so it is very important to estimate, which factor determines it. It is worthy to present aspects that contains organization climate. Which is personnel relationships, communication, conflicts, work stress, management, leadership and motivation.

Šiame darbe atlikti konteinerinio tipo automatinės telekomunikacijų stoties (ATS), elektros energijos poreikių tyrimai. Tyrimų metu nustatyta, kad ATS kuri teikia fiksuoto ryšio paslaugas 250 vartotojų ir interneto prieigos paslaugas 156 vartotojams, per metus sunaudoja apie 6582 kWh elektros energijos, iš kurios apie 24 % (1550 kWh) sunaudojama įrangos kondicionavimui. Tyrimais nustatyta, kad elektros energijos suvartojimas tiesiškai priklauso nuo aplinkos oro temperatūros. Ištyrus ATS elektros energijos vartojimo ir saulės energijos kaitos dinamiką statistiniais metodais, nustatyta, kad apie 5326 kWh saulės energijos, konvertuotos į elektros energiją, galima naudoti tiesiogiai. Tai sudarytų apie 81 % nuo visos ATS suvartojamos energijos per metus. / In this study are analyzed a container – type automatic stations of telecommunications (ATS) electrical energy demand. There is investigated that ATS, which provides services of fixed connection for 250 users and internet access services for 156 users, consumes per year about 6582 kWh of electrical energy. About 24 % (1550 kWh) of this amount was consumed for conditioning of the equipment. It was found the linear correlation between energy demand and ambient temperature of the station. Investigation of the ATS electrical energy consumption and dynamics of solar energy changes using statistical methods found that about 5326 kWh of solar energy converted into electrical power can be used directly. This would represent about 81 % of the total energy consumption of ATS during the year.
