In Brazil the increasing population from the 80 years old has been a target of chronic diseases not transmittable and can cause limitations. The figure of the family minder so anises in that context who becomes a helper for the ageing. The care is generally assumed by a sole person of the family who experiments a considerable burden of performances, so causing an overburden. Goal: To analyse the overburden of the family minders for the ageings in the forth age, in the Strategy of Family Health in São Bernardo / MA (Brazil); Method: descriptive study also analyptical and transversal with a quantitative approach, in which 170 family minders took part and ageing ones under their care. The data were collected by means of 02 half structured questionnaires for the identification of the social- economical profile, also demographical, and the ageing’s health and minder’s and the scale of Zarit Burden Interview (ZBI), in order to avaliate the overburden to the minder. Result: In the characterization of the old age it was obtained that the most women (61,18%) were between 85 and 89 years old (37,65%), low schooling, windows (77,65%), with an income from 1 to 3 minimum wages, retired oves (100%), besides the majority possess health problems (95,29%) predominating chronic diseases like hypertension (38,24%) and diabetes (21,18%). The family minders (85,88%) were female (76,82%) with low schooling, married (61,17%) with family wage inferior to a minimum wage (77,65%), domestic (75,29%), daughters (43,52%) cared the ageing since more than 16 years (37,65%), those one abided in the same ageing’s residence (91,76%), with a moderate to severe overburden (90,59%). The variables years of study, to live with the ageing and the minders perception as to their own health were statistically meanful for the existence of the overburden. Conclusion: When it was analysed the family minders overburden in the fourth age, it was identified the minders under high overburden who faced several physical problems, also emotional, financial and social, so being necessary that the health professionals develop strategies directed to the prevention of the minders overburden, elaborating interventions which contribute to the increasing of the minder’s health quality and also can reflect itself in the care given to the ageing. / O envelhecimento humano é um fato real e mundialmente a longevidade vem aumentado. No Brasil, a população crescente a partir de 80 anos é alvo de doenças crônicas não transmissíveis, podendo causar limitações. Surge nesse contexto a figura do cuidador familiar, que serve de apoio e ajuda a idosos. O cuidar geralmente é assumida por uma única pessoa da família, que experimenta um fardo considerável de atividades, ocasionando sobrecarga. Objetivo: Analisar a sobrecarga dos cuidadores familiares de idosos na quarta idade, na Estratégia de Saúde da Família em São Bernardo - MA; Método: Estudo descritivo, analítico, transversal com abordagem quantitativa, no qual participaram 170 cuidadores familiares e idosos sob seus cuidados. Os dados foram coletados por meio de 02 questionários semiestruturados para identificar o perfil socioeconômico, demográfico e de saúde do idoso e cuidador e a escala de Zarit Burden Interview (ZBI) para avaliar a sobrecarga do cuidador. Resultado: Na caracterização dos idosos obteve-se a maioria mulheres (61,18%), entre 85 a 89 anos (37,65%), baixa escolaridade, viúvas (77,65%), com renda de 1 a 3 salários mínimos (96,47%), aposentados (100%), além da maioria possuir problemas de saúde (95,29%), com predomínio de doenças crônicas como hipertensão (38,24%) e diabetes (21,18%). Os cuidadores familiares (85,88%) eram do sexo feminino, (76,31%) com a faixa etária de 51 a 60 anos, (38,82%) com baixa escolaridade, casados (61,17%), com renda familiar mensal inferior a um salário mínimo (77,65%), do lar (75,29%), filhas (43,52%), prestavam cuidados ao idoso há mais de 10 anos (37,65%), residiam no mesmo domicílio do idoso (91,76%), com sobrecarga moderada à severa (90,59%). As variáveis anos de estudos, viver com o idoso e a percepção dos cuidadores com relação à sua saúde foram estatisticamente significativos para a existência de sobrecarga. Conclusão: Ao analisar a sobrecarga dos cuidadores familiares de idosos na quarta idade, identificou-se os cuidadores com sobrecarga elevada, enfrentavam vários problemas de ordem física, emocional, financeira e social, sendo necessário que os profissionais de saúde desenvolvam estratégias direcionadas à prevenção da sobrecarga dos cuidadores, elaborando intervenções que contribuam para a melhoria da qualidade de vida do cuidador e que possam refletir positivamente no cuidado prestado ao idoso.

Till sommaren 2019 börjar den nya Läroplanen för förskolan att gälla. I den skrivs begreppet undervisning fram. Det saknas idag en tydlig definition av begreppet vilket gör att förskollärare känner en osäkerhet kring undervisning. Studiens syfte är därför att utifrån ett didaktiskt perspektiv bidra med kunskap om förskollärare och barnskötares diskussion om undervisning i förskolan. Det sker genom att studera förskollärare och barnskötares tal om möjligheter och begräsningar för lärande i samling i förhållande till de pedagogiska atmosfärerna. De frågeställningar som studien bygger på är: I vilket syfte genomförs samlingar? Hur planerar förskollärare undervisning? och Vad kan möjliggöra och begränsa barns lärande i samlingen? För att samla in data genomfördes tre fokusgrupper med totalt åtta deltagare. Sex deltagare är förskollärare och två är barnskötare. Undersökningen genomfördes på tre olika förskolor. Resultatet visar i huvudsak på att begreppet undervisning är svårtolkat. Förskollärarna och barnskötarna menar att begreppet har diskuterats mycket men att det fortfarande saknas en tydlig definition. Samlingen används inte för undervisning i första hand utan undervisning sker i mindre grupper. Läroplanen ligger till grund för planering. Resultatet visar att förskollärare och barnskötares pedagogiska atmosfär påverkar vilka möjligheter och begränsningar som finns för lärande.
