Porovnání základní zdatnosti dětí mladšího školního věku navštěvující oddíl atletiky a moderního pětiboje / Comparison of basic abilities of younger school age children attending the athletics and modern pentathlon squad

Chyba, Martin January 2017 (has links)
Title of the thesis: Comparison of basic abilities of children of elementary school age attending athletics and modern pentathlon squad Student: Bc. Martin Chyba Supervisor: PhDr. Aleš Kaplan, PhD. Consultant: PhDr. Pavel Hráský, Ph.D. Aims of the thesis: To compare the level of basic ability in selected motor tests at athletes and modern pentathletes of the elementary school age. Methodology: Performance of athletes and modern pentathletes of elementary school age were compared in the following general tests: 12-minute run, one- way jump, stability tests, tests jump. At the same time, the body composition was monitored throughout the test group. Conclusions: Testing of base performance showed that there are no major differences between athletes and modern pentathletes. Despite slightly better average results of athletes, we can only register a statistically significant variance in "one-way jump" where athletes significantly outperformed pentathletes. Another variance was recorded in stability tests, namely standing on the right feet but only within boys category. Even in this case athletes achieved better results. The reason being may be the higher calendar and sports age of athletes. Another difference has shown in comparison of training units within a weekly training cycle. Athletes normally...

Testování pohybových předpokladů plavců a moderních pětibojařů / Testing physical assumptions of swimmers and modern pentathlonists

Omcirk, Dan January 2017 (has links)
Title of diploma thesis: Testing physical assumptions of swimmers and modern pentathlonists Author: Bc. Dan Omcirk Supervisor of diploma thesis: PhDr. Babeta Chrzanowská Consultant of diploma thesis: PhDr. Pavel Hrásky, Ph.D. Objective: Target is to test the swimmers and modern pentagons in the age from 9 - 13 years. Furthermore to evaluate and tabulate the results. Compare the selected results in- between the groups and assess whether the training is affecting the level of certain motor assumptions, physical abilities and selected body parameters. Methodology: The research method of this work is comparison. The research group was composed by children from the SK Motorlet Praha (n = 13, mean age 11.5 ± 1.1 years) and children from the modern pentagon Dukla Praha (n = 10, mean age 10.5 ± 0.8 years). Tested objects were participated in motor-fitness tests - Cooper's test (running and swimming test 12 minutes), joint mobility test (shoulder, lumbar spine and hip segment), lower limb dynamics test, absolute upper limb strength, postural stability and body composition test. The measured results were evaluated and compared. The final results should be used as an recommendations for practice use. Results: The results of the group comparisons are presented in the practical part of this work, including the...

Specifika fyzioterapie a kompenzačních cvičení u moderních pětibojařů / Specifics of physiotherapy and preventive exercises in modern pentathletes

Hajduková, Michaela January 2021 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the issue of injury prevention in modern pentathletes. It sets itself the goal of analyzing the current epidemiological situation of injuries in modern pentathlon as well as the current preventive strategies of athletes, including the evaluation of their impact on the incidence of injuries. The nature of the work is a prospective cohort study. A modified version of the validated "Oslo Sports Trauma Research Center questionnaire on health problems" was used. This questionnaire was sent to athletes every week for 10 weeks using the Qualtrics questionnaire software. The study involved 43 probands from 15 countries, ie 4.3% of athletes registered with the UIPM (Union Internationale de Pentathlon Moderne). A total of 34 new injuries and overloads were recorded in 27 probands. The incidence rate of injuries of 3.1 / 1000 h of active sports was found. The most frequently reported segments of injury were the shoulder (14.7%), ankle (14.7%), knee and shin (both 11.8%). The ratio of the lower limb to upper limb injuries was found to be 3: 1. Most injuries were associated with running discipline (46%). The most commonly used injury prevention strategy was stretching, followed by strength training, massages, and consistent warm-up before training. The mean warm-up duration showed...

Didelio meistriškumo penkiakovininkų rengimas keturmečiu olimpiniu ciklu / Training of the elite modern pentathlonists in the four - year Olympic cycle

Rakitinas, Eugenijus 03 June 2005 (has links)
The aim of the current work was to analyze the structure of training in the four – year Olympic cycle (2001 – 2004), the achieved results and to assess the dynamics of sportsmen`s physical and functional abilities over the period. The dynamics of the physical and functional abilities over the annual cycle of training was analyzed on an example of A.Z. and E.K., the most efficient Lithuanian modern pentathlonists. We analyzed physical load in 2001 – 2004 and the results achieved in the same year, the dynamics of physical development, such as body mass, muscle and fat mass, lung volume, muscular power in different zones of energy production. The efficiency on anaerobic alactic energy production mechanisms was determined by measuring single muscle contraction power (SMCP) and anaerobic alactic muscular power (AAMP). The functional capacity of the circulatory and respiratory systems was assessed by the Roufier index (RI). By fixing the speed on a running-track, pulse rate and lactate concentration in blood we determined the intensity of bioenergetic processes at the anaerobic metabolism threshold limit. Also, aerobic capacity at the critical intensity limit and anaerobic metabolism threshold limit were determined. The physical development indices of these sportsmen changed little over the annual cycle of training. In both sportsmen, muscular power under short work remained stable at the level years and showed little change throughout the competition period up to its culmination... [to full text]

Zařízení pro simulaci sportovní střelby / Shooting sport simulation device

Poloch, Martin January 2018 (has links)
The goal of this diploma thesis is to design a shooting sport simulation device. Output of this project should be a market competitive product therefore the design should be focused on low price. Other important aspects are safety, reliability and mutlifunctionality of the whole system. Shooting simulation is based on special technology of sensing laser beams with LED developed in author´s bachelor thesis. The system is controlled by a group of microcontrollers. Their program running and communication is a key part of this thesis.
