In the process of writing this research paper "The pecularities of educational needs of uneployed", we have raised the aim to investigate educational needs of unemployed and the accordance of their opportunitiess with theory and practice.

In the Master's work the main attention is given to lifelong studies and motivation of families growing a disabled child. The work raises a hypothesis that unsatisfied educational needs and insufficient motivation of families that grow a disabled child makes their enablement in society more difficult. In order to verify the hypothesis and seeking to reveal educational needs and motivation of families that grow a disabled child, by employing a half-standardised questionnaire, 20 families living in Kaunas town and growing disabled children were questioned.

Lietuva išgyvena sudėtingą integracijos į europietiškąją visuomenę ir sparčios kaitos laikotarpį. Keičiantis ekonominei ir socialinei šalies situacijai, vykstant sparčiam technologijų progresui, maksimaliai išaugus komunikacijos galimybėms, reformuojama ir Lietuvos ugdymo ir švietimo sistema. Įvairiais tyrimais nustatyta, kad mokytojas – reikšmingiausias ugdymo proceso veikėjas. Todėl svarbu, kad mokytojas sąmoningai įsitrauktų į švietimo kaitos procesą, suvoktų, kad iš esmės keičiasi jo vaidmuo ugdymo procese ir visuomenėje. Mokytojas turi suprasti, kad žinios, gebėjimai, įgūdžiai nėra įgyjami visam laikui, būtina tobulinti savo profesinę kvalifikaciją visos mokytojo karjeros laikotarpiu. Tyrimo problema. Šiuo metu plačiai kalbama apie mokyklos kaitą ir mokytojų profesinės kvalifikacijos tobulinimą. Tačiau laiku neatskleisti mokymosi poreikiai ir įvairūs tobulėjimo barjerai trukdo mokytojams tobulėti. Tyrimo klausimas – kokie mokytojų kvalifikacijos tobulinimo poreikiai ir jų tenkinimo barjerai. Tyrimo tikslas – atskleisti mokytojų kvalifikacijos tobulinimo poreikius jų tenkinimo barjerus. Tyrimo uždaviniai: 1. Aprašyti mokytojų kvalifikacijos tobulinimo poreikius, turinį ir tvarką; 2. Apibrėžti galimus mokytojų kvalifikacijos tobulinimo barjerus; 3.
