Hodnocení kvality ejakulátu beranů vybraných plemen

Wernerová, Karolína January 2015 (has links)
The aim of this thesis was to investigate the issues of ejaculate evaluation and analyse the quality of ejaculates via macroscopic and microscopic methods. From 1st January to 31st March 2015, 69 ejaculates were collected from 7 rams of the dual-purpose Zwartbles breed owned by Ing. Martin Hoška, PhD, 4 rams of the Suffolk breed and 1 ram of the Charollais breed from the School Agricultural Facility Žabčice of Mendel University in Brno. Macroscopic and microscopic analyses were performed immediately after sample collection, including the detection of the ejaculate volume as well as the sperm activity and concentration. For the evaluation of morphological parameters of the ram ejaculates, morphological smears were performed, which were transported to a laboratory of the Department of Animal Breeding, Faculty of Agronomy, Mendel University in Brno. Mainly changes in the sperm head, acrosome, midpiece and tail (torsion, DAG effect) were monitored. Further, the presence of immature and degenerated sperm was also monitored. The results show that the quality of ejaculate is influenced by the age of the rams and particularly by the frequency of the sampling and the size of the testicles whereas the difference between the breeds of distinct purpose was not significant.

Morfologické parametry korun dubu letního stg Querci roboris-fraxineta v mikulčickém luhu

Blažejová, Aneta January 2016 (has links)
Detection of morphological parameters of trees enables the recognition of its development and helps to better understand the relationships, which occur among them and the surrounding environment. This study deals with the identification of these parameters, particularly the quantification of wood and leaf matter that trees are able to produce. The determined values can be used to identify a lot of other important information regarding the growth of trees and thus contribute to proper forest management.

Faktory ovlivňující množství silice izolované z různých taxonů rodu Mentha L. (máta)

Pražák, František January 2016 (has links)
The aim of this thesis was gathering current literature data on factors (internal - the type, stage of development) and (external - soil and climatic conditions for cultivation) that most affect the oil content in the genus Mentha L. On the basis of the results obtained during laboratory analysis of quantitative content of essential oils in plants of the genus Mentha L. taxa planted on an experimental plot of garden-technical faculty in the refrigerator was a hypothesis based harvesting time, the impact of species and cultivars on the essential oil content is confirmed. Further, the predicted calculation that based on the current state of the essential nutri-ents in the soil experimental plot could be the addition of nitrogen fertilizer to increase the amount of green mass, and while maintaining the integrity of the plants, especially leaf area increase the total yield of oil from the cultivated taxa genus Mentha L. The direct impact of climatic conditions on essential oil content was not established due to the very dry summer with little rainfall and dependence on irrigation.

Morfologická segmentace českých slov / Morphological segmentation of Czech Words

Vidra, Jonáš January 2018 (has links)
In linguistics, words are usually considered to be composed of morphemes: units that carry meaning and are not further subdivisible. The task of this thesis is to create an automatic method for segmenting Czech words into morphemes, usable within the network of Czech derivational relations DeriNet. We created two different methods. The first one finds morpheme boundaries by differentiating words against their derivational parents, and transitively against their whole derivational family. It explicitly models morphophonological alternations and finds the best boundaries using maximum likelihood estimation. At worst, the results are slightly worse than the state of the art method Morfessor FlatCat, and they are significantly better in some settings. The second method is a neural network made to jointly predict segmentation and derivational parents, trained using the output of the first method and the derivational pairs from DeriNet. Our hypothesis that such joint training would increase the quality of the segmentation over training purely on the segmentation task seems to hold in some cases, but not in other. The neural model performs worse than the first one, possibly due to being trained on data which already contains some errors, multiplying them.

Morfologická segmentace v češtině s využitím slovotvorné sítě / Morphological Segmentation in Czech using Word-Formation Network

Bodnár, Jan January 2020 (has links)
Morphological segmentation is segmentation of words into morphemes - smallest units carrying meaning. It is a low level Natural Language Processing task. Since morphological segmentation is sometimes used as method of preprocessing, achieving better results on this task may help NLP algorithms to better solve various problems, especially in scenarios involving small amount of data, and it may also also help the linguistic research. We propose a novel ensemble algorithm for morphological segmentation of Czech lemmas which makes use of the DeriNet derivation tree dataset. As a sideproduct we also created suggestions for improvements of the DeriNet dataset.

Hodnocení kvantity silice v dobromysli (Origanum spp.)

Gricová, Martina January 2019 (has links)
The topic of the thesis was evaluation of the quantity of essential oils in Origanum ssp. Main goals were to supplement the assortment with prospective cultivars, to describe the morphology and observe the ontogenesis of evaluated cultivars. To harvest plants in the term before flowering and in full bloom. To prepare samples for laboratory evaluation of the contents of the essential oils. To compare the content of essential oils in individual genotypes. Ten cultivars of the genus Origanum spp. were evaluated. The highest content of the essential oils had plants in the stage of full flowering. The work has been made on the grounds of the Experimental Garden ZF MENDELU in the vegetation period of 2018.
