Vliv stájového mikroklimatu na vybrané kvalitativní a kvantitativní parametry ejakulátů plemenných býků

Škarecká, Radka January 2015 (has links)
The aim of this diploma thesis The effect of stable microclimate on qualitative and quantitative parameters of ejaculates of breeding bulls, where the effect of stable envi-ronment and age on the volume, concentration, activity and changes in morphology of sperm in ejaculates of bulls was evaluated. In the period from 1st March to 31st August 2014, there were done 154 collections of semen from nine bulls of Czech Pied cattle lairaged at the insemination center of bulls operated by a breeder's cooperative Impuls in Bohdalec. Immediately after the collections macroscopic and microscopic examinations have been performed for all samples, which included determining the volume, con-centration and activity of sperm. After evaluation of morphological parameters of bovi-ne sperm the percentage of morphologically normal sperm and pathomorphological da-maged sperm were evaluated. There were observed changes on the head, acrosome, connecting part and flagellum. Our results show that the biggest effect on the qualitative and quantitative parameters of semen for breeding bulls has age, the temperature along with moisture, where the greatest differences in results were found for the extreme va-lues. A value of temperature - humidity index (THI) has negligable effect, where there were the smallest differences in the obtained samples.

Vliv solární radiance na morfologickou a anatomickou stavbu jehlic smrku ztepilého

Ambrož, Petr January 2016 (has links)
There were chosen twelve localities with even-aged Norway spruce trees from different altitudes and northern and southern exposure at the Jeseníky Mountains. One-year old sun-exposed shoots were sampled from every locality. Needles were taken from shoots and then used for making the cross-sections. Additional needles were taken for needle area, needle length and dry matter analysis. Anatomical analysis was done on the microscopic pictures. The predictive maps for some morphological and anatomical parameters were created by the use of elevations and solar radiation data in ArcGIS. It was found that with increasing altitude the morphological and anatomical parameters of needles were not in linear progress. The best correlations with solar radiation was found for needle length. In this case, the change of needle length was explained by 82 % by the change of solar radiation. Although the growth of needles and thus the tree is determined by complex influence of external and internal factors, these results indicate significant effect of solar radiation on the Norway spruce growth at the Jeseníky Mountains.

Jazyková analýza barokního textu / Linguistic analysis of baroque text

NOVÁKOVÁ, Marie January 2008 (has links)
The main intention of this dissertation The linguistic analysis of a baroque text is to present some from charakteristic signs of Czech language of 17th century. I have keeped at disposition a copy of the text Cvičení v dokonalosti a ctnostech křesťanských (The Exercising of Christian perfection and quality). Thist text of Alphons Rodericius was translated by the priest and linguist Jiří Konstanc and printed in 1664. In my work I get some informations about morphology and syntax of the baroque czech language and compare them with the present situation. There are many differences between baroque and present Czech language, for example the ending {--}ův in plural masculines or some forms of possessive adjectives. We can find many differences also by the conjunctions, e.g. anobrž, alebrž, an. In the syntax level we can see an effect of Latin or German. There are many complicated sentences, the verb stands often at the end of a sentence. We can find many other examples. At the end of this work I bring a small dictionary, where I make clear some words, which can make problems. This work doesn´t bring comprehensive informations, there are many other problems in this religious text.

Morfologická defektivnost jako problém při výuce ruštiny jako mateřštiny a cizího jazyka / Morphological defectiveness as a problem of teaching Russian as mother tongue and foreign language

Kopcová, Tereza January 2016 (has links)
The Diploma Thesis "Morphological defectiveness as a problem in teaching Russian as a mother tongue and a foreign language" occupies with the cases of explicitly codified defectiveness in morphological system of standard Russian. The chapter on verbs describes the issue of defectiveness paradigm in the 1st person singular in a certain group of verbs. It also includes the illustrations of such defectiveness forms from the internet forums and references about the problem both from prescriptively grammars and studying materials intended for native speakers and students of Russian as a foreign language. The chapter on nouns occupies with broken paradigm of nouns in genitive plural. This problem is taken from the historical perspective and again it contains the examples from the internet forums, codified grammar books and individual books. The chapter on participles examines the formation of active participles of the future tense which are codified as no normative but also illustrations from the literature of the past centuries and present, which can be found on the internet forums, show us that the problem is quite topical. The outcomes of the questionnaire investigation are summarised in an individual chapter, in the process the attention is focused on three main topics which were concentrated on in...

Rekonstrukce morfologické evoluce a fylogenetických vztahů šupinatých chrysomonád rodu Mallomonas / Reconstructing the evolution and fylogenetic relationships of silica-scaled chrysophyte genus Mallomonas

Čertnerová, Dora January 2015 (has links)
The taxonomic concept of the algal genus Mallomonas (Synurales, Synurophyceae) was based on an extraordinary morphological diversity of their siliceous scales. The main aims of this study were elucidation of phylogenetic relationships among its representatives and reconstruction of shape evolution of particular siliceous structures of their scales. Molecular data for six species were acquired for the first time, enabling a successful assessment of their phylogenetic relationships with the other representatives of the genus. On the basis of molecular data, the genus Mallomonas can be divided in two evolutionary lineages and this division is also reflected morphologically (with only a few exceptions) through presence or absence of a V-rib structure. Fine ornamentation of siliceous scales is species-specific and interestingly, the overall differences in morphology of siliceous scales are mostly reflecting phylogenetic relationships among representatives of the genus. In this context, morphological species concept of Mallomonas seems to be justified. Morphologically-based sections of the genus are often paraphyletic, because small sections (frequently containing only single species) tend to be nested within particular larger sections. The main reason for this discrepancy is accelerated morphological...

Neuronové jazykové modely zohledňující morfologii pro strojový překlad / Neural Language Models with Morphology for Machine Translation

Musil, Tomáš January 2017 (has links)
Language models play an important role in many natural language processing tasks. In this thesis, we focus on language models built on artificial neural net- works. We examine the possibilities of using morphological annotations in these models. We propose a neural network architecture for a language model that explicitly makes use of morphological annotation of the input sentence: instead of word forms it processes lemmata and morphological tags. Both the baseline and the proposed method are evaluated on their own by perplexity, and also in the context of machine translation by the means of automatic translation quality evaluation. While in isolation the proposed model significantly outperforms the baseline, there is no apparent gain in machine translation. 1

Kovariance mezi intenzitou UV-reflektance, tvarem křídla a proměnnými prostředí u Pieris napi (Lepidoptera: Pieridae) / Covariance between UV-reflectance, wing shape, and environmental variables in Pieris napi (Lepidoptera: Pieridae)

Stella, David January 2013 (has links)
Visual features of the wing colour, with special reference to the intensity of UV reflectance of the Green-veined White (Pieris napi) were investigated. Several studies revealed that only females of Pieris napi possess UV reflectance on dorsal wing surface. Based on UV sensitive photography, we analysed correlation between environmental conditions (productivity and climate) and 3 patches on forewing of 347 specimens of P. napi from Palaearctic region. Males significantly differ in level of intensity of UV reflectance from females. UV intensity in females is 25% higher in comparison with males. This phenomenon is explained by different deposition of wing pterins. Further, environment significantly affects UV intensity on the forewings of females, but not males. Moreover, we accomplished the analysis of fluctuating asymmetry. First we subjected the environmental variables to PCA. In females, the first PCA axis (temperature seasonality, temperature annual range and longitude) significantly correlated with UV intensity. In males, the second PCA axis (latitude and altitude) was significantly correlated with FA. Additionally, we performed Two-Block Partial Least- Squares (PLS) analysis to assess co-variation between intraspecific shape...

Diverzita rodu Monocercomonoides / Diversity of the genus Monocercomonoides

Vlasáková, Jitka January 2014 (has links)
Oxymonads (Excavata, Preaxostyla) are a group of anaerobic endobiotic flagellates living primarily in guts of xylophagous insects (cockroaches and termites). Some representatives of the genus Monocercomonoides belonging to the morphologically simplest family Polymastigidae have been described also from the guts of vertebrates. Oxymonads are a group of protist in which mitochondrion has not been proven yet. In this work, we have sequenced gene fo SSU rRNA of two strains of Monocercomonoides and performed phylogenetic analysis of oxymonads. Five selected strains Monocercomonoides isolated from different hosts and distantly related on the phylogenetic tree were studied by using light (DIC and protargol staining) and transmission electron microscopy. The aim was to find differences between these strains. We have focused primarily on the morphology of the nucleus, appearance of the endoplasmic reticulum and structure of the fibre R1. We were able to distinguish the strains by the position of karyosome (central and parietal) and the number of microtubules in the R1 fibre (6-12) and we assume that they represent separate species. The phylogenetic position and appearance of the strains NAU3 were so different that it may represent a new genus. Mitochondria or double-membrane bounded organelles have not been...
