O GEMP se localiza no bairro de Passarinho na Zona Norte do Recife, e se constitui enquanto um grupo de mulheres de bairro, feministas e negras. Suas pautas de reivindicações estão centradas em dois campos de atuação: o campo dos movimentos populares urbanos e do movimento feminista. Analisei como se configuram as relações de poder que atravessam o campo de atuação do GEMP, considerando os conceitos de subjetividade e agência trabalhados por ORTNER (2007). A pesquisa de campo durou 6 (seis) meses e as análises se deram a partir do exercício etnográfico, baseado na observação participante, nos registros de campo e em 5 entrevistas semiestruturadas. Foi possível perceber que o GEMP se aproxima dos ideários feministas de igualdade, contra o machismo e o patriarcado, e dos ideários antirracistas advindos do feminismo negro. Identifiquei que apesar do GEMP e das ONGs atuarem dentro do campo feminista, a relação entre o grupo e as organizações se constitui de forma assimétrica, sugerindo que essas relações estabelecem uma hierarquização entre essas mulheres no campo feminista. / This study aimed to understand the existing partnership between the group Espaço Mulher de Passarinho (GEMP) and Feminist Non-Governmental Organizations (NOGs). GEMP is located in the suburb of Passarinho, in the north area of Recife, Pernambuco, Brazil, and it is composed as a neighborhood group of feminist and black women. Their claims are focused on two action fields: urban popular movements and the feminist movement. It was analyzed the way power relations that cross the GEMP playing field are set, considering the concepts of subjectivity and agency developed by ORTNER (2007). A field research lasted six (6) months and the analysis happened through ethnographic exercise, based on participant observation, in field records and 5 semi-structured interviews. It could be observed that GEMP approaches the feminist ideals of equality, against masculinism and patriarchy, and anti-racist ideologies arisen from the black feminism. It was identified that despite the fact GEMP and NGOs act within the feminist field, the relationship between the group and organizations is constituted asymmetrically, suggesting that these relationships establish a hierarchy among these women in the feminist field.

Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior - CAPES / Search to view the process of forming the ALARMS (Lavadeiras of Association of the Metropolitan Region of Salvador) as a mobilizing agent in its category. Forms of organization, the demands, guidelines and claims of washerwomen will be key points of discussion within this panorama. In addition, the research presents the story of several laundresses as well as a discussion on how these workers are portrayed in Historiography. For this endeavor, we carried out a Statute outline analysis of ALARMS, periodicals of the time, the Association Bulletins, tables and charts. This work follows the indications of the English historian E. P. Thompson, to understand the association of training as a result of their experiences "inherited and / or shared." It is important to note also that the research outlined here was guided in the bibliography to the analyzed time frame. / Neste trabalho, buscamos visualizar o processo de formação da ALARMES (Associação das Lavadeiras da Região Metropolitana de Salvador) como agente mobilizador da sua categoria. As formas de organização, as demandas, pautas e reivindicações das lavadeiras são, pontos chave de discussão dentro desse panorama. Além disso, a pesquisa apresenta o relato de várias lavadeiras, bem como um debate sobre o modo como essas trabalhadoras são retratadas na Historiografia. Para tal empreitada, foi realizada uma análise do esboço do Estatuto da ALARMES, periódicos da época, Boletins da Associação, tabelas e cartas. Este trabalho segue as indicações do historiador inglês E. P. Thompson (1987), ao entendermos a formação da associação enquanto resultado de suas experiências ―herdadas e/ou partilhadas‖. É importante ressaltar, ainda, que a investigação aqui exposta esteve pautada numa bibliografia pertinente com o recorte temporal analisado.
