Esta dissertação buscou analisar o impacto da utilização de um recurso pedagógico fornecido por uma instituição de educação não formal (museu) em um ambiente de educação formal (escola). Trata-se dos conjuntos de maquetes táteis e artefatos arqueológicos do MAE-USP, lançados por essa instituição em fevereiro de 2015. O material foi desenvolvido a partir de pesquisas recentes sobre Arqueologia brasileira e tem como finalidade o empréstimo a professores que realizarem formação prévia com os educadores do museu. Três conjuntos desse recurso possuem maquetes com representações de sociedades indígenas pré-coloniais no Brasil. Eles têm como proposta apresentar o trabalho dos arqueólogos por meio da reconstrução de cenas do cotidiano indígena como, por exemplo, a organização do trabalho entre homens e mulheres, os costumes alimentares, os diferentes tipos de moradias, rituais funerários etc. Assim, o principal objetivo desta pesquisa foi analisar o potencial educativo da instituição museológica a partir do recurso pedagógico enquanto forma de aproximar a escola do museu e, através da linguagem da cultura material, levar aos alunos uma interpretação de artefatos arqueológicos que possa contribuir para a desconstrução de preconceitos sobre a história indígena. / This dissertation analyzed the impact of the use of a pedagogical resource provided by a non-formal education institution (museum) in a formal education environment (school). These pedagogical resources are tactile model sets and archaeological artifacts from MAE-USP, launched by this institution in February 2015. The material was based on recent research about Brazilian Archaeology and it can be borrowed by teachers who have been through previous training with museum\"s educators. Three sets of this resource have models with representations of pre-colonial indigenous societies in Brazil. They propose to present the work of archaeologists through the reconstruction of indigenous daily scenes, such as the organization of work between men and women, food customs, different types of dwellings, funerary rituals, etc. Thus, the main objective of this research was to analyze the educational potential of the museological institution from the pedagogical resource as a way of approaching the school of the museum and, through the language of the material culture, bring to the students an interpretation of archaeological artifacts that can contribute to the deconstruction of prejudices about indigenous history.
