This diploma thesis aims on the analysis of performance standards and the usability of key technology in the production company KLEIN automotive s.r.o. Subsequently the thesis suggests a solution for calculating standards according to new methods for a particular technology of the company. The solution takes into the latest trends in performance standards calculation and performance monitoring while achieving economic returns.

At present, human trafficking is a very lucrative business. It is the third largest illegal market after the trade in arms and drugs, even some authors suggest that in the near future it could get in the first place "in the ranking." For what reason is the trafficking in human beeings so profitable and how states are trying to tackle this phenomenon? What does actually human trafficking involve and what are its impact on the current global world? Although there is a wide range of initiatives and programs, a deeper analysis of the actual situation in the States shows that neither the process of implementation of international standards nor the law enforcement is going smoothly. The aim of my work is to illuminate the phenomenon of human trafficking in regions of Africa and Europe with regard to the operation of international and non-governmental organizations. Firstly to point out that there are some shortcomings in the implementation and compliance with laws on trafficking in persons by States, and secondly that human trafficking is not only the problem of developing world, but it is a growing global problem involving currently also the developed states. The fight against trafficking in human beings requires global action and cooperation of various actors of international relations. It would be more desirable to have a clooser cooperation of international organizations and States particularly in the field of implementation and law compliance.

The thesis aims to provide basic information and a holistic overview of securities, especially their adjustment in the legislation. The thesis is based on the current wording of the legislation which are especially Act no. 89/2012 Coll. according the New Civil Code. The first part of the thesis is about the basic distribution of the securities and is characterized in detail the issue of securities legislation. Subsequently is described capital market functioning in the framework of the standard market economy. The practical part is devoted to collecting data from the lay public and experts. The aim of the survey is if the capital market is properly treated after a change in legislation. The method is a statistical evaluation. The thesis also shows how practically proceed in the beginnings of securities trading on the Internet.

(abstrakt v anglickém jazyce) The main contents of this dissertation (diploma paper) is a study of jurisdiction of The Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic and of The Federal Constitutional Court of Germany and their comparison. The first part of this work describes in brief the genesis of the constitutional jurisdiction and its two basic types. Afterwards there is characterized the constitutional jurisdiction in Germany and in the Czech Republic and next there is described legal regulation and organisation of the German and Czech constitutional courts. Further I deal with the jurisdiction of constitutional courts (of european continental type) in general. In the second part of this work, first I give a general idea about jurisdiction of the German and Czech constitutional courts. After it I already deal with analysis of their single, selected competences - in the concrete: regulation control (judicial review), constitutional complaint, judicial review of international conventions and questions of jurisdiction. I have not focused on the other competences, which the both constitutional courts dispose of. 1 Federal Supreme Court of Switzerland Abstract The aim of this thesis is to outline the position of the Federal Supreme Court of Switzerland in the Swiss legal system and to discuss whether an extension of the judicial review on federal statutes should de lege ferenda take place. The first chapter serves as a brief description of the formation of Switzerland as well as of the Federal Supreme Court itself. The second chapter deals with the position of the Federal Supreme Court in the Swiss legal system along with its internal organisation. The third chapter is dedicated to the various types of constitutional jurisdiction from a theoretical point of view. The fourth chapter's purpose is to offer an overview of the current legal framework of constitutional jurisdiction in Switzerland. The fifth chapter acts as an evaluation of the various arguments for and against the implementation of judicial review of federal statutes. The Swiss legal system is generally very well known for its uniqueness and emphasis on the principle of sovereignty of the people. Although it is often used as an example of a well functioning democracy, there are parts of it that can be subject to critical dispute. The theme of my diploma thesis is one of the most important judicial acts of European private international law of civil procedure - Brussels I Regulation. The aim of my thesis was to analyse the Regulation from many views with an emphasis on the jurisprudence of European Court of Justice and of domestic national courts. First part of the thesis aims to describe the whole legal branch of european private international law of civil procedure and therefore place the Regulation in the context of the whole legal branch. second part of the thesis deals with the Regulation in its entirety and desribes every single article of the Regulation and tries to determine the boundaries of its application and interpretation. The last, third part, states othre relevant legal acts related to Regulation which are considered to be its alternative, and sums up the pros and cons of their application.

L'intégrité des portées d'étanchéité des robinets des centrales REP nécessite l'emploi de revêtements durs comme par exemple le Norem02, base Fe, déposé par soudage PTA (Plasma Transferred Arc). La prédiction de leur tenue en service nécessite la connaissance de leur état mécanique en fin de fabrication. Pour cela, la simulation numérique du procédé de dépôt doit être effectuée. La microstructure du Norem02 est essentiellement constituée d'une matrice austénitique parsemée d'ilôts de ferrite et de carbures. Son évolution et ses éventuelles transformations allotropiques sont étudiées durant des cycles thermiques représentatifs de ceux subis par le matériau au cours du dépôt, amenant à la conclusion que l'évolution métallurgique de l'alliage n'a que très peu d'influence sur ses propriétés mécaniques. En s'appuyant sur des essais jusqu'à 1000°C de dilatométrie libre, de traction isotherme, ainsi que de traction-compression, l'évolution des caractéristiques thermomécaniques est déterminée en fonction de la température et une loi de comportement élasto-plastique à écrouissage cinématique non linéaire est identifiée. Des mesures expérimentales de températures, déplacements, déformations et contraintes résiduelles lors d'essais de dépôt PTA sur des maquettes représentatives de la géométrie réelle d'un robinet permettent l'identification d'un chargement thermique équivalent. Enfin, des simulations numériques sont conduites en utilisant le code éléments finis développé au sein d'EDF R et D Code_Aster. Elles permettent la validation du caractère prédictif des modèles développés par comparaison entre les résultats mécaniques simulés et expérimentaux. Une excellente corrélation est ainsi observée entre les températures mesurées et simulées tout au long du procédé. De la même façon, à l'issue du refroidissement, les distorsions, déformations et contraintes résiduelles expérimentales et simulées sont en adéquation, validant ainsi la stratégie de modélisation proposée dans ces travaux.

In my diploma thesis i deal with legal aspects of the protection of sound recordings of musical compositions in the Czech Republic and the Russian Federation. In connection with the development of modern technoligies that facilitate access to copyright works, for example the internet, protection of copyright and rights related to copyright is becoming a very important and should be corresponding. The first chapter deals with the definition of the basic concepts of copyright. The second chapter focuses on the issue of copyright infringement and infringement of related rights in the Czech Republic and Russia. In the following section copyright's international treaties (TRIPS, ACTA and others) are analyzed and liabilities, which arise from them. The fourth chapter deals with the issue of enforcement of copyright. In the last chapter, I compare effectiveness of Czech and Russian legal norms for the protection of copyright, based on anonymous sociological research among university students relatively to the origin of audio recordings of musical compositions.

This thesis is focused on laser measuring system. It describes comprehensively single components of laser system, its aplication within calibration, subsequent evaluation of results and performance of renovation of the microscope.
