Computer-Aided Manufacturing Planning (CAMP)of Mass Customization for Non-rotational Part ProductionYao, Suqin 16 December 2003 (has links)
"This research is aimed at studying the key technologies of Computer-Aided Manufacturing Planning (CAMP) of mass customization for non-rotational part production. The main goal of the CAMP is to rapidly generate manufacturing plans by using of the best-of-practice (BOP) provided by specific companies. A systematic information modeling hierarchy is proposed to facilitate changes in manufacturing plans according to changes in part design. The Object-oriented Systems Analysis (OSA) approach is used to represent information relationships and associativities in the CAMP. A feature-based part information model, a process model, a setup planning model, and manufacturing resource capability models are established. A three-level decision-making mechanism is proposed for the CAMP. At the feature- level, combined features are defined based on part families, and a process model is proposed to describe the information associativities between features and their manufacturing strategies, which include customized cutters and toolpaths. At the part level, graph-based setup planning is carried out by tolerance analysis and manufacturing resource capability analysis. At the machine level, multi-part fixtures are utilized to pursue high productivity. Cycle time is used to evaluate manufacturing plans. Computer software for the CAMP has been developed and integrated with CAD package Unigraphs. The BOP of part families is stored in XML format, which has good extendibility and can be read and edited by standard browsers."

Propedeutika kartézské souřadnicové soustavy a rozvoj funkčního myšlení žáků 1. stupně ZŠ / Propedeutics of cartesian coordinate system and the development of functional thinking of primary school pupilsRočák, Štěpán January 2018 (has links)
This thesis didactically maps and describes new didactical mathematic environment and the possibilities of its application in teaching in the first grade of primary education. In this thesis I describe the process of an experiment conducted with pupils of the 1st - 5th year of elementary school, with whom I have tried and verified a series of new environment exercises. Based on the reflection of this experiment, and the analysis of pupils' solutions, I formulated a final version of these exercises. I led the process of the whole experiment in line with the constructivist educational style. In the theory part, I am mentioning the important terms of mathematics and its didactics, that are necessary for the purposes of this thesis, and that I refer to the relevant professional literature. This thesis also contains the analysis of chosen textbook collections that are related to its topic. The last part of this thesis is the final and complete series of exercises useful for teaching mathematics in the 1st grade of elementary school, especially if the teacher aims to purposefully develop the pupils' understanding of the terminology and relations from the mathematical areas of analytic geometry, functions and sequences.

Integrerad arbetsmiljöplaneringRasouli, Mohammad January 2017 (has links)
Since the early 1980s, several research programs initiated in the construction industry with the aim of achieving a better working environment and more codetermination in the planning of construction projects. Integrated planning (IP) was a project carried out in 1985-1988 as a collaboration with Lund University, companies in the construction industry and the trade unions in the afore-mentioned area. The integrated planning concept was developed and implemented in the construction industry in building production. IP is a model for integrating production planning with systematic work environment planning and integrating the skills of all participants in building production planning from early stage to finish. The purpose of this study is to assess the extent to which the work environment plan is a governing document during the ongoing work environment planning before and during construction. Work Environment Act (AML) and its provisions (AFS 1999: 3, AFS 2001: 1 and AFS 2015: 4) are governing for the planning of the working environment in a construction project. Based on the provisions, the report's research questions focus on how and at what stage a work environment plan is established, as well as how the model integrated planning is used in the ongoing work environment planning prior to construction start and during the production phase. Of the companies included in the study, three of them, Skanska, Peab and NCC are Sweden's largest company and work on a national and international scale. The third is INAB, a small company that mainly works nationally. The results show that work environment planning starts at an early stage with preventive actions and routines during the building construction process and mainly follow the same concept as the integrated planning model. Integrated work environment planning (IWEP) is a model for building production planning that can be used in any projects, whatever, its complexity and size. Tallåsen is a clear example that shows the work environment plan is a governing document during the production phase. More attention should be paid to the OSA (AFS 2015:4) by implementing more practical preventive actio / <p>Betyg 170707, H14.</p>

Simulace dynamického chování vybavovače jističe / Simulation of circuit breaker maglatch dynamic behaviourKonšel, Ladislav January 2012 (has links)
This work includes the theory of circuit breaker construction and is focused mainly on overload function. It mainly deals with electronic circuit breakers, i.e. equipped with an electronic trip unit. The work is focused on the part of trip unit - maglatch of trip unit. For the purposes of simulation, the geometric model is created. Maxwell program is used for the simulation. The work describes the options for conditions input which are necessary for simulation. Using the distribution of magnetic field intensity and magnetic flux density in the section of trip unit maglatch is determined by the simulation. Furthermore, the force effects acting on the armature of the maglatch are calculated. Force values and the directions acting on the armature are determined by changing the simulation parameters - shift of the armature and coil current. Simulations are performed both for steady-state and for dynamic simulation – movement of armature is taken into account. The supply source for the maglatch is created by an external circuit.
