This work should help on deciding the right solution in the sphere of cooperation and facilitation of work. Last but not least is the comparison of financial solutions.

Využití cloudových služeb na českých vysokých školách / Cloud services utilization at Czech universities

The aim of this diploma thesis called "Cloud services utilization at Czech universities" is to compare services of Office 365 and G Suite and to evaluate their use at public universities in the Czech Republic which is examined on the basis of qualitative research. The thesis contains six parts. The first chapter characterizes the concept of cloud, its advantages, disadvantages and its models: delivery models and deployment models. The second and third parts describe the history and pricing plans of Office 365 and G Suite. Selected services for education plans are described and then compared from the schools' point of view within the fourth chapter. The fifth part focuses on the experience of cloud services (Microsoft or Google) at selected universities in the Czech Republic with the aim of identifying impulses, barriers, experiences, ideas and recommendations which could serve other colleges and which are summarized in the final part.

Forensiska Undersökningar av Molntjänster

Användning av molntjänster har gjort forensiska undersökningar mer komplicerade. Däremot finns det goda förutsättningar om molnleverantörerna skapar tjänster för att få ut all information. Det skulle göra det enklare och mer tillförlitligt. Informationen som ska tas ut från molntjänsterna är svår att få ut på ett korrekt sätt. Undersökningen görs inte på en skrivskyddad kopia, utan i en miljö som riskerar att förändras. Det är då möjligt att ändringar görs under tiden datan hämtas ut, vilket inte alltid syns. Det går heller inte att jämföra skillnaderna genom att ta hashsummor på filerna som görs vid forensiska undersökningar av datorer. Därför är det viktigt att dokumentera hur informationen har tagits ut, helst genom att filma datorskärmen under tiden informationen tas ut. Informationen finns sparad på flera platser då molntjänsterna Office 365 och Google Apps används, både i molnet och på den eller de datorer som har använts för att ansluta till molntjänsten. Webbläsare sparar mycket information om vad som har gjorts. Därför är det viktigt att det går att ta reda på vilka datorer som har använts för att ansluta sig till molntjänsten, vilket idag inte möjligt. Om det är möjligt att undersöka de datorer som använts kan bevis som inte finns kvar i molnet hittas. Det bästa ur forensisk synvinkel skulle vara om leverantörerna av molntjänster erbjöd en tjänst som hämtar ut all data som rör en användare, inklusive alla relevanta loggar. Då skulle det ske på ett mycket säkrare sätt, då det inte skulle gå att ändra informationen under tiden den hämtas ut. / The usage of cloud services has made forensics investigations more complicated. But there are good foundations if the cloud service providers would create services to retrieve all the information. It would make the process easier and more reliable. The most difficult part to do correctly is to download the information from the cloud services. The investigation is done in a volatile environment and not on a secured copy. It is possible that changes are made during the time the data is retrieved, which is not always visible. It is not possible to compare the differences in files with hash values, in the same way as forensic investigations of computers. That is why it is very important to document how the information is retrieved, preferably by recording the computer screen during the time the information is retrieved. The information is saved on multiple locations when the cloud services Office 365 and Google Apps are used, both in the cloud and on the computer that is being used to access the cloud. The web browser saves a lot of information of what has been done. That is why it is important to find out which computer has been used to connect to the cloud service, which is not possible today. If it would be possible to examine all the computer that have been used, evidence that is no longer in the cloud could be found, The best through a forensic angle would be if the cloud service providers offered to retrieve all data which involves a user, including all relevant logs. Then it would be possible to retrieve the data with a secure method, because it would not be possible to change the information during the retrieval.

Subsidiary targets of my literary part are a definition of small and medium-sized enterprises, explanation of terms corresponding to cloud computing, explaining the very concept of cloud computing and its distribution models, analysis of cloud services and what is involved in the transition to a cloud environment for companies, including migration contract. The first part summarizes information on cloud computing. The second part provides specific implementation of a cloud computing solutions into corporate environments based on empirical research and requirements of the company.

Portering från Google Apps REST API till Microsoft Office 365 REST API

Stress på arbetsplatsen relaterat till många inkommande och utgående kommunikationskanaler är ett reellt problem. Applikationer som samlar alla kanaler i samma verktyg kan hjälpa till på det här området. För att förenkla vid utveckling av en sådan applikation kan ett modulärt system skapas, där varje modul ser liknande ut och enkelt kan kopplas in i en huvudapplikation. Den här studien undersöker de problem som kan uppstå när flera tjänster ska integreras, mer specifikt genom att titta på hur en befintlig modul för e-post via Google Apps kan porteras för att stödja e-post via Microsoft Office 365. Arbetet har skett enligt metoder för testdriven portering och varje steg i porteringen har dokumenterats noggrant. Ett antal problemområden har identifierats och möjliga lösningar föreslås. Utfrån de problem som uppstått dras slutsatsen att de är av en sådan karaktär att de inte utgör något hinder för en portering.

Utmaningar vid implementering av ett e-kollaborationssystem för volontärer i en pingstförsamling / Possible challenges during the implementation of an e-collaboration system for use by volunteers in a Pentecostal congregation

Allt fler religiösa organisationer har börjat använda sig av informationsteknik i sin verksamhet i takt med den digitala teknologins frammarsch i samhället. På grund av deras starka fokus på evangelisation är församlingar inom protestantiska samfund, och då i synnerhet pingstförsamlingar, i hög grad benägna att ta till sig informations- och kommunikationsteknik (IKT). Tidigare studier inom detta forskningsområde har fokuserat på hur religiösa samfund använder IKT för att nå ut med sitt budskap samt på aktiva medlemmars användning av teknik och sociala medier. Få studier har undersökt implementering av interna informationssystem i religiösa organisationer. Syftet med detta arbete är att för en församling inom pingstkyrkan i en svensk kontext genomföra en förstudie till implementeringen av ett e-kollaborationssystem, för att identifiera eventuella problem som kan uppstå och vilka åtgärder som kan vidtas för att förebygga dessa. Detta arbete utformades som en fallstudie där datainsamlingen främst bestod av intervjuer och en enkätundersökning med volontärer som arbetar i församlingen, samt observationer av delar av verksamheten vari volontärer deltar. Ur resultatet från intervjuerna och enkäten identifierades förväntade problem i samband med implementeringen av ett e-kollaborationssystem. I likhet med de problem som finns beskrivna i litteraturen handlar dessa främst om användarmotstånd eller felaktig användning av systemet på grund av användarnas ovana eller ointresse av ny teknik. Likaså överensstämmer volontärernas uppfattningar gällande de viktigaste faktorerna för att använda ett e-kollaborationssystem – utbildning inom systemet, uppfattad nytta och fördelar med systemet, men framför allt att systemet ska vara lättanvänt - med de som beskrivs i litteraturen. Studiens resultat är inte direkt generaliserbar då den endast studerat en församling, men resultatet skulle kunna användas som underlag för projekt som utförs i andra organisationer och under liknande förutsättningar. Vidare kan denna studies resultat jämföras med en verklig, framtida implementering av ett e-kollaborationssystem i en religiös organisation. / As digital technology gain ground in society, an increasing number of religious organizations are beginning to use information technology within their operations. Due to their strong focus on evangelism, Protestant congregations – in particular those belonging to the Pentecostal movement – are strongly inclined to adopt information and communications technologies (ICTs). Previous research in this field has focused on how religious communions use ICT to reach people with their message, and on their members’ use of technology and social media. Few studies have investigated the implementation of internal information systems in religious organizations. The aim of this research work was to conduct a preliminary study on the implementation of an e-collaboration system for a Pentecostal congregation in a Swedish context, in order to identify the problems that may arise and measures that can be taken to prevent these. This research work was designed as a case study, the data gathering of which consisted primarily of interviews with and a questionnaire answered by volunteers who work in the congregation, along with observations of parts of the operations of the congregation. The results of the interviews and the questionnaire were analyzed, and the problems that were expected to arise in connection with the implementation of the e-collaboration system were identified. These were found to correspond to a high degree with those discussed in the literature, and primarily revolved around user resistance to or incorrect use of the system based on unfamiliarity with and lack of interest in new technology. Moreover, the volunteers’ opinions corresponded to what is described in the literature as regards what the most important factors in use of an e-collaboration system: training in, perceived usefulness and advantages of, and – in particular – ease of use of the system. It is not possible to directly generalize using the results of this study due to the fact that it was based on a single congregation, but the results may be used as a basis for projects conducted in other organizations and under similar circumstances. Furthermore, the results of this study can be compared to those of a real, future implementation of an e-collaboration system within a religious organization.

The presented work deals with the quality of education and elaborates upon the implementation of system of quality management ISO 9001 as one of the ways of possible improvement of a process and outcomes of education. Introduction included in the theoretical part is focused on explanation of the concepts of education quality, quality management, quality of a school, quality standards, quality control and quality management models. The subsequent part of the work contains implementation of a quality management system. The following chapter deals with process management as a means of maintaining quality management system. The final chapter of the theoretical part describes cloud computing as the latest and most progressive path of development of quality management. The object of the research is to develop a model of implementation of the quality management system. Actual implementation model build on a previous qualitative research conducted in several schools, performed in a form of a case study. In the appendix part, a number of actual documents are attached in order to better convey the implementation process.
