Open source nástroje na podporu byznys architektury / Open source tools for business architectureKrejčí, Jiří January 2012 (has links)
Business architecture is compared to the enterprise architecture discipline still unexplored. While a number of papers and literature on enterprise architecture has been written, business architecture remains behind in this respect. This thesis mainly deals with the creation of a conceptual model of business architecture artifacts and comparing them with open source tools. The primary objective of this study is to compare open source tools to support the business architecture artifacts. To fulfill this primary objective is important secondary objective. The secondary objective is to analyze the most highly cited expert articles and scientific literature and analyzing the most common architectural frameworks in organizations. Based on the analysis of these sources of information create conceptual artifacts BA model with the largest number of their occurrence. These artifacts will be assigned to specific models, which fulfill them. After reaching the secondary target, comes the fulfillment of the primary objectives. Then selected open source tools will be compared with that created a conceptual model and evaluated as a measure of its fulfillment.

A Novel Framework For Detecting Subdomain State Against Takeover AttacksJayaprakash, Rigved, Kalariyil Venugopal, Vishnu January 2022 (has links)
The Domain Name System (DNS) oversees the internet's architecture, providing pointers to both internal and external services. Consequently, enterprises increase their attack surface while simultaneously increasing their exposure to potential cyber threats. Subdomain takeovers happen when a subdomain leads to a website that no longer exists. As a result, the subdomain will be in control of an attacker. A compromised subdomain may be the access point to many attacks like information threats, phishing attacks, infrastructure intrusion and many more. Subdomain takeover attacks are one of the overlooked attack surfaces related to cyber security. This thesis aims to investigate the subdomain takeover attacks, how the attacks happen, the attack methodology by an attacker and drawbacks in the current strategies and tools, which are countermeasures for subdomain takeover attacks. The research focuses on resolving an intrusion from happening within the perspective of an enterprise standpoint. A new custom framework which resolves the subdomain takeover attacks was developed. A comparative study of the newly developed framework and the existing open-source tools and their response to an attack scenario too is made. Also, a comparison of the leading cloud platforms was conducted and their existing security features and mitigation measures for similar attacks and threats.

Previous issue date: 2017-10-16 / The delivery time is the time unit that determines the time needed to complete the project, which in external or internal conditions in organizations can cause deviations to the project deliveries. As a consequence, they can cause financial loss, excessive expenses, increased risks, communication failures, loss of quality among other problems. In some studies, alternatives are used to avoid or solve these problems in carrying out project management. As an alternative, this study uses about 100 million patents registrations deposited in the European Patent Office (EPO) Espacenet for potential solutions to deadline issues. The objective of this research is to identify the solutions for the delivery time of project management in the EPO base using the extraction of patents with the tool Patent2NET. With open source tooling, it allows for content analysis and bibliographic organization with mind maps. This research uses the qualitative method, with exploratory-descriptive character, with the analysis of secondary data. The correlation, similarity and frequencies of the words will be analyzed. Thus, contributions are offered to improve the understanding of these solutions found in four semantic classes, as well as the presentation of the techniques for constructing search expressions and the patents that can help in the solution of problems of the deadline and, therefore, to promote improvements in project management practices.
The research/creation project is focused on the development of a spatialised sound creation tool, which aims at facilitating the improvisation of electroacoustic music on multiple loudspeakers. More specifically, this tool, which is called Live 4 Life, allows to compose spatialised polyrhythms, combined with enveloping textures in real time.
Currently, it is particularly difficult to dynamically and simultaneously control multiple sounds in space, due in part to the layering of the composition process in multiple software programs and the complexity of individually spatialising each sound event. By providing the improviser with flexible spatialisation tools, it allows him to exploit spatial dimensions throughout the creative process, from composition to performance. The integration of other sound parameters, such as rhythm, spectrum or playback speeds, in a global creation tool also allows to create new links in the composition of space.
The tool, implemented on the open source platform SuperCollider, offers an approach comprising different time scales, where spatialisation is determined both locally on individual events and globally on sound streams. Spatially and temporally open forms can thus be realised from multiple pre-composed sequences, which are organised and modified in real time. This spatial performance tool emphasises the construction and deformation of parameter loops, rhythmic or spatial. It also makes it possible to question the spatio-temporal development between sound objects themselves, their processing or their reflections, and opens up broader questions on the links that exist between space and real time.

Enabling Java Software Developers to use ATCG tools by demonstrating the tools that exist today, their usefulness, and effectivenessQAZIZADA, RASHED January 2021 (has links)
The software industry is expanding at a rapid rate. To keep up with the fast-growing and ever-changing technologies, it has become necessary to produce high-quality software in a short time and at an affordable cost. This research aims to demonstrate to Java developers the use of Automated Test Case Generation (ATCG) tools by presenting the tools that exist today, their usefulness, and their effectiveness. The main focus is on the automated testing tools for the Java industry, which can help developers achieve their goals faster and make better software. Moreover, the discussion covers the availability, features, prerequisites, effectiveness, and limitations of the automated testing tools. Among these tools, the most widely used are Evosuite, JUnit, TestNG, and Selenium. Each tool has its advantages and purpose. Furthermore, these ATCG-tools were compared to provide a clear picture to Java developers, answer the research questions, and show strengths and limitations of each selected tool. Results show that there is no single ultimate tool that can do all kinds of testing independently. It all depends on what the developer aims to achieve. If one tool is good at generating unit test cases for Java classes, another tool is good at testing the code security through penetration testing. Therefore, the Java developers may choose a tool/s based on their requirements. This study has revealed captivating findings regarding the ATCG-tools, which ought to be explored in the future.
