Yu, Rong-wal 29 August 2005 (has links)
The Improvement Strategy of Kaohsiung Mayor¡¦s Mailbox via Internal Customer Orientation Abstract Under the circumstances of increasing citizen demands and active participation in civil affairs, to improve citizen satisfaction and service quality is the most important things for the government. Actually, whatever the convenient public services or policy vision, these policies products will have great effects on the real life of the public through government employees¡¦ services. In the process of policy output, government employees¡¦ attitude toward the policy will affect the policy performace, and then, leads to citizen satisfation and loyalty. To let the external customer feel satisfied must gratify the internal customer¡¦s desire first. That is to say, to offer good internal service quality to government employees will generate high loyalty to organization, and naturally, the internal customer will give the excellent service quality to external customer. Mayor¡¦s electronic mailbox is the visualization of ¡§the Electronic Government¡¨ or ¡§the Virtual Government¡¨. In addition to providing policy information, governmental service on line, and enhancing citizen participation in public affairs by network technology, it became the vital policy instrument to implement government commitments, and supplied the grievance solving, information sharing, and policy problems construction. This research will discuss the function of customer orientation and it¡¦s effectiveness to inside customer. It began with the present utilization of Mayor¡¦s mailbox, literature review, in-depth interview, questionnaire, and confirm the positive linkage among internal customer orientation, system management mechanism, e-service quality, and internal customer satisfaction. Data were analysed using exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model to test variables and constructs. Lien, Hai-yen 07 September 2005 (has links)
In recent years, in order to adjust to the global trend, the financial policy and development in Taiwan change rapidly. With constant transformation and mergers, the banking industry attempted to upgrade the advantages of competition. The employees have to face diverse financial products and the compression and alternation of the personnel. The enterprises value the employees¡¦ satisfaction of psychological contract and the employees hold the attitude of professional commitment. Thus, the employees can explore better direction of prospect and the enterprises can also manage appropriate arrangement of work force. In addition, financial professional capacity is the capital and core value of banking industry. In this environment with severe competition and with the concern of personal development, the employees would contribute differently in terms of their specialty. In order to keep the excellent employees, the enterprises remain mutually beneficial relationship with the employees with mutual respect and commitment. The employees also value the professional cultivation which will be beneficial for the maintenance of the talents and developmental management of the organization. This research regarded the employees of local banking industry as the targets and distributed 510 questionnaires and there were 398 returned. As to the analysis of data, the researcher used reliability analysis, factor analysis, t-test analysis of independence, analysis of variance (ANOVA), Pearson¡¦s product-moment correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The Preparation and Phase Transformation of Nanometer Zirconia Thin Film by Ion Beam Sputtering Method

Yeh, Sung-wei 30 June 2006 (has links)
Nanocrystalline £\-Zr condensates deposited by ion beam sputtering on the NaCl (100) surfaces and then annealed at 100 ¢J to 750 ¢J in air. The phases present were identified by transmission electron microscopy to be nanometer-size £\-Zr+ZrO¡B£\-Zr+ZrO+c-ZrO2¡Bc-ZrO2¡Bc-+t-ZrO2¡Bt-ZrO2¡Band t-+m-ZrO2 phase assemblages with increasing annealing temperature. The zirconia showed strong {100} preferred orientation due to parallel epitaxy with NaCl (100) when annealed between 150 ¢J and 500 ¢J in air. The c- and t-zirconia condensates also showed (111)-specific coalescence among themselves. The c- and/or t-ZrO2 formation can be accounted for by the small grain size, the presence of low-valence Zr cation and the lateral constraint of the neighboring grains. (Part 1) Nanocrystalline £\-Zr condensates were deposited on the NaCl (100) plane at 25 to 450 ¢J by radio frequency ion beam sputtering from a pure 99.9¢H Zr disk. The nano condensates were identified by transmission electron microscopy to be quasiamorphous, £\-Zr, £\-Zr+ZrO and £\-Zr+ZrO+c-ZrO2 phase assemblages with increasing substrate temperature. At 400 ¢J and under 1-20 sccm oxygen, c- and t-ZrO2 nanocondensates were assembled on NaCl (100) as monolayer nanocrystalline material and showed strong preferred orientation. The c- and/or t-ZrO2 were retained by small grain size, low-valence Zr cation and 2-D matrix constraint of the film. (Part 2) Nanosized c- and t-ZrO2 were formed as monolayer nanocrystalline film on NaCl (100) plane by radio frequency ion beam sputtering. The microstructure and the epitaxy relationship with the NaCl (100) plane were studied by a high resolution transmission electron microscope. The epitaxy orientation was found to be [001]Z//[001]N, [100]Z//[1 0]N (group A), and [011]Z//[001]N, [100]Z//[100]N (group B) between zirconia (Z) and NaCl (N). Group B has two variants and is the dominant type. The possible causes for the epitaxy relationship are discussed. Crystallites within the same group can merge by rotation and coalesce into a single crystal, whereas crystallites in different groups can form high-angle grain boundaries. (Part 3) Special interfaces were formed for the c- and/or t-ZrO2 (Z) nano-crystals when deposited on the NaCl (N) (100) cleavage plane by ion beam sputtering to follow the epitaxy relationships of [001]Z//[001]N, (100)Z//(1 0)N (group A); and [011]Z//[001]N, (100)Z//(100)N (group B1) or (100)Z//(010)N (group B2). The nanoparticles in group A and B were impinged and coalesced to form {220}A/{200}B and {200}A/{111}B interfaces; with anchored dislocation whereas those in group B1 and B2 form {220}B1/{200}B2 interface. The {220}A/{200}B interface is found to be of especially low energy due to good match O2¡V lattice sites, and smoothly joints {200} and {220} planes across the interfaces without mismatch strain and dislocations. The special interfaces may shed light on the epitaxial mechanism of nanocrystalline materials in general. (Part 4)

Semantic-Based Approach to Supporting Opinion Summarization

Chen, Yen-Ming 20 July 2006 (has links)
With the rapid expansion of e-commerce, the Web has become an excellent source for gathering customer opinions (or so-called customer reviews). Customer reviews are essential for merchants or product manufacturers to understand general responses of customers on their products for product or marketing campaign improvement. In addition, customer reviews can enable merchants better understand specific preferences of individual customers and facilitates making effective marketing decisions. Prior data mining research mainly concentrates on analyzing customer demographic, attitudinal, psychographic, transactional, and behavioral data for supporting customer relationship management and marketing decision making and did not pay attention to the use of customer reviews as additional source for marketing intelligence. Thus, the purpose of this research is to develop an efficient and effective opinion summarization technique. Specifically, we will propose a semantic-based product feature extraction technique (SPE) which aims at improving the existing product feature extraction technique and is desired to enhance the overall opinion summarization effectiveness.

The Research on the Relationship among Internal Marketing, Supervisor Trust, Job Satisfaction, and Customer Orientation-a case study of M Direct Selling company

Yen, Hsing-chih 25 August 2006 (has links)
Direct Selling in Taiwan, due to it¡¦s changing from focusing on distributor¡¦s face-to-face connecting with customers to emphasizing on real channel and electronic commerce; it has been a part of service Industry. Therefore, a good quality of service is become a key which could turnover people¡¦s negative impression on direct selling. We can see that within these years, for gaining positive reputations, most of direct selling companies have given lots of their efforts and money on external marketing activities, such as image commercial, sports sponsor, charity activities, and etc. But, who could win the competition at the end? The way to success is the way that internal employees having satisfied service to external customers. There are many ways of encouraging employees doing excellent service. Some scholars¡¦ studies found out an effective communication which could lead employees to a customer service oriented attitude is internal marketing. This is a case study of a direct selling company that operates its business with real channel. The major purpose is to find out whether internal marketing influence the attitude of customer orientation, and if supervisor trust and job satisfaction could be improved by internal marketing. We discuss four variables (internal marketing, supervisor trust, job satisfaction, customer orientation) to search out the relation among them. This research pointed out that 1. The higher satisfaction level employees practice to internal marketing, the more satisfaction they got in supervisor trust. 2. The higher satisfaction level employees practice to internal marketing, the better performance on customer orientation. 3. Close linkage between supervisor trust and employee¡¦s job satisfaction. 4. There is a positive relation between employees¡¦ job satisfaction and customer orientation.

The study of AlN thin film grown on bottom electrode under room temperature condition

Huang, Ching-Ju 15 May 2000 (has links)
In this study, highly C-axis oriented AlN thin films stacked upon Al bottom electrode on Si and Glass substrate are deposited with Reactive RF magnetron sputtering Technique. Three different sputtering systems were utilized to evaluate the optimized growth parameters. Room temperature growth was applied to the all system. During thin film growing , the substrate bias condition, sputtering work pressure, sputtering power and the N2 concentration are those key parameters to be adjusted in order to gain smooth surface morphology and highly C-axis prefer orientation AlN thin films. The crystallography of the deposited films was analyzed by x-ray diffraction (XRD). Film surface morphology was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Meanwhile, transmission electron microscopy (TEM) was adopted to observe the microstructure and determine the grain size of the film. The results of the XRD patterns showed that in a 17cm long sputtering working distance condition, the AlN (002) can be obtained and the peak intensity can be increased when the sputtering power was fixed meanwhile reduced the working pressure and applied the negative bias on the substrate. The surface morphology can be improved with long working sputtering distance. The micrography of the TEM reveals that there is a transition region between Al metal and AlN film. Fine column structures can be observed in the initial growth stage. The size of the grain increased as the film became thicker. Strong AlN (002) ring pattern was obtained from the region of the top of the film. It indicates that the AlN (002) will not appear till the thickness of the film reach the critical thickness.

The relationships among the market orientation, organizational learning, organizational innovations, and organizational performance¡XThe empirical examination for Information Technology Industry in Scientific Industry Park

Lin, Yi-Ping 15 May 2001 (has links)
¡§Market orientation will improve performance¡¨, this issue has been discussed over 30 years. Most of scholars think market orientation is the core of modern marketing management and strategy. However, there are numerous empirical studies that have examined the association between market orientation and organizational performance. Many studies have found a positive association between market orientation and organizational performance, but some studies have found no significant relationship. Therefore, some scholars interpret the mixed findings by incorporating the mediating variables. Some studies incorporate the innovation as a mediating variable between market orientation and organizational performance. Additionally, a series of recent studies have found that a firm¡¦s organizational learning is likely to indirectly affect organizational performance by facilitating the type of generative learning that leads to innovations in products, procedures, and systems. Therefore, this research presents a conceptual framework for incorporating organizational learning and innovations as the mediating variable between market orientation and organizational performance. The sample of this study has 145 companies of Information Technology Industry in Scientific Industry Park. Many quantitative methods, including t-test, ANOVA, regression analysis, and LISREL analysis, and used to test the hypothesis of this research. The major findings of this study are summarized as following: (1) Overall, the global model fit is acceptable. This empirical result supports the relationships among the market orientation, organizational learning, organizational innovations, and organizational performance. (2) Market orientation has a positive impact on organizational learning, administrative and technical innovation. Furthermore, the direct effect of market orientation on technical innovation is greater than the direct effect of market orientation on administrative innovation, but the total effect of market orientation on technical innovation is smaller than the total effect of market orientation on administrative innovation. (3) Organizational learning has a positive direct impact on administrative and technical innovation, but the direct effect of organizational learning on performance is not statistically significant. However, organizational learning has a positive indirect impact on performance by organizational innovations. Moreover, the direct effect of organizational learning on administrative innovation is greater than the direct effect of organizational learning on technical innovation. The indirect effect of organizational learning on performance by administrative innovation is greater than the indirect effect by technical innovation. (4) The direct effect of administrative innovation on performance is greater than the direct effect of technical innovation on performance. However, the effect of the two innovations types (administrative and technical) interact impact with each other is not statistically significant.

The Study of Electromagnetic Shielding in Plastic Composites

Chiu, Shou-Kai 20 June 2001 (has links)
Abstract Electromagnetic shielding of nylon-66 composites applied to laser modules was studied experimentally and theoretically. The effects of conductive carbon fiber length and weight percentage upon the shielding effectiveness (SE) of nylon composites were investigated. The result showed that the SE of long carbon fiber filled nylon-66 composites was found to be higher SE than short carbon fiber filled nylon-66 composites under the same weight percentage of carbon fibers. In addition, higher electromagnetic shielding was obtained for the composite with higher contents of carbon fibers at the same length. The SE of conductive carbon fiber filled nylon-66 composites was measured to be 41 dB at low frequency of 30 MHz and 59 dB at high frequency of 1.5 GHz. The results of SE predicted by the proposed theoretical model and the results measured by experiments were in good agreement with each other for carbon fibers filled nylon-66 composites of different lengths. The effects of fiber orientation on SE of nylon and LCP composites were also investigated. The result showed that the SE of LCP composites was found to be higher than nylon composites under the same weight percentage of carbon fiber. This is due to that the fiber orientation in LCP composites attempts to keep the same direction.
