Thus, the discussions revolve around the social relation of these religious communities from the perceptions of Orthodox Ukrainians. As a method to achieve the objective of this work was used the Oral History. With the interviews we seek to understand the personal experiences of each person interviewed, as well as the seized values. In addition, we make socio historical surveys, through the memory of the interviewees, of the migration process prior to our respondents. We research also ways of life in the studied city, as well as the existing ethnic boundaries between groups. Along with the faithful, we interviewed the Orthodox priest of St. George Parish Guard to investigate the particular characteristics of the church. We can say that the interviews allowed the construction of resources to enable this research. By analyzing consensus among the interviewees, it was observed that their memories offered representations of a social world that had not been explored before, opportunity to meet the interactions and affinity of the groups. / Este trabalho tem por objetivo compreender como os descendentes de ucranianos ortodoxos percebem a sua relação com greco-católicos ucranianos em Ponta Grossa-PR. Desta forma, as discussões giram em torno da relação social dessas comunidades religiosas a partir das percepções dos ortodoxos ucranianos. Como método para atingir o objetivo deste trabalho foi utilizado a História Oral. Com as entrevistas buscamos entender as vivências pessoais de cada pessoa entrevistada, bem como os valores apreendidos. Além disso, fizemos levantamento sócio histórico, através da memória dos depoentes, do processo migratório que antecedem nossos entrevistados. Pesquisamos, também, os modos de vida na cidade estudada, assim como as fronteiras étnicas existentes entre os grupos. Ao lado dos fiéis, entrevistamos o padre ortodoxo da Paróquia São Jorge Protetor em busca de aspectos relacionados especificamente à Igreja. No caso, podemos dizer que as entrevistas possibilitaram a construção de recursos para a viabilização desta pesquisa. Ao analisar consensos entre os depoentes, foi possível observar que suas memórias ofereceram representações de um mundo social que não havia sido explorado antes, oportunidade para conhecer as interações e afinidades dos grupos.
