Disserta??es focalizando a interdisciplinaridade no programa de P?s-Gradua??o em Educa??o em Ci?ncias e Matem?tica da PUCRS : rela??es entre teoria e pr?tica

No. of bitstreams: 1 447319.pdf: 3065790 bytes, checksum: cd09475cb47d86f385b917068b2f892c (MD5) Previous issue date: 2012-03-28 / The Program for Postgraduate in Science and Mathematics Education / PUCRS, in its ten years of existence, have highlighted the importance of the interdisciplinarity and education by research, with which the students are involved from the selection process to the Master course. In this context, the objective of the research was to analyze dissertations about interdisciplinarity, completed in the period between 2004 and 2010. The approach was qualitative, as in the studies analyzed. From an initial survey conducted in search of dissertations available at the PUCRS Central Library, considering the titles of dissertations, keywords and abstracts, the selected papers were submitted to the analysis process, according to the methodology of Discourse Textual Analysis. Each essay describes the monitoring analyzed what happened at all stages of the process, with reflections on the progress and difficulties. At the end of each one, the final considerations allow further theorizing from the initial explanation of relationships between theory and practice. From various teaching methodologies, such as projects, interdisciplinary islands of rationality and learning units, and also in with study groups of Science and Mathematics teachers, was expanded dialogue with other f knowledge areas and the life. In each essay, despite some initial difficulties and resistance to the development of an interdisciplinary work, were verified progress and possibilities of overcoming. / O Programa de P?s-Gradua??o em Educa??o em Ci?ncias e Matem?tica (PPGEDUCEM) da PUCRS, nos seus dez anos de exist?ncia, destaca a import?ncia da interdisciplinaridade e da educa??o pela pesquisa, com as quais os mestrandos se envolvem desde o processo de sele??o ao curso de Mestrado. Nesse contexto, o objetivo geral da pesquisa foi analisar as disserta??es do Programa sobre interdisciplinaridade, conclu?das no per?odo compreendido entre 2004 e 2010. A abordagem foi qualitativa, como nos trabalhos analisados. A partir de um levantamento inicial realizado em busca das disserta??es dispon?veis no site da Biblioteca Central da PUCRS, considerando t?tulos das disserta??es, palavras-chave e resumos, as disserta??es selecionadas foram submetidas ao processo de an?lise, segundo a metodologia de An?lise Textual Discursiva. Cada disserta??o analisada descreve o acompanhamento que houve em todas as fases do processo, com reflex?es sobre avan?os e dificuldades. Ao final de cada uma, as considera??es finais permitiram aprofundar a teoriza??o inicial a partir da explicita??o de rela??es entre teoria e pr?tica. A partir de diversas metodologias de ensino, como projetos, ilhas interdisciplinares de racionalidade e unidades de aprendizagem, e tamb?m em grupos de estudos com professores de Ci?ncias e Matem?tica, foi ampliado o di?logo com outras ?reas do conhecimento e com a vida. Em cada disserta??o, apesar de algumas dificuldades e resist?ncias iniciais ao desenvolvimento de um trabalho interdisciplinar, foram constatados avan?os e possibilidades de supera??o.

Educar pela pesquisa em ci?ncias na pr?tica de pesquisa no PPGEDUCEM/PUCRS : revis?o de disserta??es com olhar epistemol?gico

No. of bitstreams: 1 460095.pdf: 894945 bytes, checksum: dd4b97cee885152718ad1e1b8e76ac76 (MD5) Previous issue date: 2014-03-31 / This dissertation, in the line of Education by Research (EPP) presents the results of qualitative desk research performed in nine dissertations within the Graduate Program in Science and Mathematics Education of Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PPGEDUCEM/PUCRS), where the EPP is used how a basis for conducting learning activities in science classes of elementary or secondary school. Your goal is to understand under methodological and epistemological view how Education by Research is operationalized in the research master's science education degree. The methodology for data analysis is the Textual Discourse Analysis (DTA) based on Galiazzi and Moraes (2011). The theoretical foundation presents the characteristics of the EPP and a historical, epistemological, and identities discussion. The results of the desk research showed that the EPP appears being applied by the subjects from a motivation to rebuilding of the teaching practice and the school. There are a theoretical framework based on reference s authors of science education research and a consistent relationship between theories and learning and epistemological conceptions. The contents are contextualized and meaningful for the students which are develop in a political and sociological approach, beyond the conceptual and propedeutics views. The teaching strategies are Learning Units which are to comply with the methodology suggested by the EPP. From the epistemological point of view, in general, there is a consistency with the EPP. / Esta disserta??o tem como tema o princ?pio do Educar pela Pesquisa (EPP) e apresenta os resultados de pesquisa documental, qualitativa, realizada em nove disserta??es defendidas no Programa de P?s-Gradua??o em Educa??o em Ci?ncias e Matem?tica da Pontif?cia Universidade Cat?lica do Rio Grande do Sul (PPGEDUCEM/PUCRS) nas quais os mestrandos utilizaram o EPP como base para atividades did?ticas em turmas do Ensino Fundamental ou M?dio. O seu objetivo ? compreender sob os pontos de vista metodol?gico e epistemol?gico como o Educar pela Pesquisa ? levado ? pr?tica em pesquisas de mestrado na ?rea de Ci?ncias. A metodologia para an?lise dos dados ? a An?lise Textual Discursiva (ATD), baseada em Moraes e Galiazzi (2011). A fundamenta??o te?rica apresenta as caracter?sticas do EPP e uma an?lise hist?rica, epistemol?gica e das identidades da educa??o pela pesquisa. Como resultados, o EPP aparece sendo aplicado pelos sujeitos a partir de uma motiva??o de reinven??o do professor e da escola; com um embasamento te?rico fundamentado em autores refer?ncia da ?rea; com uma rela??o coerente com teorias de aprendizagem e epistemol?gicas; com conte?dos contextualizados e significativos, em uma abordagem pol?tica e sociol?gica, al?m das conceituais e proped?uticas. As estrat?gias did?ticas est?o estruturadas como Unidades de Aprendizagem, as quais procuram respeitar a metodologia sugerida pelo EPP. Do ponto de vista epistemol?gico, se identifica, em geral, uma coer?ncia com o EPP.
