Para tanto, elegemos como nosso objeto de estudo o COMPATRI de Ouro Preto, Conselho este de caráter consultivo, que se dedica, dentre outras coisas, à preservação e salvaguarda de bens culturais e naturais no município. Tendo em vista a escolha do objeto de estudo, o período analisado compreende os anos de 2003 e 2015, que demarcam, nessa ordem, o primeiro ano de funcionamento do órgão e a data limite das principais fontes utilizadas no trabalho, a saber, as atas do Conselho. Como proposta à pesquisa realizada, elaboramos um projeto na forma de uma homepage para o Conselho. / This work aims to do a research on where the immaterial cultural heritage is found in the policies for cultural assets in the city of Ouro Preto-MG, therefore, we have chosen as object of study the COMPATRI (Municipal Council of Preservation) in Ouro Preto. The council is consultative in nature, and is dedicated, among other things, to preserve and safeguard he cultural and natural assets of the municipality. In the view of the choice of the object of study, the period analyzed covers the years 2003 and 2015, which demarcate, in that order, the first year of operation of the Council and the cut-off date for the main sources used in the work, namely the minutes of the Council. As a proposal to the research, a homepage Project was developed to the Coucil.

A partir dessa relação, foram discutidos os impactos do turismo nos costumes locais e na paisagem cultural de Lavras Novas, avaliando os efeitos das ações preservacionistas propostas: tanto pelo poder público quanto pelas organizações ligadas aos moradores do Distrito. O nascimento do turismo cultural e sua relação com oportunidades de negócio despertaram em Lavras Novas variadas formas de apropriação do patrimônio cultural. O clima bucólico, as paisagens serranas, as cachoeiras, conjugadas com culinária típica e um visual arquitetônico de origem setecentista, atraem milhares de visitantes à procura de entretenimento. A problemática surge quando as mudanças sociais e os mecanismos de salvaguarda não são pensados de uma ótica ampliada, no caso de Lavras Novas, deixando em um segundo plano as raízes setecentistas e o patrimônio arquitetônico. A dificuldade em fazer com que as informações sobre os monumentos e a cultura local alcancem os visitantes contribui ainda mais para alienação do turismo. Nessa perspectiva, nossa pesquisa propõe um produto pautado no resgate da “alma setecentista” dos monumentos, tornando-a acessível aos visitantes através da viabilização de uma plataforma digital própria para veiculação interativa de informação. A tecnologia escolhida para difusão dinâmica das informações sobre os monumentos foi o Qr Code. O código possibilitará o acesso eletrônico a textos contendo informações sobre elementos do patrimônio cultural de Lavras Novas. / The research deals with the relationship between socioeconomic development and cultural heritage management in Lavras Novas, Ouro Preto district / MG. Based on this relationship, the impacts of tourism on local customs and on the cultural landscape of Lavras Novas were evaluated, evaluating the effects of proposed preservation actions: both by the public authorities and by the organizations related to the residents of the District. The birth of cultural tourism and its relation with business opportunities have awakened in Lavras Novas various forms of appropriation of cultural heritage. The bucolic climate, the serranous landscapes, the waterfalls, combined with typical cuisine and an architectural look of 18th century origin, attract thousands of visitors looking for entertainment. The problem arises when the social changes and the safeguard mechanisms are not thought of an extended perspective, in the case of Lavras Novas, leaving in the background the eighteenth roots and the architectural patrimony. The difficulty in making information about monuments and local culture reach visitors contributes even more to the alienation of tourism. From this perspective, our research proposes a product based on the rescue of the "17th century soul" of the monuments, making it accessible to visitors through the feasibility of a digital platform for interactive information. The technology chosen for the dynamic dissemination of information on monuments was the Qr Code. The code will allow electronic access to texts containing information about elements of the cultural heritage of Lavras Novas.
