A Study of the New Labor Pension System In Taiwan

Prior to the implementation of Labor Retirement Act (hereinafter referred to as New System), the Labor Retirement System is mainly governed by Labor Standard Act (hereinafter referred to as Previous System) . However, since the implementation of Retirement System under Labor Standard Act, it has been under long term controversy. In order to improve the discrepancy of previous system, the Retirement System under Labor Standard Act, Council for Labor Affairs has proposed quite a number of drafts for amendment. After years of endeavor, it was finally reached consensus in improvement and established new labor retirement system, which is based mainly on Personal Account of Pension System and assisted by Income Replacement program. It was passed in Legislative Yuan on June 11, 2004, the Labor Retirement Act (New System) and officially enforced on July 1, 2005. However, it was expected that there will be many problems emerged in the initial stage of implementation. In this paper, we focused on the Labor Retirement New System and explained with other related administrative statutory are used as assistance. Also the basic theory of Administrative Act ¡V Principle of Administration, Administration Organization, Administrative Authorities, Administrative Remedies and Administrative Supervision ¡V the 5 main structure are used as the research methodology to examine the possible problem in new labor retirement system and tried to form possible measures for solutions.

Efektivnost veřejného zdravotnictví v ČR a vliv zavedení poplatků / Effectiveness of public health system and impact of introduction of regulatory payments

This diploma thesis aims to describe Czech health care system participants` motivations and impact and meaningfulness of setting up regulatory payments on supply of health care. It also attempts to suggest other meanings to rising effectiveness of whole system. This work is based on theoretical concepts of various health care systems and endeavours to expose their positive and also negative features. The theory of health care markets comes out from works of Stiglitz (1997) and Arrow (1963). They focused rather on US, but this thesis aims to use this knowledge also in conditions of Czech Republic. Thesis sum up expenditures on health care during the time in Czech Republic, compare with expenditures abroad and estimate their trend in future. The central point of this paper is the analysis of the introduction of regulatory payments and its influence on concrete types of health services and on the consumption of drugs. It includes also a short survey.

Produzindo textos a partir do gênero relato pessoal

In this work we developed a study about writing construction, through a systematic activity process, as we believe it is necessary to reconsider the ways in which the teaching of the production of textbooks has passed, among them the lack of interest of students by writing. However, this lack of interest may be associated with routing strategies that the teacher gives that function, that is, how it is made the subject of approach may impair the activation of the senses, so the inclusion of playfulness is important in this learning process. Another factor that may discourage the student is the method as given feedback at the time of correction, thus constraining and discriminatory attitudes can contribute to discouragement in the practice of writing. Against this background, we produce educational material in order to contribute to the improvement of textual production of teaching in school. The pedagogical notebook organized is the result of the application of a didactic sequence structured in the light of the suggestions of instructional sequence Schneuwly and Dolz (2013), because it is described, in detail, the task of oral presentations or written to accomplish a job with genres. In addition, we use a theoretical framework that supported our propositions, like Passarelli (2012), Geraldi (1997), Gomes-Santos (2003), Soares (2009), Marcuschi (2005), NCPs (1998), Silva (2015), among other studies. Regarding the organization of the notebook, it divides into three parts: introduction to the theoretical basis, a practice section, which is contained gradually to the implementation of activities such as games, posters, motivating text and other capable suggestions to help make the process more engaging writing. Finally, we bring the final considerations with reflections on the applied sequence. This research was conducted for eight classes, a class of sixth year of elementary school, between the months of April and May 2016, at the Municipal School Dr. Lourival Batista (Graccho Cardoso / SE), where we observed through data analysis that activities we conduct contributed to an improvement on the commitment of the students and the production of texts, because we can even put together a little book of memories containing the personal accounts of them. Thus, we believe that our product serves, as an aid tool in working with the gender report and that can be adapted according to the occasions. / Neste trabalho desenvolvemos um estudo sobre a construção da escrita através de um processo sistematizado de atividades, pois acreditamos que é preciso reconsiderar os caminhos pelos quais o ensino da produção de textos escolares tem passado, dentre eles, o do desinteresse dos alunos pelo ato de escrever. No entanto, essa falta de interesse pode estar associada às estratégias de encaminhamento que o professor dá a essa função, ou seja, o modo como é feita a abordagem do tema pode prejudicar a ativação dos sentidos, por isso a inclusão da ludicidade é fundamental neste processo de aprendizagem. Outro fator que pode desmotivar o aluno é o método como é dado o feedback no momento da correção, pois, atitudes constrangedoras e discriminatórias podem contribuir para o desânimo na prática de escrever. Diante desse panorama, produzimos um material didático com o objetivo de contribuir para a melhoria do ensino de produção textual na escola. O caderno pedagógico que organizamos é fruto da aplicação de uma sequência didática estruturada à luz das sugestões da sequência instrutiva de Schneuwly e Dolz, (2013), porque nela é descrita, de maneira detalhada, a tarefa de exposição oral ou escrita para realizarmos um trabalho com gêneros textuais. Além disso, usamos um aporte teórico que sustentou as nossas proposições, a exemplo de Passarelli (2012), Geraldi (1997), Gomes-Santos (2003), Soares (2009), Marcuschi (2005), os PCNs (1998), Silva (2015), dentre outros estudos. Em relação a organização do caderno, ele se divide em três partes: introdução com a fundamentação teórica, uma seção prática, onde está contido o passo a passo para a execução das atividades, tais como: jogos, cartazes, texto motivador e outras sugestões capazes de contribuir para tornar o processo de escrita mais envolvente. Por fim, trazemos as considerações finais, com reflexões acerca da sequência aplicada. Esta pesquisa foi realizada durante oito aulas, numa turma de sexto ano do Ensino Fundamental, entre os meses de abril e maio de 2016, na Escola Municipal Doutor Lourival Batista (Graccho Cardoso/SE), onde pudemos verificar através da análise de dados que as atividades que realizamos contribuíram para um avanço em relação ao empenho dos alunos quanto a produção de textos, pois conseguimos inclusive montar um livrinho de recordações contendo os relatos pessoais deles. Assim, entendemos que o nosso produto serve como um instrumento de auxílio no trabalho com o gênero relato e que pode ser adaptado conforme as ocasiões.
