Psychologické aspekty komunikace mezi lékařem a pacientem v kontextu poskytované péče / Psychological aspects of communication between doctor and patient in context of provided healthcare

This thesis focuses on issues of communication between doctor and patient. After a brief introduction of communication in general, the theoretical part focuses on the specifics of doctor-patient communication. It then deals with different factors that influence communication and selected topics connected to communication. The last chapter summarizes several studies focusing on communication training of doctors and its effect. In the empirical part, the semi-structured interviews were used to explore opinions, attitudes and experiences of doctors concerning their communication with patients. The results suggest, that doctors perceive communication with patients as an important part of their work (even though they differ in the amount of importance they attribute to communication). In accordance with this finding is the fact, that the description of a "good doctor" and "good communication" were quite similar. Almost all respondents considered the undergraduate training in communication as useless, suggesting that the main reason may be the perceived unimportance of this subject at medical school. O cuidado interdisciplinar na construção de um currículo de formação de educadores / Interdisciplinary care in the construction of a training curriculum for educators

In order to do that, this research analyses how this curriculum has been done in its daily routine and how it has impacted the construction process of professional identities. The investigation uses the interdisciplinary approach to provide it with an analytical support. Different strategies are used in order to make up a methodological framework, which selection was based on the needs presented by the investigation process. The researcher training history, document analysis, interviews, everyday curriculum written memories, theoretical material used for the curriculum and a journal relating the research journey form a set of these strategies. The study allows finding out that the partnership-based work can always be more than the individual work of the teacher, group, or institutions involved in the process, allowing for a lot of knowledge exchange through dialogs and multiple views and, therefore, the completion of a more interdisciplinary curricular project. It also verifies that the partnership experienced through university has been basing professional identities of the group of teachers interviewed. The study also shows the proximity and complementariness of the approach developed by Boff with Fazenda s interdisciplinary approach, characterized by the care metaphor. It can be observed that curricular reality is polyparadigmatic, being reduced to the possibility of a sole paradigm determining the daily events of curricular practices. It also shows significant aspects lived in a curriculum which characterize an interdisciplinary experience: teachers speech; partnership and register; playfulness; educational workshops; literature and consequential evaluation. Finally, it compares curricular practices situations of 10 teachers from Primary School before they take part in the teacher training curriculum to what they state they are currently doing / Esta pesquisa tem por objetivo desenvolver um olhar crítico sobre o que foi o currículo real de um curso de formação de professores, com pretensões de ser interdisciplinar. Para isso, analisa como esse currículo foi sendo tecido em seu cotidiano e como influenciou o processo de construção de identidades profissionais. A investigação toma como suporte analítico a abordagem interdisciplinar. Diferentes estratégias são utilizadas para compor o quadro metodológico, tendo sido selecionadas com base nas necessidades que o processo de investigação apresentava. História de formação da pesquisadora, análise documental, entrevistas, memórias escritas do cotidiano curricular, material teórico utilizado no currículo e diário da caminhada da pesquisa formam o conjunto dessas estratégias. O estudo permite a constatação de que o trabalho em parceria pode sempre mais do que o trabalho isolado do professor, do grupo ou das instituições envolvidas, possibilitando pelo diálogo muitas trocas de saberes e múltiplos olhares e, por conseguinte, a realização de um projeto curricular mais interdisciplinar. Verifica, ainda, que a parceria experienciada no curso superior vem pautando as identidades profissionais do grupo de professoras entrevistadas. O estudo mostra, também, a proximidade e complementaridade da abordagem desenvolvida por Boff com a abordagem interdisciplinar de Fazenda, caracterizada pela metáfora do cuidado. Observa que a realidade curricular é poliparadigmática, sendo reduzida à possibilidade de um único paradigma determinar os acontecimentos do cotidiano de uma prática curricular. Aponta, ainda, aspectos significativos vividos no currículo que caracterizam uma experiência interdisciplinar: discurso dos professores; parceria e registro; ludicidade; oficinas pedagógicas; literatura e avaliação consequente. Por fim, compara situações da prática curricular de dez professoras do Ensino Fundamental, antes de participarem do currículo de formação docente, com o que dizem fazer atualmente
