The object of the research is the professional performance of the researcher while promoting personal development through the English or Portuguese language for the creation of innovative proficient proposals. The movement will be explicited weaving the theory of Interdisciplinarity with the professional praxis of the researcher, involving the 12 shades of the movement, and key perceptions of this experience: the epistemological, praxiological and ontological aspects involved. The work reveals the pre requisites for this spyral movement of creation to occur. Temporalities and the interdisciplinar professional way of regarding the Being as full of possibilities in the Knowing and Doing are essential to activate the spyral of creation. When one opens to perceptions on a topic and registers them through words, one collects invaluable raw material. The approach to the topic, just like the anthropological method of looking in layers follows with the correlation of words, and detection of the meaning of the correlations. They constitute the different aspects of the topic and can, now, be expressed in sentenced. The definition of the proposal follows, by selecting the aspects, which will, like branches, compose the tree of the topic. In group, or individually the proposal is rehearsed aiming at adjusting it or confirming it. With clarity and harmony the process follows in a specific way to the achievement with self realization. Presentation of a proficient proposal is the result of the interdisciplinary rhythmic movement born in the being and unveiled in the language. Consciousness of the Being emerges, as a gift in continuous expansion / O objetivo deste trabalho é explicitar, o quanto possível no domínio dessa dissertação, como se forma o movimento rítmico da criação à apresentação de propostas desvelado na linguagem, sob a Luz da Interdisciplinaridade. O objeto da Pesquisa Ação Formação é o fazer profissional da pesquisadora que promove o Desenvolvimento Pessoal através do idioma inglês / português para a criação de propostas proficientes inovadoras. O movimento será explicitado tecendo a Teoria Interdisciplinar com a prática profissional da pesquisadora, que envolve 12 nuances do movimento, e as percepções de sua experiência: os aspectos epistemológicos, praxiológicos e ontológicos serão tecidos simultaneamente. O trabalho revela quais os pré-requisitos para que esse movimento de criação ocorra. As temporalidades e o olhar Interdisciplinar que enxerga o Ser cheio de possibilidades no Saber e Fazer tornam-se essenciais para ativar a espiral da criação de uma proposta. Quando alguém se abre a percepções sobre um tema e as registra em palavras, coleta matéria prima preciosa. A aproximação ao tema, como no olhar em camadas do método antropológico, segue com correlações dos registros, detectando os sentidos das correlações. Eles são os diferentes aspectos do tema podendo, agora, ser expressos em frases. Segue a Definição da Proposta selecionando alguns aspectos que comporão, como galhos, a árvore do tema. Em grupo ou individualmente, a proposta é ensaiada, para ser ajustada e confirmada. Surge, então, a clareza e harmonia, para Realizar a Obra por um caminho rítmico específico. O resultado: a apresentação, decorre do movimento rítmico interdisciplinar que se inicia no Ser e se desvela na sua linguagem. A consciência de Si emerge, como um presente em contínua expansão
