The Creation and the Development of the Business Plan : Challenges and Obstacles that may be faced throughout the procedure

Radisavljevic, Dragos January 2014 (has links)
Even though that business plans are created every day, and that there is many literature on them, there is very little known on the process of the business plan development itself. Using a qualitative research method called autoethnography, this thesis explored the business plan development process. The main findings of this thesis were that there are four main themes or problems that can be associated with this process: problems regarding the data search and data collection; emotions; time constraints and the attractiveness of the idea.

However, this curricular component was only seen through religion, which spent too much time converting natives and slaves, then it was taken to the schools strengthened by the Carta Magna, 1824, which established in one of its principles the Religious Instruction in catholic confessional doctrine. With the separation of church and state, during the Republic (1889) it was incited the rise of secular education in public schools. Brazil was declared secular state without any religious position in the schools while also promulgating religious freedom for all people. Under the French conception, whose freedom of religion was influenced by Gnosticism, there was a certain gap between religion and State. In each constitution implemented, the changes were continuous in relation to this curricular component during these years. Another point highlighted was the analytical study of the history of Religious Education, with the main events and how it is inserted into the field of relations between society, religion and education, involving its trajectory until present day. The importance of investigative study based on the classics of sociology, that gave theoretical and methodological contribution to this work, was of great significance, which facilitated the field research, but the major focus of this study aimed to investigate how this curricular component is understood by educators and students in schools of the Municipal Schools of Joao Pessoa, from studies involving Social Representation of Moscovici, among other theorists. In the analysis of the data collected according to the viewpoint of the sample, although there is some understanding about this part of the curriculum in public schools, we still have a lot to develop, as detected in some speeches, their positions on the problems and challenges, especially the systematic of College degree, the providence of MEC on the textbook for schools, and students and teachers' demands. There are differences between the speeches of some educators and students about the religious education to be optional. The teachers‟ opinion is that it makes some students do not feel interest in lessons, but we noticed in the speeches of the latter, that this is also a result of methodological issues. With the enactment of Law 9475/97, has become an area of knowledge, and according to their guidelines, their objectives propose to contribute significantly to the construction of the human being, citizenship and sensitivity to the their rights. For these teachers, this curriculum component should not be of optional registration.
