Laçando a história: um estudo sobre a criação de artigos de vestuário em malharia circular / Looping the story: a study on the creation of garments in circular knitting

Martins, Elga Lilian Buck 20 September 2016 (has links)
Year after year Brazil has pointed to large numbers not only qualify as a potential consumer of fashion products as well as a solid importer of textile raw materials, including garments in circular knitting. Projeto de um mini-moinho vibratório auxiliado por técnicas de metodologia de projeto / Project of a vibratory mini-mill aided by techniques of project methodology

Carvalho, Roni Cesar de 04 May 2007 (has links)
Conception, project development and manufacture of a vibratory mini-mill for advanced ceramics. Diverse areas of engineering today are dependent on advanced ceramic components. The ceramic conformation, based on powder compaction, and followed by sintering, has been found to have many different applications in manufacturing process in advanced ceramic products. Small size particles (below 1 \'mü\'m) and the control of particle size distribution are desirable, as they increase the reactivity of ceramic particles. The present project involves a search for the conception of a mill that process small amounts of material in multiple milling to meet the requirements of research laboratories and small industries. Normally the mills available on the market are for larger scale and simple, milling. Therefore based on techniques of project methodology, mainly in brainstorming for conception and development, not only on the \"vibratory mill system\" but also on the jars, it was developed a procedure for an adaptable project for a vibratory mill. A mill for the simultaneous milling of six jars with milling volume from 20 to 300 mL on each jar was projected and built. Alumina with medium particle size of 5.2 \'mü\'m, were milled using the \"vibratory mill system\" and analyzed by sedigraph. After milling the particles had an average diameter of 0.7 \'mü\'m with 18% of the particles below 0.2 \'mü\'m.

PROJETAÇÃO DE SISTEMA DE ADMINISTRAÇÃO DE SÍTIOS VIRTUAIS: O ATUALIZADOR / PROJECTING THE MANAGENT SYSTEM OF VIRTUAL SITES: THE ATUALIZADOR

Meurer, Heli 27 August 2004 (has links)
This work proposes the development of a management system of virtual sites called Atualizador . Developed at the Data Processing Company of Rio Grande do Sul (PROCERGS), the website project at the Defesa Civil of Rio Grande do Sul, first to implement and utilize the Atualizador , was in the initial landmark of a methodology that really worked in the solution of project concept devised to manage virtual shops, portals, support systems to e-learning, and virtual sites requiring constant content updating. Its main purpose is to make virtual sites dynamic and versatile. Projected in accordance with the premises of usability and cognitive ergonomics, the concept of product privileges the design and friendly graphic interface simplifying routines, foreseeing the expected meaning of users tasks and standardizing most actions. Laymen without any specific computer knowledge may easily include, alter, exclude, exhibit or not, any information and content item. To do so, one needs only a session identifier and a password . In technological terms the Atualizador may be easy adapted to different databases and its visual and structural concept may be used with various programming languages. The methodology used in the Atualizador project was specifically adapted and focused on interface design and it is divided into graphic design and computer programming, a practical result of four years experience at PROCERGS by the author. We must point out that the initial expectation concerning the Atualizador project was overcame through the vision of the stages of project methodology. Several functions and execution facilities, not foreseen at the beginning of the project, were inserted in the system such as the possibility to customize the layout and always maintain visible on the computer screen important titles and switches. The development of the Atualizador has fully reached its results. Its components and tools, and the facility to be implanted have greatly contributed to the use of the product in various virtual sites and systems. After the Atualizador had been implantation one noticed, among other possible uses, the implantation of a e-learning system. The Atualizador would guarantee the usability through a concise and easy-to-use interface. Attached to this facility and customized flexibility it would allow the generation of personalized environments, which would motivate the use of the tool. This essay has been divided into four chapters, respectively: Communication in the Aquarius Era (theories, systems, portals, designers, visual identity). Digital-virtual Environment (virtual sites, friendly interface, the hypertext). Focus Theory (sections and proportions, the design layout composition and representation, usability criteria). Designing the Atualizador (design methodology, systems analysis of electronic mail, project requirements, design and system implantation). The qualities of the Atualizador (practical contributions), and the author s views over his discoveries.

The model, as well as the drawing, plays a crucial role in developing of architecture and urban design process. The model as a reduced scale physical representation of what is being designed is an instrument that goes beyond the drawing, which includes the advantage of the possibility of manipulating the third dimension view. lt is important whether designing a building or urban complex. In the creative process it is essential to study through a mass model that provides the volume for further volumetric analysis as a whole and its surroundings impact. This kind of model feeds the architect's thinking and showed to be of great importance in the design process. Recent advances in the design process have occurred in a top-down approach, ignoring the requirements for both abstraction and detail involved in a process of simultaneous development. At this stage the model is used to test global ideas and thus enrich the process, interacting with other graphical languages. The hypothesis of this paper assumes that the studies through the conception, physical and handicraft models are fundamental to the of architect's professional constitution, once it practice the ability of hand-eye, being important instrument to stimulate the sense, the spatial perception and tectonics. It contributes to sharpening of the creative process in the initial phase of the project. The main goal of this research is to discover how the conception and physical models can be a creative support in the early stages of architect's education. To support this aim, model's workshops are performed and a research-action is developed along the Architecture and Urban Design students in the early stages of the educational process. The analyses of the results of this work point general guidelines towards the use of the physical and handcraft models as an pedagogical instrument that stimulates the creativity contributing to develop the designs of the Architecture and Urban Designers. Also it showed to contribute to systematization and awareness of the design process though conception model studies / Mestrado / Arquitetura e Construção / Mestre em Engenharia Civil
