Foram construídos três objetivos específicos com a finalidade de, atados teoricamente, articularem-se com a proposta geral do estudo, são eles: a) Identificar o conjunto de regras, normas e tradições citadinas e judiciárias, através dos quais visualizamos os discursos fomentados acerca da sexualidade feminina e da prostituição em Ingá-PB; b) Observar, nas práticas de si das prostitutas de Ingá, o jogo que fazem para imprimir critérios para sua própria existência e para as normas sociais; c) Refletir sobre como as prostitutas elaboraram táticas de sobrevivência no espaço citadino, que lhe conferiram lugar de autoridade e trânsito no território dos prazeres ingaenses. O texto está composto de três capítulos: no primeiro, são identificados o conjunto das atividades, códigos e discursos do aparelho policial-judiciário e citadino em torno das práticas da sexualidade feminina; no segundo capítulo, discutimos como as prostitutas verbalizam suas práticas e experiências de si, elaboradas por um jogo de poderes e saberes que, no campo das rivalidades e das hierarquias sociais, nos revelam uma forma de se pertencer; e, no terceiro capítulo, refletimos como as prostitutas de Ingá elaboram táticas que lhes garantem a reprodução das condições materiais de existência, na zona de meretrício de Ingá. Para a operacionalização da pesquisa, utilizamos conceitos como prostituição, discurso, sexualidade, poder-resistência, práticas de si, tática, dentre outros que nos direcionam para a percepção de uma construção de outras formas de viver, existir e resistir das mulheres prostituídas de Ingá-PB. / This dissertation on the Resistance practices produced by the prostitutes of Ingá-PB, in the period from 1940 to 1960, being perceived from the analysis of their arts of living arranged in the cases-crime and police investigations, which are the sources Subsidiaries of this study.
