The insertion of adolescents into formal work and regulated by specific laws is historically recent. Throgh the Federal Constitution of 1988 and the Law 8.069/1990, which regulates the Child and the Adolescent’s Statute, the professionalization of the adolescent becomes a right that must be guaranteed to all of them. In this context, Law 10,097/2000 establishes parameters for professional learning and regulates the adolescents job. Thus, the main objective of this research is to understand the particularities that guarantee or not the fundamental right to professionalization and protection in the of adolescentes job, based on professional learning programs, in Francisco Beltrão - PR town. To this end, the following specific objectives were defined: to contextualize human rights in the context of integral protection in the consolidation of the fundamental rights of children and adolescents in the national scenario; to understand the right to professionalization and protection in the adolescentes job through professional learning and the learning contract; and, to analyze the particularities of whether or not to carry out the right to professionalisation and protection in the work of adolescents in professional apprenticeship programs in Francisco Beltrão – PR town. The methodological approach used was the case study. The methodological procedures adopted were the bibliographical and field research. For data collection, structured questionnaires were used. And the analysis is guided by qualitative research. As a result, the reflections recorded reveal that the realization of the right to professionalization and protection in the adolescents job depends not only on the compliance with legal requirements, but mainly on the commitment to the responsibility for the quality of the human and professional training that is being offered to the adolescents. / No Brasil, não é novidade o trabalho de adolescentes, principalmente aqueles cujas famílias não fazem parte da classe social dos que possuem poder econômico. A inserção de adolescentes em trabalho formal e regulamentado por leis específicas é historicamente recente. A partir da Constituição Federal de 1988 e a Lei 8.069/1990, que regulamenta o Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente, a profissionalização passa a ser um direito que deve ser garantido a todos os adolescentes. Nesse contexto surge a Lei n˚ 10.097/2000, que institui parâmetros para a aprendizagem profissional e regulamenta o trabalho do adolescente na condição de aprendiz. Essa pesquisa tem como objetivo geral, apreender as particularidades que garantem ou não o direito fundamental à profissionalização e à proteção no trabalho de adolescentes, a partir de programas de aprendizagem profissional, no município de Francisco Beltrão – PR. Para isso, foram definidos os seguintes objetivos específicos: contextualizar os direitos humanos no horizonte da proteção integral na consolidação dos direitos fundamentais de crianças e de adolescentes no cenário nacional; compreender o direito à profissionalização e à proteção no trabalho de adolescentes por meio da aprendizagem profissional e do contrato de aprendizagem; e, analisar as particularidades para efetivar ou não o direito à profissionalização e à proteção no trabalho de adolescentes em programas de aprendizagem profissional no município de Francisco Beltrão – PR. A abordagem metodológica utilizada foi o estudo de caso. Os procedimentos metodológicos adotados foram a pesquisa bibliográfica e de campo. Para coleta dos dados utilizou-se de questionários estruturados cuja análise está orientada pela pesquisa qualitativa. Como resultado, as reflexões registradas revelam que a efetivação do direito à profissionalização e à proteção no trabalho de adolescentes depende não somente do cumprimento de exigências legais, mas principalmente do compromisso com a responsabilidade pela qualidade da formação humana e profissional que está sendo ofertado aos adolescentes.

As a theme for my Master's Thesis I chose the theme of problems which are connected with application of Occupational Safety and Health Protection principles in practice. The aim of the Master's Thesis is to outline possible problems which we could come across while implementing the Occupational Safety and Health Protection policy and to map a major part of important legal enactments covering sphere of Occupational Safety and Health Protection. The Master's Thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical one. In the theoretical part I at first briefly outline historical development of legal regulation in the Czech Republic then I proceed to a summary and characteristics of the most important contemporary legal enactments whereas I don' t omit an European legal regulation and legal regulation within the framework of International Labour Organisation. Another important part of the theoretical part is devoted to national policy of occupational safety and health protection at work. In the practical part I present the Occupational Safety and Health Protection problematic in practice and I focus on training, analysis and risk classification and formation of risk register in company Hella Autotechnik, s.r.o.

The goal of this work is to describe the importance of Quality management system for enterprise management, eveluate the level of launching this quality management in the company, joint stock company, and to suggest possible improvement of quality management in this company.

This diploma thesis focuses on construction technology preparation of shopping center in Prague 9, Vysočany. The aim of this work was to choose an appropriate construction process. The thesis contains general information about construction with construction technology project, its financial and time consuming, facilities for construction and traffic situation in the surroundings of the construction, design of main machinery and mechanisms, technological regulation with control and test plan. The diploma thesis is focused on piles realization.

This thesis deals with the Labour Inspection in construction industry. First, the basic concepts, legal norms and developlment of the Labour Inspection in the Czech republic are summarized. Then follows description of the Labour Inspection authorities, which are the State Labour Inspectorate and the Regional inspectorates. The area of safety and health protection in the construction industry, concept of Safe enterprise and "Švarc" systém are processed separately. Finally, analysis of the Labour Inspection activities in construction between 2006 - 2011 is performed, with a detailed focus on the year 2011.

The main subject of this diploma thesis is a construction technological project of preparation and realization multifunctional building in Brno on Trugeněvova street. It is a new construction of the main building. It provides a technical report on the construction technology project, transport relations for the transport of materials and machinery to the construction site, following technical report of construction site equipment, construction technology study, design of machinery and last but not least elaboration of technological regulation for the execution of monolithic structures. Furthermore, the chapters on health and safety protection at work on the construction site, as well as the LEED certification system and the financial and time plan of the selected stage are elaborated.

In my master´s thesis I am talking about solution of building a top rough construction technology in a block of flats. The content of my thesis are mainly worked out technical regulations concerning monolithic ceiling constructions and vertical load bearing constructions. Regarding the phase of the top rough construction, also there are a proposition of a building site organization, a technical report about the building site organization, a technical report about a building-technological project, solution of construction orgaization, a timetable, an item budget and a proposition of machine compositions.

This master's thesis aims to create a construction technological project for the construction of production halls of the company Beton Brož s.r.o. The content reveals solution to transport oversized steel construction elements, equipment of construction zone, technological prescription for micropiles including quality control of performed work, ensuring safety and health protection at work, schedule and budget of the main building and draft of contract for work.
