Neste caso, o aldeamento dos Xucuru-Kariri na Fazenda Canto, com a instalação do Posto Irineu dos Santos. Será utilizada documentação do órgão indigenista e arquivo oral – depoimentos dos índios – procurando uma perspectiva indígena do processo em questão. A história dos índios do Nordeste foi marcada pelo silêncio oficial: tem-se um vácuo institucional delimitado pela extinção da Direção Geral dos Índios, na década de 1870, e a criação do Serviço de Proteção aos Índios, em 1910. Durante este silêncio alguns indígenas elaboraram estratégias de sobrevivência, entre elas, a da invisibilidade. Nos primeiros anos do século XX houve uma mudança tática nesta estratégia: os grupos iniciaram um movimento em direção ao Estado, buscando reconhecimento oficial e restituição territorial. O processo de aldeamento está montado em alianças e negociações que oscilam quanto à posição política de uma aparente posição pró-índio para uma real postura anti-índio. A condição de índio afirmada pelos Xucuru-Kariri, sob a proteção do Posto Indígena deve ser entendida no contexto do confronto Índio/Estado, resultado do exercício das relações que fundam as ações indigenistas no local: o campo de ação indigenista. A presença desses campos no Nordeste, ao mesmo tempo em que, entre outros aspectos, resulta de um movimento de emergência étnica, abre espaço político para os índios continuarem seus movimentos reivindicatórios. Desta forma, a busca pelo aldeamento é um processo, uma construção. / Salvador

The purpose of this essay has been to study the different discourses that are expressed in social welfare secretaries’ assertions when they assess cases with elements of honour-related violence, intimidation and oppression. To do so I have used a discourse analysis theory and technique, based on three qualitative interviews with social welfare secretaries. The interviews were focused on vignettes, which were all fictitious cases with various elements of honour-related violence. One of the interviews was a focus groupinterview with four participants, while the other two interviews were individual. I have also used the theoretical perspective ”ideological dilemmas” in my analysis. The main conclusion is that there seems to be several discourses competing for space when the social welfare secretaries assess cases of this sort. On the one hand there is a strong ”family support discourse”, but on the other hand there is also a strong ”protection discourse” that are competing for space. Another conclusion is that there is a main dilemma that characterizes these cases, which arises when the victim declines protection from the social welfare. Then the social welfare secretaries need to make a choice whether or not to intervene against the victims’ will.

A partir de métodos e investigações nos campos da antropologia, fotografia e história, analisamos imagens que foram produzidas pela equipe de Foto-Cinematografia, tendo como suporte a documentação administrativa do SPI, no período de 1910 e 1945, referente aos postos indígenas São Lourenço, Córrego Grande, Cachoeirinha, Taunay e Simões Lopes. A tese tem como objetivo central perceber a participação indígena dentro do "bloco monolítico" chamado de posto indígena. Busca-se observar, refletir, interrogar e problematizar o movimento ambíguo da fotografia, que está para além da objetificação - premente, absoluta - em que ela foi concebida e utilizada. As coleções aqui estudadas foram produzidas a partir dessa compreensão de fotografia, no entanto, faz-se o exercício de partir do "índio" objetificado e, na contramão desse percurso, lançar luz sobre as fraturas que nos fazem encontrar com os Bororo, Bakairi, Terena etc., enquanto agentes do seu processo histórico e parte integrante e importante da formação histórica das regiões onde foram instalados dentro dos postos indígenas. Assim, esta tese produz através de imagens e palavras (documentação do SPI) um instrumento que se complementa e compõe uma narrativa importante da história dos índios nas primeiras décadas do século XX / Abstract: This thesis critically examines the photographs that comprise three collections assembled in 1942 and 1943 by the Department of Studies of the Brazilian Indian Protection Service (SPI), covering five Indian Posts in the state of Mato Grosso. Drawing together methods and research from the fields of anthropology, photography, and history, this study analyzes images developed by the SPI's Photo-Cinematography team in light of the administrative documents produced by the SPI between 1910 and 1945, with a special focus on the Indian Posts of São Lourenço, Córrego Grande, Cachoeirinha, Taunay, and Simões Lopes. The main objective of the thesis is to perceive the participation and action of Indians within the Posts, often portrayed in the form of a "monolithic bloc". The analysis seeks to observe, reflect on, interrogate, and problematize the photographs' ambiguous character, which goes far beyond the objectification that underlay its conception and use. While the collections emerged from this understanding of photography, the thesis seeks to decodify these images by examining them from the vantage point of the objectified "Indian", discovering in the fractures a counterhistory that allows us to encounter the Bororo, Bakairi, Terena, and other peoples as agents of their historical process and as an integral part of the historical formation of the regions surrounding the Indian Posts. For this, we seek to know, through the history of humanity, the achievements of rights of the person with visual impairment, addressing the most striking movements for the consolidation of these rights and the fundamental laws for the inclusion and the participation of this public. This dissertation has the challenge of maintaining the centrality in the ―person‖ in all the presented content, beginning by the nomenclature, the work presents a content that facilitates to understand the reality of the person with visual impairment. To know this reality was necessary to gather information about of essential resources to the process of autonomy and independence. And at the same time relating it with the access that is given for the person that has visual impairment can acquire resources and equipments. At the end of the dissertation, the discussion is focused in the question of comprehend what is the social protection, basing it in the conception of authors, in the practice of performance of charities and in the National Police of Social Assistance PNAS. Another important factor was raised of what is put in PNAS for people with visual impairment. Were also raised, through interviews, which are the services that the philanthropic organizations that make part of this project, offer to people with visual impairment. Therefore, it s a study based in the reality of the access that the person with visual impairment have to goods and services, also addressing how the social-assistance network has been an ally in the consolidation of rights of the visually impaired person / A presente dissertação estuda a pessoa com deficiência visual e a proteção social disponível para ela na cidade de São Paulo, tendo como foco as leis existentes e o trabalho realizado por meio de organizações sem fins lucrativos. Para tanto, procura-se conhecer, por meio da história da humanidade, as conquistas de direitos da pessoa com deficiência visual, abordando os movimentos mais marcantes para a consolidação destes direitos e as leis fundamentais para a inclusão e participação deste público. Esta dissertação tem o desafio de manter a centralidade na ―pessoa‖ em todo o conteúdo apresentado, começando pela nomenclatura, o estudo apresenta um conteúdo que facilita entender a realidade da pessoa com deficiência visual. Para conhecer tal realidade foi necessário levantar informações de recursos indispensáveis para o processo de autonomia e independência. E ao mesmo tempo relacioná-lo com o acesso que é dado para que a pessoa com deficiência visual possa adquirir recursos e equipamentos. No final da dissertação, a discussão tem o foco na questão de compreender o que é a proteção social, baseado na concepção de autores, na prática de atuação das organizações assistenciais e na Política Nacional de Assistência Social (PNAS). Outro fator importante foi o levantamento do que está posto na PNAS para pessoas com deficiência visual. Também foram levantados, por meio de entrevista, quais os serviços que as organizações filantrópicas, que fazem parte deste projeto, oferecem para pessoas com deficiência visual. Title of the work: Phycical fitness of personal protectors of the Police of the Czech Republic. Objectives: The main aim of the work was to determine and evaluate the profile of physical fitness of the members of the Close Protection Division, Protective Services of the Police of the Czech Republic. Methods: The work has character of emprical research, its main method was observation. Research sample was composed of 21members (age range 28-55) of the Close Protection Division of Protection Service of the Police of Czech Republic. Within complex testing were used non-invasive methods (anthropomotoric testing, analysis of body composition, anaerobic and aerobic testing, tests for local power and tests of reactivity). An invasive method was also used to test a capillary blood sample to determine the cholesterol level and the postworkout lactate level in blood. Somatic factors were eveluated individualy (antropometry, somatotype, body composition). Conditioning claims were also evaluated (anaerobic, aerobic, lokal power). Within psychophysiological requirements as tested reactivity on acustic and optical signal and as a last there were found out information from health area, blood pressure was measured and compared to level of cholesterol of research sample.
