Trabalho levando em conta a singularidade da linguagem de uma criança com funcionamento psicótico, onde não há um eixo centralizador permanente do discurso. Neste caso a fala está à deriva, sem uma direção fálica. Procurarei demonstrar as peculiaridades de tal funcionamento, apresentando certos momentos cruciais da direção da cura dessa criança, como a construção de imagens e a construção de histórias que, de alguma forma, propiciam a unificação do sujeito, organizando-o, dando norte à sua deriva. / With this research, we intend to discuss psychoanalytic intervention for children with undefined psychosis. Our work will take into account the singularity of language of one child with psychotic functioning, where there is not one permanent, centralizer axle of speech. In this case the speech is derived without direction. We will seek to demonstrate the peculiarities of such functioning, presenting certain crucial moments in the curing of this child, such as the construction of images and stories that, in some way, propitiate the unification of the subject by organizing it and pointing to its underlying causes.

Este trabalho propõe pensar a obesidade infantil à luz do diálogo entre psicanálise e cultura. Isso se reflete em toda a trama de probabilidades de se operar com e em torno da palavra, ou seja, como campo do discurso e da psicanálise. O itinerário que iremos traçar se constituirá de linhas que levarão o leitor a percorrer um caminho atravessado pelas composições do pesquisar as quais foram sendo construídas com base em uma experiência clínica com três duplas mãe-filho, realizada no ambulatório de um hospital de Porto Alegre. A escolha pelo tema da dissertação alicerçou-se em um percurso genuíno de abertura a uma escuta que chamaremos, aqui, de inventiva e que traz no seu cerne o método de pesquisa em psicanálise. Nossa proposta de deslindar a obesidade na infância caracteriza-se por desejarmos problematizá-la em sua articulação com linhas de força que constituem o sujeito que padece. Entre construções e sintomas, entre empobrecimento da experiência, escassez do brincar e crítica cultural, entre inibição e angústia, entre angústia e desamparo, entre a constituição do sujeito e da palavra, entre compulsão e repetição, entendemos que a tessitura de conceitos tão fundamentais à psicanálise pode se apresentar por uma via de criatividade para se ter uma leitura arejada, dinâmica e fluida. / This research work intends to think about childhood obesity in the light of the dialogue between psychoanalysis and culture. Such a dialogue is reflected throughout the web of probabilities woven with and around the word, that is, in the field of the discourse and psychoanalysis. The itinerary to be traced will be constituted of lines that will take the reader to travel a way trespassed by the compositions of research, which have been built based on a clinical experience with three mother-child pairs, accomplished in the outpatient clinic of a hospital in Porto Alegre. The choice for the theme of this thesis was based on a genuine drive towards openness to listening, that will be, for the purposes of this research, called inventive. The inventive listening, as we call it, brings in its core idea the research method in psychoanalysis. Our proposal to unwind obesity in childhood is characterized by the desire to problematize its articulation with lines of force that constitute the subject that suffers. Among constructions and symptoms, impoverishment of experience, lack of playing and culture criticism, between inhibition and anguish, between anguish and abandonment, between the constitution of the subject and of the word, between compulsion and repetition, we understand that the structuring of such fundamental concepts to psychoanalysis can present itself by means of creativity to allow fluid, dynamic and ventilated reading.

[pt] Propomos através desta pesquisa uma reflexão sobre a sintomatologia e a etiologia dos quadros de sofrimento psíquico infantil, especialmente em casos nos quais se apresentam os chamados sintomas de base psicótica em crianças não necessariamente psicóticas, e de como podemos perceber a expressão desses quadros na infância. Nossa hipótese é a de que estes sofrimentos, caracterizados por desorganizações egóicas, tem suas raízes no processo de subjetivação como consequência das distorções no processo de constituição do self, que se dá através da relação entre o bebê e seu objeto primordial, que deve apoiá-lo na transição entre o estado psicológico de não separação para o dualismo eu-não eu. Cientes das dificuldades e riscos de um diagnóstico precoce, dada a plasticidade do psiquismo do infante, nos baseamos nos benefícios potenciais de um bom prognóstico para o melhor tratamento possível. / [en] We propose through this research a reflection on the symptomatology and aetiology of cases of infantile psychic suffering, especially in cases when the socalled psychotic-based symptoms are presented in children not necessarily psychotic, and how we can perceive the expression of these conditions in childhood. Our hypothesis is that these sufferings, characterized by egoic disorganizations, have their roots in the process of subjectivation as a consequence of distortions in the process of constitution of the self, which takes place through the relationship between the baby and its primordial object, that should support him in the transition from the psychological state of nonseparation to the dualism Me-not me. Aware of the difficulties and risks of an early diagnosis, given the plasticity of the psyche of the infant, we are based on the potential benefits of a good prognosis for the best possible treatment.
