The high frequency that this problem is detected in the young population reveals the big proportion that it reachs, constitutioning a serious phenomenon of the public health that yet find strength and legitimation in the daily of the victim s silence, pursued by the shame, guilt and incompetence. This modality of apression, destroy their identities prematurely fragmented. Based in my performance in a governmental institution destinated to the attendment of families in circumstances of risk to the domestic violence, I suggest to encircle the consequences to the subjectivity of children and teenagers victms of physical and sexual abuse caused by the parents or their substitutes. My interest is motivated by the search of the effects from the impigement, with any physical injurie, faced as an ivasion by the young. This distortion in the negative domestic atmosfhere causes damage to the emotional development, to appropriation of a personal identity and to the potential of creativity, establishing states of isolation and affliction without words that are expressed only in acts. This traumatic modality would be decisive when it comes to the deliquential conduct, passing of the profanation of the core from the self and from the hope / Esta pesquisa consiste num esforço de compreensão da problemática do abuso e vitimização intrafamiliar severos e continuados em crianças e adolescentes, na perspectiva psicanalítica. A incidência com que afeta a população infanto-juvenil, revela a dimensão portentosa desta problemática constituindo-se num grave fenômeno de saúde pública, que ainda encontra força e legitimação no cotidiano de silêncio das vítimas, acossadas pela vergonha, culpa e impotência. Esta modalidade de opressão, assola suas identidades prematuramente fragmentadas. A partir de minha atuação em uma instituição governamental, destinada ao atendimento de famílias em circunstâncias de risco para a violência doméstica, proponho-me a circunscrever as conseqüências para a subjetivação de crianças e jovens vítimas de abusos físicos e sexuais perpetrados pelos pais ou seus substitutos. Meu interesse está motivado pela busca dos efeitos de uma modalidade especializada de falha ambiental (os impingements), qual seja a injúria física, vivida como invasão pelo infante. Esta distorção no ambiente doméstico desfavorecedor, é lesiva ao desenvolvimento emocional, à construção e apropriação de uma identidade pessoal, ao potencial de criatividade, instaurando estados de desamparo e de aflição sem palavras, expressos tão somente em atos. Tal modalidade traumática seria determinante na instauração da conduta delinqüencial, esta decorrente da profanação do cerne do self e da esperança

From the nature comprehension of this concept, of its extension and aplication, it would be possible then to examine and compare the theory and clinic of other analysts of his time with his, and verify if there would be any correlation of the term among them. In the clinic, the focus was upon children s psychoanalysis and how the work of all the researched authors would be, altogether in an specific environment: the parents. The authors contemporary to Winnicott who had their work reseached were Freud, Melanie Klein, Anna Freud, Lacan and Françoise Dolto. The results obtained showed the non existence of the concept or any other relation to another term, not only in what belongs to its broadness, but also to the specificity and essential of its parts, either in a subjective way, to the baby, or gradually objective. When considering the environment in this manner, Winnicott allows it a place never found before in the psychoanalytic field, implying in substancial differences in the clinic as an example, the analysis share with the parents, who could even do the psychotherapy of their own children. The results showed, also, in Winnicott, a very coherent thought with his pratices, allowing an spontaneous, creative and responsible application / Este texto é o resultado de uma pesquisa bibliográfica, que teve por objetivo compreender melhor o conceito ambiente na teoria do amadurecimento humano do psicanalista inglês Donald Woods Winnicott. A partir da compreensão da natureza desse conceito, de sua extensão e aplicabilidade, seria possível, então, cotejar a teoria e a clínica de outros analistas de sua época com as dele, e verificar se haveria algum termo correlato a esse nessas. Na clínica, o enfoque se deu em relação à psicanálise de crianças e em como seria o trabalho, de todos os autores pesquisados, junto a um ambiente específico: os pais. Os psicanalistas contemporâneos a Winnicott, que tiveram sua obra pesquisada para este estudo foram Freud, Melanie Klein, Anna Freud, Lacan e Françoise Dolto. Os resultados evidenciaram a não existência do conceito, ou de qualquer correlação com outro termo, não só no que tange à amplitude deste, mas, também, à especificidade e essencialidade de suas partes, tanto de forma subjetiva, para o bebê, como gradualmente objetiva. Ao pensar o ambiente dessa maneira, Winnicott concedeu a este um lugar antes não encontrado no meio psicanalítico, implicando em diferenças substanciais na clínica como, por exemplo, o compartilhamento da análise com os pais, que poderiam até fazer a psicoterapia dos próprios filhos. Os resultados apontaram, também, em Winnicott, uma prática muito coerente com o seu pensamento, além de espontânea, criativa e responsável

Under the inspiration of one of such initiatives the work carried out at the Peri-Peri Local Psychology Care Unit with babies and their parents this report´s chapters are structured using pregnancy as a metaphor. In the chapter named The Thesis Pre-history , there is a report about the author´s beginning professional path, before she started at the Ambulatório de Especialidades do Jardim Peri-Peri, when a certain design, a certain reference had constituted her as a therapist. In Part 1, or The First Trimester referring to the period when the author´s had already joined the Unit s children´s mental health care team the thesis maps the constitution of such clinical practice, from the viewpoint of both children psychiatry and psychoanalysis, and, still, it tries and approaches some issues as posed by this same practice at present. In Part 2, or The Second Trimester , the thesis explores the work carried out with the team in charge with the babies; maps some of the possible intervention strategies, charged with the effort of hearing the sufferings of such young patients the babies as well as the dealings with the sufferings of both parents and members of the rest of the team. Some therapeutic initiatives in which this psy took part are discussed. Such initiatives are based on a clinical practice which is politically prone to view the care unit in such a way so as to incite changes, resist to the processes which oppress subjectivities and to promote differences. After the third trimester, a baby is ready to be born. It is in The Third Trimester , that the Final Considerations are presented, stressing that the preparing of a psy is a never ending process, because of the impossibility of dissociation between practice and theory. The thesis is born ! / Essa tese de doutorado constitui-se num traçado de possibilidades práticas no trato de uma problemática dos encontros de um psi envolvido com determinadas variedades de iniciativas terapêuticas. Inspirada em uma dessas iniciativas - o trabalho com os bebês e seus pais desenvolvido no Ambulatório do Peri-Peri - essa tese utilizou-se da gravidez como metáfora para a construção dos seus capítulos. No capítulo intitulado A Pré- História da Tese , faz um recorte do percurso profissional da autora, anterior à sua inserção no Ambulatório de Especialidades do Jardim Peri-Peri, apresentando um certo esquema, uma certa referência que a constitui enquanto terapeuta. Na Parte 1, ou O Primeiro Trimestre , a partir da inserção da autora na equipe de saúde mental infantil do ambulatório, a tese se propõe a mapear a constituição dessa clínica, tanto pelo viés da psiquiatria infantil, quanto pelas contribuições da psicanálise e, ainda, abordar algumas questões colocadas por essa clínica na atualidade. Na Parte 2, ou O Segundo Trimestre , a tese explora o trabalho realizado na equipe de bebês, mapeia algumas estratégias de intervenções possíveis, tanto na escuta do sofrimento de alguém tão pequeno o bebê , quanto no acolhimento do sofrimento de seus pais e também da equipe. Também são apresentadas algumas das iniciativas terapêuticas que envolveram esse psi . Iniciativas, essas, caudatárias de uma posição clínico-política, que investe na clínica como ocasião de produzir mudanças, produzir resistência aos processos de massacre das subjetividades e incitar diferenças. O Terceiro Trimestre , do ponto de vista de uma gravidez, é considerado como aquele em que o bebê é viável; é nesse capítulo que a autora tece as Considerações Finais da tese, ressaltando o caráter interminável da formação psi , pela indissociabilidade que há entre a teoria e a prática.
