Thus, the general objective of this study is to identify in the theory of psychodynamics of work contributions to the development of a company that works. Under a structural logic of the objectives, this study was built under three cores and methodologically, was structured as a qualitative approach, of an applied nature and exploratory objectives that were sustained in grounded bibliographic procedures in the theory of psychodynamics of work to establish a dialogue with the theory of the operational risk that has its pillars without managerialism to support the pragmatism of the mechanistic thinking patrons where as demands for result have in the subject that works the agent of human failure, since the conceptual horizon of operational risk understands the worker as a variable in the process productive that it must scrupulously respect as prescriptions and it is this invisibility of the working person that is demonstrated from a study empirically developed in this study. And in judging that for the theory it leaves the fasting of work and fasting, adjustment, repair, arranging and that the subjectivity of the working subject is in constant pressure between a form and form of doing that, in the research, to imagine a space for incorporate Inventory on Labor and Risks of Adoption - ITRA in the operational risk mitigation environment. And this is a contribution of the study when opportunizing for the management of operational risk access to a base of information about the perception that works in its work context and evaluation that are the occurrences of experience, pleasure, suffering and damages caused by this work is based on the ITRA that will allow managers of operational risk as the dimensions of the interrelationship between work and the process of subjectivation in the work context. And this know-how, the engagement of the body, a mobilization of intelligence, a capacity for reflection, interpretation and reacting to different situations without work environment are contributions of work by psychodynamics of work that also benefit from another contribution of this study by enabling the subject who works in the search for psychodynamics of work research in the process of adjusting the operational procedures.

The probationary period is considered a sensitive, determinant and decisive stage in the professional life of the public employee, with individual, institutional and social repercussions. The theoretical framework used is the psychodynamics of work, advocated by Dejours (1992; 2004), having as its practical-methodological development the psychodynamic work clinic. The clinic represents the opportunity of an accessible and safe space for the expression and resignification of the working life of the subject. The study conducted eight clinic sessions with the participation of eleven public employees and five clinicians, with each session enduring for about sixty minutes. All the meetings were recorded and transcribed in full. The content analysis technique was used in order to organize the results and discussions in the following categories: a) work organization, b) meaning of work, c) subjective mobilization and pleasure at work, d) suffering, and e) Defensive strategies. It has been noted that the work organization is rigid, computerized and allows for rare opportunities for participation and discussion; however, on the other hand, it offers substantial institutional benefits such as remuneration, stability and the status of being a public employee. It has been found that it is the employee himself, in most cases, who gives meaning to his work, mobilizes himself, feels pleasure, suffers and defends himself, basing himself mainly on the choices available or on the mere glimpse of another work possibility or even another reality. The suffering appears in the relations with the leadership, in the discredit attributed to the evaluation of performance, as well as in the meeting between the prescribed and the real, considering that what is prescribed in the selection process is different from the activity performed, mostly characterized by monotony and repetition, with little room for modifications and contributions, and thus not sufficient for proper upward mobilization. There is cooperation, but one that is only related to technical aspects connected to work demands. It is noticed the absence of collective coping strategies to what bothers the employees. It was identified that they do not have the sense of belonging to the Foundation, understanding the probationary period as a passing professional stage. Finally, the study shows the development of the psychodynamic of work, within a specific envirment, to make visible the suffering at work and the subjective mobilization. Nevertheless, in the group studied, there was a limitation of the clinic regarding the possibility of producing greater interference and involvement of the workers in the context in which they work: there is a general perception, among the majority of the participants, that the current position is provisional and the change of public office something certain. This limited the number of sessions held, as well as demonstrated the non-engagement of workers in the quest towards changing the organization in which they work, since there is an individual quest to change jobs.

In the past 20 years, we began a comprehensive reform of public policies aimed to modify the landscape of education in the country, particularly of private higher education. The constant transformation undertaken by governments and society are changing the role of the teacher as well as the functions of universities, leading them to a constant process of adaptation to meet the changing demands and requirements. Thus, private higher education is looking for management models that can support the contemporary changes that focus in teaching and teaching-learning relationship. In this perspective, this research aimed to study the challenges faced by higher education managers in private their work, through an exploratory study based on a theory of work psychodynamics. The research had a qualitative character from the individual listening to managers and teachers from three different institutions of higher education in the Federal District and surrounding areas. Data collection occurred through semi-structured interviews, guided by a roadmap with themes. The interviews followed three axes of analysis, real and prescribed work, individual defense strategies and ethical suffering at work. Regarding the actual and the prescribed stand out unforeseen in the classroom, the demands of the institution, the bureaucracy and the lack of preparation of students coming to higher education and denounce the weakness of basic education. Regarding the individual defense strategies identified the denial of suffering in teaching evidenced by the lack of criticism of the institutional contradictions and denial of work overload. Ethical suffering of managers revealed the extent that these professionals were forced to act against their beliefs and took an institutional discourse at odds with the reality of the work of teachers.
