Esta dissertação tem como objetivo investigar como a raça e o racismo afetam a prática dos psicólogos. A partir de uma leitura histórica da construção do que é ser negro no Brasil, discute-se as formas como a Psicologia pode contribuir para o enfrentamento do sofrimento causado pelo racismo. Adota-se a compreensão da raça enquanto uma construção social que reverbera em diversas faces do racismo, entre elas o racismo institucional, que pode refletir e determinar a forma como os negros acessam seus direitos. Apoiada na psicanálise vincular e no conceito de alianças inconscientes de Kaës, averigua-se se e como profissionais do campo da clínica psicológica identificam problemas relacionados ao racismo, analisando como eles atuam diante dessa problemática. As entrevistas abertas tiveram como base os pressupostos de Bleger e realizadas com três profissionais que atuam em dispositivos clínicos em serviços públicos e privados na região metropolitana de São Paulo. Em seguida, identificou-se de que modo as questões raciais são expressas no campo da clínica nesses dispositivos. Foram encontrados aspectos comuns entre as narrativas estudadas com relação ao racismo operar como uma transmissão psíquica entre as gerações e observou-se que há ambiguidade na diferenciação do racismo a outros tipos de preconceitos. Reconheceu-se a contradição entre desejo e a culpa entre as vítimas do racismo nos relatos dos entrevistados. Evidenciou-se a problemática do lugar do negro nos espaços sociais e a relevância dos territórios onde eles podem ou não ocupar. Na clínica psicológica, admitiu-se a existência de estruturantes psíquicos, responsáveis pelo delineamento do sofrimento de ser negro, e que, nessa dimensão, há um espaço para elaboração desse problema. Percebeu-se a importância de respeitar o sujeito enquanto si mesmo antes de fazer os recortes sociais necessários. Além disso, foi descoberta a necessidade de se realizar parcerias para o enfrentamento do racismo, destacando-se ainda o valor da apropriação histórica para que os fenômenos raciais possam ser compreendidos e superados. Open interviews were conducted based on the assumptions of Bleger and carried out with three professionals who work in clinical settings in public and private services in the metropolitan region of São Paulo. Then, it was identified how racial issues are expressed in the clinical field. Common aspects were found among the narratives studied regarding racism operating as a psychic transmission between generations. Moreover, it was observed ambiguity in the differentiation of racism from other types of prejudices. The contradiction between desire and guilt among the victims of racism in the interviewees\' accounts was acknowledged. The problematic of the place of the black in social spaces and the relevance of the territories where they can or cannot access were evidenced. In the psychological clinic, the existence of psychic structurants was admitted as responsible for the delineation of the suffering of being black, and in this sense, there is room for further elaboration. The importance of respecting the individual before making necessary social evaluations was recognized. In addition, we discovered the need to realize partnerships to combat racism, highlighting the importance of historical appropriation so that the racial phenomena can be understood and overcome. Specifically, this study aimed to reflect on how these changes have affected families in the face of marital relations and between parents and children, and also reflect on the feelings that arise as a result of these new family relationships. This research was made possible by means of a literature review of the literature, and also in electronic database Scielo, through articles, books, magazines and discussions on the subject. It is reflected particularly on the issues of Post-Modernity affect contemporary family in their: organization, functions, responsibilities, duties, behaviors, attitudes of its members, as well as on the clinical psychologist should be prepared to meet such demands. It tried to establish a correlation between social changes, and how people are experiencing these different situations, clashing what is present in the literature is confirmed in clinical psychology. From clinical cases seen by the researcher during his 34 years of experience, there was a reflection on the theme. Among other phenomena emerged in Post-Modernity can observe the immediacy, hedonism, consumerism, the questioning of absolute truths, the checkmate of romantic love. In this context notes the need of psychotherapist reassess their values, have clarity of their positions in order to cope with the demands that arise on the day of his office / Trata-se de um estudo teórico que pesquisou a Modernidade e a Pós-Modernidade, objetivando investigar a evolução social da família ao longo dos tempos, apontando reflexos das mudanças havidas sobre as famílias da contemporaneidade, tomando-se por base as demandas de atendimento da clínica psicológica. Especificamente, este estudo objetivou: refletir sobre como estas mudanças têm afetado as famílias frente às relações conjugais e entre pais e filhos, e ainda refletir sobre os sentimentos que surgem em decorrência destas novas relações familiares. A presente pesquisa viabilizou-se mediante uma revisão bibliográfica da literatura, e também na base eletrônica Scielo, por meio de artigos, livros, revistas e discussões acerca do assunto. Refletiu-se particularmente sobre como as questões da Pós-Modernidade afetam a família contemporânea em suas: organização, funções, responsabilidades, deveres, comportamentos, atitudes de seus membros, e ainda sobre como o psicólogo clínico deve se preparar para atender a tais demandas. Buscou-se estabelecer uma correlação entre as mudanças sociais ocorridas, e sobre como as pessoas estão vivenciando estas diferentes situações, confrontando se o que está presente na literatura confirma-se na clínica psicológica. A partir de casos clínicos atendidos pela pesquisadora ao longo de seus 34 anos de experiência, fez-se uma reflexão sobre o tema. Entre outros fenômenos emersos na Pós-Modernidade observam-se o imediatismo, o hedonismo, o consumismo, o questionamento das verdades absolutas, o xeque-mate do amor romântico. By identifying its strategies and tools, it aims to understand the constructions and interactions of the social and the clinic involved in its practices, as well as the understanding of the social commitment of Psychology. This is a qualitative research with an interpretative approach, developed from field research and triangulation strategy. Three Institutes, which have been operating for over two decades, were invited to participate in this study. From them, three sources were selected for approximation and analysis: a documental source, through the Bylaws; statements given in interviews by active professionals in the area; and reflections of their practice in the form of published articles. For the interpretative analysis of the data, memos and categorizations of its contents, presented in 13 tables, were designed. Based on them, discussions were carried out in the dialog with reflections from authors who address the New- Paradigmatic Systemic Thinking, the Psychological Clinic and professional practices in situations of social vulnerability. The final analysis points at the potential of the encounter between Psychology and the Systemic Thinking, as a promoter of a movement in search of the expansion and extension of the actions of the Psychological Clinic, as well as of the increase of its transdisciplinary vocation. A repositioning of the psychologist can be observed: in the everyday practice of the participant institutes, the psychologist, in adopting a reflexive stance in a new concept of the clinical practices, helps to prevent the possible alienation of Psychology from social issues, thus generating the commitment and taking position when faced with legal issues, inequality and social development. The concept of social that emerges from this attitude contemplates the intersubjectivity, giving voice to the interconstituition between the social and the individual, promoting the development of a clinic that bears transforming practices in itself, with a high potential for being a multiplier. As an implication of its adoption, the Social Responsibility, is seen as Relational Responsibility, and it presents an evident inclusive outcome, made visible by constant care and effective inclusion of all. This study revealed a contemporary Psychological Clinic in transformation, expanded and more effective in its intentions of collaborating with society / Este estudo, ao vislumbrar uma clínica psicológica em transformação, volta-se para os Institutos contemporâneos cujas práticas e produções teóricas, apoiadas nas contribuições do Pensamento Sistêmico Novo Paradigmático, concebem o social enquanto ação transformadora. Busca, ao identificar suas estratégias e ferramentas, compreender as concepções e articulações do social e da clínica implicadas em suas ações, assim como sua compreensão do compromisso social da Psicologia. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa, com abordagem interpretativa, realizada por meio de uma pesquisa de campo e da estratégia de triangulação. Os participantes convidados são três Institutos, em atuação há pelo menos duas décadas, dos quais, para aproximação e análise, foram selecionadas três fontes: documental, mediante seus Estatutos Sociais; depoimentos de profissionais atuantes, com o auxílio de entrevistas; e reflexões de suas práticas via produções em forma de textos publicados. Para a análise interpretativa dos dados foram construídos memos e categorizações dos conteúdos apresentados em 13 quadros, cuja discussão foi realizada no diálogo com reflexões de autores que abordam o Pensamento Sistêmico Novo-paradigmático, a Clínica Psicológica e as ações profissionais em situações de vulnerabilidade social. A análise final aponta para o potencial do encontro da Psicologia com o Pensamento Sistêmico, como favorecedor, por suas implicações, tanto de um movimento de busca por ampliação e extensão das ações da Clínica Psicológica, como de incremento de sua vocação transdisciplinar. Observa-se um reposicionamento do psicólogo, o qual, na prática dos institutos participantes, ao assumir uma postura reflexiva, em uma nova concepção da ação clínica, ajuda a romper com a possível alienação da Psicologia com relação às questões sociais, gerando comprometimentos e posicionamentos perante questões ligadas à justiça, à desigualdade e ao desenvolvimento social. A concepção do social que emerge desta atuação contempla a intersubjetividade, dando voz à interconstituição do social com o individual, favorecendo a construção de uma clínica que carrega em si a ação transformadora, com forte potencial multiplicador. A Responsabilidade Social, como implicação de suas adesões, é concebida como Responsabilidade Relacional, com evidentes consequências inclusivas, concretizadas em constantes cuidados com a efetiva inclusão de todos. Behaviour disorders are beside adequate behaviour in the certain age and in the certain social-cultural surrounding. An individual with behaviour disorders counteracts particular behaviour standards (moral or legal rules). Causes can be innate (hereditary), which are less serious, or as a result of upbringing (impact of people of the same age, family, gangs), when a young man in such a way emulates his or her surrounding. Behaviour disturbances can be generally characterized as a deviation in the area of socialization, when an individual is not able to respect the common standards of behaviour on the level corresponding his age.

It is a differentiated clinical approach developed at institutions as an alternative to traditional psychotherapies. The theoretical fundaments to this study insert into Humanistic Psychology, more precisely into the Person Centered Approach, developed by the North American psychologist Carl R. Rogers in the 50 s of 20 th Century. It is a qualitative research developed in a phenomenology perspective. Two meetings of dialogical nature had been carried through, with duration of approximately ninety minutes, with the three participants in group. The following phenomenological analysis of the meeting evolved, from an understanding concerning of the specificity of each meeting to a broader understanding of the meanings of the experience in focus. One concludes that the experience of practicing the role of a psychological on duty adviser constitutes a privileged field of learning for the clinical psychologist. The acquired experience made possible to the participants the get in contact with several unexpected situations, contributing to the development of a differentiated listening, of a sharpened clinical perception, besides exciting a sense of responsibility extended in relation to the patients and to the community. Considering the intervention model that characterizes the Psychological On Duty Attention, one concludes that this mode of psychological clinical attention may contribute in significant way for the clinical education of the psychologist, by propitiating the practicing of certain facilitative attitudes - empathy, positive unconditional acceptance and congruence - conceived by Rogers as necessary and sufficient for a psychological helping relationship to be efficient. / Esta pesquisa teve como objetivo apreender a experi?ncia de tornar-se psic?logo cl?nico, vivida por tr?s psic?logas em fase de conclus?o de um Programa de Aprimoramento Profissional, desenvolvido em um Servi?o Universit?rio de Psicologia, tendo como foco a pr?tica de uma modalidade de aten??o psicol?gica, denominada Plant?o Psicol?gico. Este Servi?o caracteriza-se como um enquadre cl?nico diferenciado, desenvolvido em institui??es como uma alternativa ?s psicoterapias tradicionais. A fundamenta??o te?rica deste estudo insere-se na Psicologia Humanista, mais precisamente na Abordagem Centrada na Pessoa, desenvolvida pelo psic?logo norte americano Carl R. Rogers, na d?cada de 50, do s?culo XX. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa de cunho fenomenol?gico. Foram realizados dois encontros de natureza dial?gica, com dura??o de aproximadamente noventa minutos, com as tr?s participantes em grupo. Em seguida, a an?lise fenomenol?gica dos encontros evoluiu, de uma compreens?o acerca da especificidade de cada encontro para uma compreens?o mais ampla quanto aos significados da experi?ncia em foco. Concluiu-se que a pr?tica do Plant?o Psicol?gico constitui um campo privilegiado de aprendizagem para o psic?logo cl?nico. A experi?ncia adquirida possibilitou ?s participantes o contato com diversas situa??es inesperadas, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento de uma escuta diferenciada, de uma percep??o cl?nica mais agu?ada, al?m de suscitar um senso de responsabilidade ampliado em rela??o aos clientes e ? comunidade. Ao considerar o modelo de interven??o que caracteriza o Plant?o Psicol?gico, conclui-se que esta modalidade de aten??o psicol?gica pode contribuir de modo significativo para a forma??o cl?nica do psic?logo, ao propiciar a pr?tica das atitudes facilitadoras - empatia, aceita??o positiva incondicional e congru?ncia - concebidas por Rogers como necess?rias e suficientes para que uma rela??o de ajuda psicol?gica possa ser eficaz.
