Neilsen / Maintaining paper bills is always a tedious job and there is always a chance of missing the purchase orders or even the payment dates. But, using an online purchase order system makes it easier to enter and maintain the correct information. The main objective of this application is to keep track of all the purchase orders made by the faculty members or staff members of the department for their students or for their research work.
All the purchase orders can be made just by one click by using the online purchase order system. The user needs to register with the website letting the admin know if he is an authorized user of the department. Once the admin gives the required permission the user can then create a new purchase order from the desired vendor registered with the department. He can also make the payment by providing the funding source through which the order will be paid. Then the orders are finalized and provided with an invoice in a pdf format which can also be printed.
Additionally, there exists an Admin user who can manage/ view users and edit their PO’s according to the information provided by the user. The admin also has the permissions to add new vendors and manage them.
This website is developed using the PHP Scripting Language which is one of the major technology used now-a-days to build various websites along with HTML, jQuery, CSS web technologies for a better design of the website. Major emphasis of this application is to build user interactive techniques for simplifying user needs and to provide specific products required by the user.

La presente tesis se centra en analizar las herramientas de ingeniería industrial que permitan incrementar el nivel de servicio interno en el proceso de abastecimiento logístico en una empresa del sector minero y con el entorno económico de los últimos 10 años. La hipótesis plantea la implementación de un sistema de control de inventarios y de la gestión de relación con los proveedores. El trabajo está compuesto de cuatro capítulos. En el primero se analizó el marco teórico y los casos de éxito. En el segundo, se abordaron temas como: antecedentes y procesos generales y logísticos de la organización, definición del problema y sus causas, el impacto económico y el planteamiento del objetivo general y específico. Por su parte, el tercer capítulo se dividió en dos etapas: la primera correspondiente al diseño de la metodología y en la segunda etapa el desarrollo de la propuesta. Finalmente, en el cuarto capítulo, se incluyó el presupuesto de recursos, el análisis financiero de riesgos y la elaboración del flujo de caja respectivo; asimismo, se validó la propuesta por medio de la simulación con el software ProModel.
Por lo expuesto, se concluye que, con la correcta elección del sistema de inventarios y una adecuada gestión de relación con los proveedores, se podrá incrementar el nivel de servicio interno en el proceso de abastecimiento logístico, con lo cual se logrará cumplir con un óptimo nivel de atención de repuestos de alta rotación, así como el cumplimiento en las entregas a tiempo para las compras con prioridad normal. / The present thesis focuses on analyzing industrial engineering tools that allow increasing the level of internal service in the logistics supply process in a company in the mining sector and with the economic environment of the last 10 years. he hypothesis raises the implementation of an inventory control system and supplier relationship management. The following work is made up of four chapters. In the first, the theoretical framework and success cases were analyzed. In the second, topics such as: background and general and logistical processes of the organization, definition of the problem and its causes, the economic impact and the approach of the general and specific objective were addressed. Consequently, the third chapter was divided into two stages: the first corresponding to the design of the methodology and the second to the development of the proposal. Nevertheless, in the fourth chapter, the resource budget, the financial risk analysis and the preparation of the respective cash flow were included; Likewise, the proposal was validated through simulation with the Promodel software.
Based on the foregoing, it is concluded that, with the correct selection of the inventory system and proper relationship management with suppliers, the level of internal service in the logistics supply process may be increased, thereby achieving optimum compliance level of attention of high rotation spare parts, as well as the fulfillment in the deliveries in time for the purchases with a normal priority. / Trabajo de Suficiencia Profesional

La Compagnie des chemins de fer de l’Est est une société anonyme ferroviaire créée en 1854. Elle résulte de fusions entre plusieurs compagnies concessionnaires de lignes dans le Nord-Est de la France. La Compagnie de l’Est perd une partie de son réseau à la suite de la guerre franco-allemande de 1870-1871. Elle poursuit néanmoins son existence, jusqu’à la nationalisation des chemins de fer en 1937. La Compagnie des chemins de fer de l’Est se transforme alors en Société d’Investissement de l’Est, détentrice de 17,9% du capital de la Société Nationale des Chemins de fer Français et représentée au conseil d’administration de cette dernière. Cette thèse, axée sur la notion de service public, se propose d’étudier dans un premier temps la Compagnie de l’Est en tant que société commerciale. Ses composantes, son fonctionnement et le statut de son personnel font l’objet d’une attention particulière. Dans un second temps, l’établissement du réseau de l’Est, tout comme son exploitation, sont développés. Les notions de concession, d’expropriation pour cause d’utilité publique, de contrat de transport et de responsabilité sont ici précisées. / The French East Railway Company is a railway public limited company which was founded in 1854. Several statutory railway companies in the North East of France merged into one to create it. The East Company lost a part of its network after the Franco-Prussian war of 1870-1871. However, it continued to exist until the railway nationalization in 1937. The East Railway Company then became the East Investment Trust, with representation on the board of directors of the French National Railway Company, and with shares up to 17,9% of its capital.This thesis, which focuses on the public service, will first examine the East Railway Company as a business firm. Its elements, its working and the status of its workforce will be analyzed. Secondly the creation of the Eastern network and its development will be presented. The concepts of concession, compulsory purchase order, carriage transport contract and liability will be underlined.
