Previous issue date: 2008-11-03 / Coordena??o de Aperfei?oamento de Pessoal de N?vel Superior / This thesis has the aim to comprehend the development of the superior graduation in life service and daily scholar of the history teachers in-land of Sergipe. The History Course
graduation was realized through the second part of (Projeto de Qualifica??o Docente-PQD), the so-called, Teaching Qualification Project of the Federal University of Sergipe, first settled in 1998. Eight teachers were chosen for this research with more than (15) fifteen years of teaching in the Fundamental and Medium levels at public schools of our state (Sergipe). This empiric research priviledged oral testimony from them, which (ones) reveled about the memory tragetory of life. Since childhood until the History Course graduation, besides the evidence as Principal of schools as well as the following classes. All of them were interviewed from in-land and they are from very poor families with lack of social economical conditions. Those evidencies point out economic limitations in their different towns, that contributed to the continuous obstacle in the following studies, moreover in the common market. Therefore they still teach in order to believe in who?s at the botton of this business. Their testimony about this history graduation through PQD , gave them new Professional horizons, modifying their pedagogic practice, choosing what is worth into the social space beyond life expectancy. Through the analyses from all the documents and evidence in loco, it was evident that this graduation is not sufficient to change all the acting of teaching.
Consequently, the lack of scholar situation still happens because this qualification doesn?t consider the knowledge of the teachers into their contexts. This research could also observe that besides the changing purposes in the suggested common-job by the globalization, the public politics education, is still underdeveloped in-land of Sergipe. According to the educational laws which obliges all tearches should be graduated, it could be observed that nothing changed into their acting. The old curricula don?t give them new possibility in their acting. At last their salaries, poor conditions in their common-job as well as the difficult ways
to get to their pos graduation course still contributes to the underdeveloped acting before they?d graduated from the period before of their graduation / Esta tese tem como prop?sito compreender os esdobramentos da forma??o superior em servi?o na vida e no cotidiano escolar de professores de Hist?ria no interior de Sergipe. A
gradua??o em Hist?ria foi realizada atrav?s da segunda etapa do Projeto de Qualifica??o Docente (PQD) da Universidade Federal de Sergipe, implementado em 1998. Elegemos como
sujeitos da pesquisa oito professores com mais de quinze anos de experi?ncia docente que atuam nos Ensinos Fundamental e M?dio em escolas p?blicas do interior sergipano. A pesquisa emp?rica privilegiou depoimentos orais destes sujeitos, que versaram sobre as mem?rias de trajet?rias de vida, desde a inf?ncia at? os efeitos da gradua??o em Hist?ria, al?m de relatos de gestores escolares e o acompanhamento das aulas dos professores. Todos os entrevistados t?m ra?zes em localidades rurais e s?o oriundos de fam?lias que viviam em
condi??es socioecon?micas desfavor?veis. Os relatos apontaram limita??es econ?micas em suas localidades, fator que contribuiu para os constantes obst?culos na continuidade dos estudos, bem como para as dificuldades de inser??o no mercado de trabalho. Sob situa??es adversas, estes sujeitos permanecem na sala de aula, apostando em uma mobilidade social ascendente pela escolariza??o. Suas verbaliza??es sinalizaram que a gradua??o em Hist?ria, via PQD, possibilitou abertura de horizontes profissionais, modifica??o na pr?tica pedag?gica, mudan?as de valores e no espa?o social, inclusive de expectativas de vida. A partir da an?lise
dos documentos, dos depoimentos e das constata??es in loco, ficou evidenciado que a qualifica??o em servi?o, por si s?, ? insuficiente para alterar a pr?tica docente.
Conseq?entemente, a situa??o do fracasso escolar permanece porque esta qualifica??o n?o considera o saber docente em seus contextos. Esta pesquisa possibilitou observar que apesar das propostas de mudan?as no mundo do trabalho sugeridas pela globaliza??o, as pol?ticas p?blicas educacionais, t?m efeitos ainda modestos no interior sergipano. Apesar de se exigir que os professores tenham qualifica??o para o exerc?cio do magist?rio, observa-se que n?o houve mudan?as significativas na sua forma??o. Velhos modelos normativos de curr?culo n?o lhes possibilitam avan?ar qualitativamente no exerc?cio da fun??o que se lhe atribui. Ademais, quest?es salariais, prec?rias condi??es de trabalho e dificuldades de acesso ? forma??o continuada, contribuem sobremaneira para a manuten??o de pr?ticas muito mais pr?ximas aos saberes adquiridos antes da qualifica??o em servi?o

Purposes to apprehend the results of the actions of the professional education in a basic level, offered by the National Plan of the worker qualification ( PLANFOR ), as well as the effects on the assisted exits, starting from the experience appreciated on the Plan of Qualification developed in the state of Maranh?o between 1996 to 2000. It adopts a theoretical-methodological conception by an ontological nature, if being worth of categories as the one of totality and of mediation that together, makes possible the apprehension of a dialectical movement that happens among the analysis object, the professional education politics in a basic level, performed by PLANFOR and your context, the underdevelop and heterogeneous Brazilian capitalism and the consequent job market generalized precarious and informal, making possible that the reality investigated become to understood rationally. This paper uses the indirect documentation technique, instruments of the bibliographical research and documental research. This study is based on those that aren?t part of PLANFOR, qualified by professional education courses in basic level,they didn't get to be inserts at the formal job market, just occupying precarious occupations in the informal job market. Aims to presents and discusses the productive process and your restructuring globally in progress. It focuses at the impacts on the workers, the precariousness of the work that appears like a new phenomenon calls new informality. Talks about the particularity process of productive restructuring assumed in Brazil highlights, showing that the informality, was always a structural phenomenon in the country. Discusses about the professional qualification in the contemporary capitalism, specifying some of your theses. Shows in a historical view the process of appearance of the employment notions and competence, and the influence that it exercised on the reforms of the basic and professional education, as well as the implications of both in the politics of professional education in the country. Previous issue date: 2013-03-25 / Conselho Nacional de Pesquisa e Desenvolvimento Cient?fico e Tecnol?gico - CNPq / This study aimed to contribute to the knowledge of wood anatomy of the Atlantic Forest woody species, discussing their ecological/functional value, in addition to qualifying these species for energy generation and/or papermaking, based on derived values from measurements of the fibers and the bulk density. Serra da Jiboia is one of the areas indicated as priority for conservation of the Atlantic Forest and considered of extreme biological importance in terms of vegetation. Three to ten samples of 25 species were collected in the Serra da Jiboia, El?sio Medrado, Bahia. The portion from 1 to 3 cm from the bark was considered for making a macerate, histological slides, and measurement of the bulk density. The results are shown in two chapters and two appendices. In chapter 1, the existence of ecological trends for the Atlantic Forest of Serra da Jiboia was examined. The high frequency for growth rings boundaries distinct, diffuse porosity, absence of vessel arrangement, simultaneous presence of multiple and solitary vessels, simple perforation plates, tangential diameter of vessel larger than 350 ?m, nonseptate fibers, fiber length between 900-1600 ?m, fibers with simple to minutely bordered pits, rays per millimeter: 4-12, rays and/or axial elements irregularly storied and presence of inorganic inclusions. Most of these characteristics were interpreted as ecological trends for the Atlantic Forest of Serra da Jiboia, based on an analysis of the literature about their functional meanings and their correlation with the environmental characteristics of this environment. A smaller amount was assessed as arising from general evolutionary trends for the angiosperms. The conduction area, mesomorphy and vulnerability index, showed wide variation. More integrated studies involving wood anatomy which consider other aspects of the plants should be developed for a better understanding of the ecologic trends as well as its contrasting variations. In chapter 2, in which the anatomical and physical qualification of the wood for paper and/or energy production was made, four derived values ? wall fraction, flexibility coefficient, Runkel ratio and slenderness ratio ? and bulk density were measured. None of the species displayed all of the derived values optimal for paper production, although if each derived value is considered separately many of them could be qualified for this purpose. Most of the species were considered appropriate for power generation because they exhibit high wall fraction, Runkel ratio and high bulk density, and low flexibility coefficient. Aspidosperma discolor, Helicostylis tomentosa, Miconia amoena and Myrsine guianensis stand out from the rest. In conclusion, Serra da Jiboia proves to be a potential area for sustainable management studies of economically viable timbers. / Esse trabalho teve como objetivo contribuir para o conhecimento da anatomia do lenho de esp?cies arb?reas da Mata Atl?ntica, discutindo seu valor ecol?gico/funcional, al?m de qualificar estas esp?cies para gera??o de energia e/ou fabrica??o de papel, baseando-se nos valores derivados das dimens?es das fibras e na densidade aparente. A Serra da Jiboia ? uma das ?reas indicadas como priorit?rias para conserva??o da Mata Atl?ntica e classificada como de extrema import?ncia biol?gica no quesito vegeta??o. Foram coletadas de tr?s a dez amostras de 25 esp?cies nesta ?rea, localizada no munic?pio de El?sio Medrado, Bahia. Considerou-se a por??o entre 1-3 cm a partir da casca para confec??o de macerado, das l?minas histol?gicas e aferi??o da densidade aparente. Os resultados est?o apresentados em dois cap?tulos, e dois ap?ndices. No cap?tulo 1, examinou-se a exist?ncia de tend?ncias ecol?gicas para a Mata Atl?ntica da Serra da Jiboia, registrou-se alta frequ?ncia para an?is de crescimento distintos, porosidade difusa, aus?ncia de arranjo dos vasos, presen?a simult?nea de vasos solit?rios e m?ltiplos, placa de perfura??o simples, comprimento dos elementos de vasos maior que 350 ?m, fibras com ar?ola das pontoa??es simples a reduzida, presen?a de fibras n?o septadas, comprimento da fibra entre 900-1600 ?m, 4-12 raios por mil?metro, raios e elementos axiais n?o estratificados e presen?a de inclus?es inorg?nicas. A maioria destas caracter?sticas foi interpretada como tend?ncias ecol?gicas para a Mata Atl?ntica atrav?s da discuss?o com a literatura sobre seus significados funcionais e a correla??o destes com as caracter?sticas ambientais desse ambiente. Uma menor quantidade foi avaliada como decorrente das tend?ncias evolutivas gerais para as angiospermas. A ?rea de condu??o, ?ndice de vulnerabilidade e mesomorfismo apresentaram grande varia??o, trabalhos mais integrativos, envolvendo a anatomia da madeira, que considerem outros aspectos das plantas, devem ser desenvolvidos para uma melhor compreens?o das tend?ncias ecol?gicas, bem como da varia??o que se contrap?em a esta. No cap?tulo 2, no qual ? feita a qualifica??o anat?mica e f?sica da madeira para fabrica??o de papel e/ou produ??o de energia, quatro valores derivados ? fra??o parede, coeficiente de flexibilidade, ?ndice de Runkel e ?ndice de enfeltramento ? e a densidade aparente foram mensurados. Nenhuma esp?cie apresentou todos os valores derivados ?timos para a produ??o de papel, embora se considerado cada valor derivado isoladamente muitas delas podem ser qualificadas positivamente para este fim. A maioria das esp?cies apresentou-se aptas ? gera??o de energia por exibirem fra??o parede, ?ndice de Runkel e densidade aparente alta e baixo coeficiente de flexibilidade, destacando-se Aspidosperma discolor, Helicostylis tomentosa, Miconia amoena e Myrsine guianensis. Conclui-se, portanto, que a Serra da Jiboia apresenta-se como uma ?rea em potencial para estudos de manejo sustent?vel de madeiras economicamente vi?veis.
