Title: Evaluation and Analysis of Injuries in Athletic Throws in Official Clubs in the Czech Republic Objective: The main objective of this thesis is to analyze the incidence of injury among active athletes involved in official clubs of the Czech Republic. Determine the time of their genesis, frequency of injury, time of healing process and the search of connection between individual disciplines and injuries. Method: The research was performed using non-standardized questionnaire. The questionnaire was distributed to 15 athletic clubs - Extra League, The First League and The Second League. In total data from 145 athletes were analyzed. For the data analysis was used software Microsoft Excel 2010. Results: The total number of detected accidents was 403 injuries. The results show that the most commonly injured anatomical areas of the body was the ankle joint with 24%. The most common type of injury was soft tissue injuries of the joints of the upper and lower extremities. They make up 65% of all injuries. The most common injuries caused on the competition was injuries of the upper limbs, in the training was the most common injuries of the lower extremities. Title: Analysis of customer satisfaction in the leisure center. Objectives: This thesis is focused on leisure center Offpark. The main goal of this thesis is to find out satisfaction or dissatisfaction with the service in the leisure center. Offpark offer for its customer leisure activities - services which the thesis analyze and improve their individual aspects. The thesis compares the expected and the real value of individual aspects. This comparison will help deduce possible changes to improve the quality of services by major deficiency. The supporting aim is analyzing the thoughts and opinions of staff and a comparison with the ideas and opinions of real visitors. This comparison should discover distinction in opinions and views of visitors and instructors. The resulting differences in these two groups showed differences in understanding of the situation made by the visitors and the instructors, which was in some cases fundamental distinction. Perception of D3 motorway impacts by municipal representatives Abstract The thesis analyzes in detail the perception of the impact of D3 motorway by the representatives of the affected municipalities, who represent three different parts of society - community leaders, a representative of business and general population. The expected impacts of a new motorway in the given area are discussed with technical bibliography, which provided the basis for research questions and hypotheses. Field research was conducted in municipalities, which will yet be affected by the planned D3 motorway, and in municipalities in Central and Southern Bohemia, where part of D3 motorway had already been completed. Semi-structured interviews and questionnaires were used as the main research tools. The finding about the perception of the D3 motorway in the affected municipalities were based on detailed analysis of statistical data and in-depth analysis of the interviews. The findings show that the resulting perception of the impact varies depending on various aspects like geographical aspects, such as the location of the village (with regard to the highway route) or the population size of the municipality. A knowledge about infectious diseases and vaccination is very important in this time. The questionnaire, which is part of this thesis, is designated for 1st to 4th grade high school students and the upper grade grammar school pupils. The questionnaire was used to analyse pupils' knowledge and attitudes about infectious diseases and vaccination. Pupils' knowledge and attitudes are quite good and students are able to voice their opinion. Females have better knowledge than males and older students are better too. The thesis is further focusing on how are the infectious diseases included in the National Curriculum and examine the prevention programmes for schools. The other purpose is to follow up the threat of pandemic diseases and present state of knowledge and awareness about this topic.

Title: Habitual physical activity of Portuguese university students in the period of summer holidays Aim of the study: The aim of study is to evaluate habitual physical activity of Portuguese university students and to find out if they are meeting physical activity recommendations and could be seen as a sample of active population. Methods: Sample of the study was made of Portuguese university students, exactly students of physical education and sport sciences faculty. Sample size was 125 respondents, 81males and 44females. The sample refers to young adult age group from 18 years old, both genders. Instrument used was International physical activity questionnaire (IPAQ), long version. Data were collected electronically by Google Docs and then analyzed in Microsoft Excel 2007 and IBM SPSS Statistics 20. Results: Physical activity and sport scientist's students can be seen as a sample of active population. 122 (97.6%) respondents are meeting physical activity recommendations from which 87 (69.6%) are over-meeting these recommendations. PAL of the sample was high in 69,6%, moderate in 28% and low in 6,8% of the cases. No statistical significance was found between total physical activity score and academic year. Title: Customer satisfaction with the services of sports and relaxation club I'M FIT Wellness Fitness Objectives: The thesis is dedicated to a survey of customer satisfaction level regarding the services of sport and relaxation club called I'M FIT Wellness Fitness. The level of satisfaction was measured by a service quality survey which was carried out by the questionnaire method SERVQUAL. The clients of the club compared the actual perceived quality of services provided by above mentioned sport and relaxation facility to the expected quality of services they assign to an "outstanding" fitness centre. Based on the results taken from this survey it was possible to classify the service quality of I'M FIT Wellness Fitness and to suggest certain recommendations which should lead to a higher level of service quality and also a higher level of customer satisfaction with the services provided there. This diploma thesis outlines a set of three complex geographical tasks with different thematic focus inspired by the PISA research of scientific literacy. Using these tasks selected skills and knowledge of students are verified. The research examines how different are levels of mastery of selected skills and knowledge of primary school students and eight-year gymnasium students, and among the boys and girls thereof. This research is complemented by a questionnaire survey among teachers of tested students. In the testing there were involved 196 students from seven primary schools and 202 students of eight-year schools.

This diploma thesis is focused to the analysis of sexual education on high schools in Liberec region. The most part of the diploma thesis is composed by the questionnaire survey which was perfomed on two comprehensive schools, two secondary schools and two vocational schools. The research attended the students of the third school classes only (18-19 years old). The questionnaire survey was focused to the students knowledge and attitude towards the sexual education. I have defined 9 hypothesis based on the research which were statistically analyzed after that. It appears that the students of comprehensive schools have better knowledges than the students from other secondary/vocational schools and that the knowledges are different among the boys and girls. The congizance of sexual education generally appear as good. The teachers paying attention to this topic during the lessons because they consider the theme important as well as the students. On the other hand the survey revealed that the students did not learn any news during the school lessons in this respect which they know more likely from the Internet.
