It is based on in-depth study of related literature, content analysis of schoolbooks and Framework Education Programmes for Basic Education and Higher Education, and a questionnaire survey aimed at teachers. The teaching aid is to be used mainly at grammar schools, and it includes a Power Point presentation, a suggestion for teamwork focusing on the use of scientific texts, a worksheet and a test. Drugs seem to be really hot topic discussed especially at high schools. Not only the particular drug addicted person but also the entire society and even the state have to face to many risks. School institutions should become one of the places where the primary steps of prevention should be implemented. In order to prepare proper topics and themes for discussions and meetings against drug use, it is important to know which drugs are used and preferred by young Prague citizens. The main aim of this thesis is to map the real situation that exists in the area of drug us in Prague. That is why a survey - based on a questionnaire - was carried out to gather the data to be able to analyze the differences that exist among the students of high schools, especially grammar schools and vocational schools as well as the boys and girls. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on detailed information about particular drugs and mapping of the situation that exists in this area in Poland, Austria, Slovakia and Germany. The main focus of the work is to search for the greatest Czech, according to opinion of the 9th grade students. Other goal was to create and apply a project, through which we gathered information. Another goal was to find out if the students are interested in these persons out of the school education. Two methods were used to fulfil these goals - a survey and a project. The results of survey are: 1st place - Charles Fourth, 2nd place - Tomáš Garrigue Masaryk and 3rd place - Václav Havel. The survey also showed that students are in mostly interested in these persons. If they do, they use internet and documentary movies as main sources of information rather than specialised literature. The final reflection of the project indicates that students liked it and considered it as interesting.

Title: Participants' satisfaction with Salomon Trail Running Cup 2014 sports event Objectives: The main aim of this diploma thesis is to analyse current level of customer satisfaction with sports event, find out their opinions and potential shortcomings in each running event by using questionnaire survey. Define any problem areas and suggest appropriate management recommendations by evaluating empirical data obtained from own market research. This would lead to improvement of runners' satisfaction with this sports event. Partial goal of this diploma thesis is to find potential coherence between customers' satisfaction and whether they attended Salomon Trail Running Cup for the first time or repeatedly. Methods: Quantitative questionnaire research was used to obtain data from respondents. Respondents were interviewed either in person or in writing. Informal interviews were made with the management of the sports event. T-test method was used to find potential coherence between customers' satisfaction and their attendance in the past Salomon Trail Running Cup events. Results: Marketing research showed that runners were mostly satisfied with this sports event. Title: Parameterization of body discomfort of driver and front passanger in a monotone load during driving by car Objectives: The aim of this work based on the implemented case study is determination utilization of selected subjective and objective methods to assess discomfort sitting position of driver and front passanger in the monotone load during driving by car. Methods: This thesis is type of descriptive - association qualitative research. In practical part the objective discomfort parameters were monitored using Mobile system for scanning and evaluation of occupational safety and hygiene and the subjective parameters using Questionnaire physical map in combination with modified Borg scale, the mental state was monitored using modified questionnaire POMS. Results: Detailed link was not proved in context of subjective and objective methods or roles, the measurements were too influenced by entering factors and variability of observed objective parameters. The skin temperature, wetness and heart rate appear to be unsuitable for monitoring the sitting discomfort in realistic conditions, subjective methods are usable in research. Title: Strategy of dealing with the stress of the swimmers with different sport capacity Aim of the work: This diploma thesis is aimed to assess the strategy of dealing with stress of selected swimmers' groups. The recreational swimmers regularly practising swimming and the competitive as well as elite swimmers undergoing a regular training were the selected subjects of examination. Methods: In this work, there was used a SVF 78 questionnaire method with the electronic data collection. The questionnaire was processed through tabulation and written description. We were seeking to find the structure of stress dealing of the swimmers' groups and to find differences in strategies of dealing with stress of the particular groups as well as potential differences from the normal values. Results: As the statistic interpretation of the sum total of negative strategies demonstrates the strategies are more reflected in the weaker swimmers, both the female and male recreational ones. Within the positive strategies the diversion from the normal values was higher both for men and women. A growth of variability of dealing with stress situations along with a decreasing swimming performance is apparent at both men and women (higher values of the standard deviation). Title: Emotional reactions of young people to school physical education Objectives: The main objective of this work is to determine and compare the emotional reactions of pupils during the sport lessons on secondary schools. We focus on the seventh and eighth graders, boys and girls at the age from twelve to fourteen. The goal is to statistically process and compare the results between the genders and between schools in urban and rural areas. Determine the reliability and internal consistency of the items from the individual factors in the selected DEMOR questionnaire. Evaluate the determined data in synoptic tables and graphs. Methods: The method of questioning was used in this work. To meet the objectives we analysed the responses obtained from the DEMOR questionnaire. Through this survey, it is possible to record the emotional reactions of the pupils and their perceptions of experiences they had to get information about the climate during physical education lessons. The survey was conducted on twelve secondary schools in rural and urban areas in the Karlovy Vary region. Results: The results indicate that, positive feelings prevail in current physical education classes. Title: The evaluation of physical activity of children of school age Objectives: The aim of the study is to assess physical activity in children of school age in Prague 6 and evaluate the main factors influencing physical activities and the possible correlation between these factors and levels of physical activities. The work includes the spectrum of information about physical activity and its importance in the pediatric population, level overview of physical activities children in the world and its measurement, then the description of programs to support the physical activity. Methods: The research was carried out using non-standardized questionnaire. The questionnaire was distributed to 15 elementary schools located in Prague 6 among students of 2nd and 6th class. We used the Microsoft Excel software to analyse the data. Results: We found that the largest number of children does sports 2-4 hours a day. Boys and younger students were more physically active than girls, and older students. The results of the work suggest that children in the Czech Republic are, in the monitored parameters of physical activity (frequency, time), at a similar level as other children abroad. Another objective was the possibility of comparing the obtained results by gender and regional representation by means of a questionnaire survey. Methodology: to meet the aims of this work were used method of questioning when n = 160 track and field athletes of different gender and selected countries around the world completed standard questionnaire on the web portal google. In the evaluation of the results I focused on two major areas - lifestyle athletes and their view on recovery and used recovery methods. Results: work is divided into a theoretical part dealing with the analysis of the basic concepts and contexts topic work, and the practical part. The theoretical part of the paper draws on the available scientific literature related to the topic of work. Next second part is the practical part, where the results of the survey were presented.
