Klagomål på damm och smuts i skolmiljöer är vanligt förekommande. Detta arbete syftar till attundersöka hur mycket deponerat damm som finns på olika ytor i skolsalar, hur en professionell städkonsulent bedömer städningen i relation till tekniska mätningar av deponerat damm, hur snabbten yta återsmutsas efter storstädning samt eventuella hälsoeffekter. Vid denna undersökning har vianvänt inomhusenkäten MM060 NA Sp1 för att fånga upp elevernas rapporterade symtom ochupplevelsen av städningen samtmätt deponerat dammmed gelfiltertjep (BM-Dustdetector). Mängden deponerat damm varierar kraftigt mellan olika skolor, sannolikt beroende på varierandepersonbelastning, lokalernas utformning samt städrutiner. Undersökningen ger visst stödför att mängden deponerat dammrelateras till upplevelsen av städkvaliteten men förhållandet bestäms ävenav många andra faktorer. Generellt uppmäts högre halter av deponerat damm på ytor som inte underhållsstädas. Storstädningen reducerar halten av deponerat damm påtagligt men återsmutsningsker snabbare där belastningen och nedsmutsningen är större. Det finns vissa samband mellan hur enprofessionell städkonsulent värderar städningen, främst golvstädningen, och uppmätta halter avdeponerat damm men sambanden är inte särskilt starka. Elever som besväras av ”damm och smuts” samt”instängd (dålig) luft” rapporterar signifikant fler symtom relaterat de icke besvärade. Exponeringför enbart besvärande damm och smuts medför en signifikant ökad frekvens av allmänsymtom, slemhinnesymtom, främst ögonbesvär, samt hudsymtom.Resultatet från denna studie pekar på att man trots alla påverkande faktorer ser en viss hälsoeffekt relativt till förekomst avdamm och smuts. Då cirka var fjärde skolelev bedöms ha någon typ av allergi är det väsentligt attskolmiljön är så ren som möjligt. Förhållandena kan sannolikt förbättras genom en ökad ochförbättrad städning / Complaints about dust in school environments are frequent. This work aims to investigate the amount of dust deposit on different horizontal surfaces in class rooms, how a professional cleaning consultant assesses cleaning in relation to measurements of dust deposit and how quickly a surfacebecomes filthy again after thorough cleaning and health effects. In this investigation we used the questionnaire MM060 NA Sp1 to estimate the students’ symptoms and experience of cleaning andmeasures deposit dust with BM-Dustdetector. The amount of dust deposit varies vastlybetweenschools probablydue to varying number of persons, the geometry of the rooms and cleaningroutines. The investigation supports the idea that the amount of dust deposit relates to the experience of the quality of cleaning but the relation is also dependent of manyother factors. Larger amounts of dust deposit are generally found on surfaces not normally cleaned. Thorough cleaning reduces considerably the dust deposit but it regrows quicklywith high loading of persons. There exist some relations between the association of the cleaning by a professional cleaning consultant, especiallycleaning of the floor, and measured amount of dust deposit but the relations are not very strong.Students complaining of “dust and dirt” and “stuffy, bad air” report significantly more symptoms than the reference group. Exposure to only “dust and dirt” gives more, general symptoms and more mucous membrane and skin symptoms. The results from this study indicate a health effect from “dust and dirt”. One out of four Swedish students have some form of allergies. It is thereforenecessary to have a clean school environment. The aim of this thesis is to define the audit in general and to define its meaning and essence. Documents obtained from the company demonstrated the method of implementation of internal audit. On the basis of these documents, the internal audit results for the years 2013 and 2014 were evaluated by individual departments and by the overall results. Based on the findings, the company was recommended the establishment of an internal audit of the accounting. Questionnaires were sent to a sample of companies in the South Bohemia. The questionnaire investigated whether the company has established an internal audit, how often they perform it, which person performs an internal audit, on what action the internal audit is focused and whether the employees are motivated to improve their work.

The practical part is focused on the survey. The main purpose of it was to get information about education and work with gifted scholars in primary schools from the perspective of teachers. To find these data was chosen questionnaire survey. This was done on 31 primary schools. The results of this survey are described in the thesis.

This thesis concerns an analysis of the territorial plan of human settlement Svatý Jan nad Malší. Surrounding villages, such as Sedlce and Chlum nad Malší, were described in terms of the greatest changes, closer look can be provided on the cadastral plan of the town Svatý Jan nad Malší. Based on the study of territorial planning documentation and field exploration, individual parts of the territorial plan were evaluated, inconsistencies with actual condition were pointed out and necessary changes were proposed. To achieve completeness, questionnaire survey was conducted, from which the most problematic sections emerged, mainly work opportunities in village, condition and maintenance of roads and possible options of new construction. At the end, general maps of territorial plan were designed in ArcGIS software according to particular cadastral areas with advised changes.

This thesis entitled Communication and motivational climate deals with the analysis of internal climate and communication in a selected company. The analyzed company is the corporate branch of UniCall Communication Group Ltd., which belongs to one of the largest companies operating in the sphere of telemarketing. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the climate of motivation and communication in the company, to define potential problems in these areas and propose acceptable and viable solution. The methodology of the studied issue is a situational analysis, done through observations and interviews and a subsequent questionnaire. As for the communication, there is a problem of distribution of information, informality of communication, as well as the feedback system. The biggest motivation is money, though money is, paradoxically, at the same time also the most discouraging factor. Considering the time the company occurs in the market (since 2008), there can be expected a gradual improvement in human resources and corporate culture.

The aim of this diploma thesis is protected designation of "Czech beer" and its position on the domestic market through a questionnaire survey, awareness of the Czech population on the identification of products brand "Czech beer". In this thesis discussed the individual protected designation indicating the legislative rules that protected these markings define and put into effect. They included specific requirements for granting a protected geographical indication (CHZO) "Czech beer", specifying the requirements for the individual raw materials, production technology and inspection of products bearing this mark. In the practical part of the work was carried out a questionnaire survey which aims to map the awareness of the Czech population CHZO "Czech beer". The questionnaire survey showed that about half of the respondents are aware of the use of the "protected geographical indication". More than half marking "Czech beer" does not know, and only 10 % of respondents knew that the name "Czech beer is protected geographical indications of the European Union, whose purpose is to preserve the good name and quality of the beer produced in the Czech Republic. In particular, the importance of this label, why is introducing some breweries and why do you ask for, it seems to be a distinct people known. But itself idea of the product specifications marked "Czech beer" had only half of the respondents. The questionnaire survey shows that citizens of the Czech Republic should be more informed about the nature of implementation of protected designations in general, but also should be more familiar with the specifics of each label used. It is our aim not only food producers but also merchants that consumers are aware of the importance and promotion of products that are made in the Czech Republic, from local materials and traditional techniques. The positive impulse not only the questionnaire survey, but also as a stimulus for food manufacturers, retailers and other subjects can be perceived "consumer behaviour" of the majority , the majority of respondents - 82% would prefer when buying products labeled "Czech beer".

The goal of this final thesis is to develop a methodology to diagnose the corporate culture and to verify it in a selected company in order to propose a management program to change the corporate culture. The object of this research is MS KART s.r.o. company. 22 respondents were examined. Theoretical information about the Corporate culture is summed up in the first part of this thesis followed by the description of the company and its history. To understand the corporate culture I have used the questionnaire research. The questionnaire was composed out of 28 questions. Each question is processed into a chart followed by results. On the basis of the results of research, the corporate culture seems to be relatively intense. Nevertheless, I would recommend to intensify acquaintance of workers about current events of the firm, to improve communication between production departments, to remind employees the positive approach of company to their suggestions, ideas, thoughts and to maintain personal development of employees.

This thesis{\crq}s purpose has been the specification and the evaluation of current state of a chosen firm{\crq}s Corporate culture and the proposition of suitable measurements for improvement in this area based on these findings. Object of this research was company GAMA GROUP, Inc., Plant 9. The research group was composed from 53 employees from the selected company. Theoretical information about the Corporate culture is summed up in the first part of this thesis followed by the description of the company and its history. Questionnaire Inquiry is the methodology used in this thesis. The questionnaire was composed out of 27 questions. Each question is processed into a chart followed by results and discussions. The results show that the culture of the evaluated company is not strong enough as is primarily visible in problematic communication and in the approach towards the company. The possible recommendations for further company{\crq}s development and Corporate culture{\crq}s strengthening are communication improvement, boosting employees{\crq} pride in working for the company and employees{\crq} identification with the company.
