This diploma thesis focuses on the efficiency of the flipped classroom principle within the Chemical calculations that took place during the winter semester of the academic year 2020/2021 at the department of chemistry and chemistry didactics of the Pedagogical Faculty of Charles University. At the beginning of the thesis, the chemistry calculations are ordered into a system of chemistry education and described in the way they tend to be represented in selected textbooks for primary and secondary schools. The principle of the flipped classroom is defined and evaluated with the help of literature available. The research part of the thesis concerns itself with the students' attitudes to the flipped classroom technique applied during the Chemical calculations course. These were obtained through an IMI (Intrinsic Motivation Inventory) questionnaire as well as follow-up interviews with selected students. The thesis also explores the influence of levels of knowledge upon entering the course on their stance on the technique. At the same time the students' choice of study materials for self-education, their types and amount, is monitored. The results show that the principle of the flipped classroom is a suitable approach for the course of chemical calculations, it suits the vast majority of students. From...

Commercial education center is a new business mode that has just appeared in Chinese real estate market in recent years. It is directly derived from the business mode of shopping malls. While the shopping mall gathers a variety of service facilities and retail stores in a building or area and provides consumers with comprehensive services, the commercial education center gathers for-profit education institutions to provide customers with centralized education services. Because this business mode is quite new in Chinese real estate market, there are very few relevant researches. Real estate developers need to understand potential customers’ concern for the commercial education centers to improve their satisfaction, and they also need conclusions about the profitability of this business mode. This thesis carried out unstructured interviews on six families and four institution educators with different conditions, investigated their concerns about commercial education centers and summarized their opinions into 15 factors. A questionnaire is designed based on these factors and crucial factors in previous researches that affects customers' satisfaction for shopping malls. Then the questionnaire survey is conducted in a larger scope (369 respondents). Finally, with the help of a local real estate company, DCF analysis is conducted on a real commercial education center project. Three scenarios including most likely, optimistic and pessimistic are considered during this process. The results of unstructured interviews reveal factors that affects customers' satisfaction for the commercial education centers. The Results of the questionnaire survey shows the order of importance of these factors. According to the DCF model, the internal rate of return of this project meets the requirement of the company under the most likely situation and the optimistic situation. / Kommersiellt utbildningscenter är ett nytt affärsläge som just har dykt upp på den kinesiska fastighetsmarknaden de senaste åren. Det härrör direkt från affärsläget för köpcentra. Medan köpcentret samlar en mängd olika servicefaciliteter och butiker i en byggnad eller ett område och ger konsumenterna omfattande tjänster, samlar det kommersiella utbildningscentret vinstdrivande utbildningsinstitutioner för att förse kunderna med centrala utbildningstjänster. Eftersom detta affärsläge är ganska nytt på den kinesiska fastighetsmarknaden finns det mycket få relevanta undersökningar. Fastighetsutvecklare måste förstå potentiella kunders oro för de kommersiella utbildningscentren för att förbättra deras tillfredsställelse och de behöver också slutsatser om lönsamheten i detta affärsläge. Denna avhandling genomförde ostrukturerade intervjuer om sex familjer och fyra institutionspedagoger med olika förhållanden, undersökte deras oro för kommersiella utbildningscentra och sammanfattade deras åsikter i 15 faktorer. Ett frågeformulär utformas baserat på dessa faktorer och avgörande faktorer i tidigare undersökningar som påverkar kundernas tillfredsställelse för köpcentra. Sedan genomförs enkätundersökningen i större omfattning (369 svarande). Slutligen genomförs DCF-analyser med hjälp av ett lokalt fastighetsföretag på ett verkligt kommersiellt utbildningscenterprojekt. Tre scenarier inklusive mest troliga, optimistiska och pessimistiska beaktas under denna process. Resultaten av ostrukturerade intervjuer avslöjar faktorer som påverkar kundernas tillfredsställelse för de kommersiella utbildningscentren. Resultaten av frågeformuläret visar hur viktiga dessa faktorer är. Enligt DCF-modellen uppfyller den interna avkastningen för detta projekt företagets krav under den mest troliga situationen och den optimistiska situationen.

A multiple constituency approach to IJV performance measurement.

No / This paper analyses the differences in the way partner firms assess the performance of international joint ventures (IJV). It is argued that an understanding of these differences is important for the practice of, and for research into IJV management. From a managerial point of view, firms, as well as IJV management, need to know how the partners evaluate the venture's performance. From a research perspective such differences can distort the results of studies that compare the performance of IJVs with other organizational designs or aim to identify the determinants of IJV performance. A multiple constituency approach is employed to develop hypotheses and test them using empirical data gathered through a questionnaire survey among 110 managers of German¿Chinese joint ventures (GCJV) in the People's Republic of China. This is supplemented by qualitative data gathered through in-depth interviews with 25 managers. The findings highlight a number of differences regarding the way in which partner firms assess the performance of IJVs that are relevant for practice and research.

Arbetsförhållandens betydelse för hälsa : En kvantitativ studie ur ett salutogent perspektiv bland lagerarbetare.

Sjukskrivningar för psykisk ohälsa orsakade av dåliga arbetsförhållanden i den sociala och organisatoriska arbetsmiljön är ett växande problem i samhället. Samtidigt finns lite forskning om arbetsförhållanden och hälsa ur ett salutogent perspektiv. Syftet är att undersöka i vilken utsträckning upplevda arbetsförhållanden kan kopplas till självskattad hälsa ur ett salutogent perspektiv bland lagerarbetare på en arbetsplats. Studien är baserad på kvantitativa data. Univariat- och multipel linjär regressionsanalys har använts för att undersöka samband mellan arbetsförhållanden och hälsa. Resultatet visade på signifikanta samband mellan arbetsförhållanden och självskattad hälsa. Starkast samband fanns för stödjande arbetsförhållanden, tidsupplevelse och individuella inre upplevelser. Det innebär att det är betydelsefullt med ett gott socialt klimat på arbetsplatsen med tillgång till stöd från både arbetskamrater och arbetsgivaren, att arbetet upplevs som meningsfullt, att det finns utvecklingsmöjligheter, att personalens utbildning matchar kraven i arbetet och att tidsupplevelsen är positiv genom att arbetsuppgifterna hinns med under arbetstid utan stress. Självskattad hälsa ökade med ålder men det fanns inga signifikanta skillnader utifrån kön, anställningsform, utbildning eller etnisk bakgrund. Resultatet har diskuterats utifrån känsla av sammanhang (KASAM) och krav-kontroll-stödmodellen som teoretiskt perspektiv. / Sick leave due to mental ill-health, caused by poor working conditions in the social and organizational work environment is a growing problem in the society. There is a lack of research on working conditions’ impact on health from a salutogenic perspective. The purpose of this study is to investigate the extent to which perceived working conditions can be associated with self-rated health from a salutogenic perspective among warehouse workers at a workplace. The study is based on questionnaire data. Univariat- and multiple linear regressions were performed to investigate the relationship between working conditions and health. The result showed that there are significant associations between working conditions and self-rated health. The strongest associations were found with supportive working conditions, time experience, individual inner experinces, and health. This means that it is important to have a high social climate in the workplace with access to support from both colleagues and employer, that work is perceived as meaningful, to have opportunities for development, that personnel education matches the requirements for the job and that there is enough time to perform tasks without stress. Self-rated health increased with age but there were no significant differences by gender, employment status, education or ethnic background. The result has been discussed on the basis of sense of coherence (SOC) and the demand-control-support model as a theoretical perspective.

國中小教師族群網路購物行為之研究

「網路購物」為電腦網路科技所興起的一種新興商業。它改變了消費者 購物的習慣;相對的,消費者購買動機、需求及使用行為也不斷影響網站型態的發展,並且衍生出更多新的網路購物商業模式與議題。 在網路購物相關研究中,過去較少針對教師族群消費行為進行分析。本研究乃在探討國中小教師族群對網路購物的經驗與行為,藉由個案公司進行該族群網路購物的偏好、態度及購買行為分析,以及其消費需求與企業既有的購物網站整合的效益評估,並探討各種市場刺激因素及網路購物環境特性對該族群購買傾向與行為的影響性。 本研究藉由消費者行為及市場區隔、認知風險、市場刺激因素、網路購物環境等文獻的探討,採取問卷調查方式,收集了692份有效樣本,再利用統計分析方法得知該族群網路購物消費者行為模式中不同變項的相互關係。研究發現將近有七成的國中小教師族群具有網路購物的經驗,而且未因居住地區不同而有顯著的差異。但是,無網購經驗的族群中則會因居住地區、年齡層、教師身分及任教領域的不同,對於未選擇網路購物的原因呈現顯著的差異;年齡超過40歲以上的群體網路購物的比例逐漸降低,對於網路購物的網站訊息疑慮、產品信譽、交易安全、保證及退貨制度等認知風險亦越高。 該族群會受到個案公司企業形象與品牌聯想,對所販售產品類別仍以與個案公司企業形象相符的產品類型比較受到該族群的認同。但不同消費特性的族群對於產品類型的需求,則會因性別、年齡層、教師身分、收入而呈現明顯差異。市場刺激因素及購物網站環境特性對於不同特性族群的影響並無顯著的差異。 本研究結果期能增進學術界對國中小教師族群網路消費行為的認識,以及提供個案公司作為訂定市場區隔及行銷策略的基礎資料,以及視本研究對象為主要目標顧客群的購物網站經營者參考。 / The internet shopping is a new business style while the computer network technology was popular and rising tremendously. It changed the consumer’s shopping behavior totally. On the other hand, the buying motivation, user requirement and buyer’s behavior were influenced the developing of web site module and style continuously. And more and more issues of new business model and discussion topics were derive repeatedly. There was much less research and analysis for the teachers’ consuming behavior in the scope of internet shopping apparently. This study was focused on the experimental and behavioral analysis of internet shopping for the teacher who was in the secondary school and elementary school. We tried to figure out an evaluation of a beneficial result of a web site integration on a specific case through the analysis of users’ favorite, attitude and buying behavior, etc. It also probes the influence of the tendency and comportment to the particular group people into the stimulate incident of marketing and the environment characteristic of internet shopping simultaneously. After referenced those published in the area of the consumer’s behavior, the marketing isolation, the, the stimulate incident of marketing and the environment characteristic of internet shopping. We proposed a questionnaire survey to express the capability of variety of correlations between different user models of internet shopping behavior by the statistics analysis method eventually. There were 692 copies of effective samples from the teachers in whole Taiwan. We also found that only 70% of them would have the experiment of internet shopping, and it did not appear the discrepancy with resident area conspicuously. But the group of internet shopping users would be variable with different resident area, ages, teacher’s status and its teaching domain, especially it reflected on the reason of ‘not shopping on the internet’. Also, we found the lower ration of internet shopping with older teacher such as above 40 years old. It would be higher anxiety with more cognitive risks of web site’s messages, product credibility, transaction security, certificate of guarantee and refund policy eventually. There was more identified for this specific case with the enterprise representation and brand imagine from its sale production. But we also found that the requirement of different characteristic group were appeared diversity obviously with different factors, such as gender, age, identity and income. Furthermore, there was no eminent remarkable difference for the different user scopes with the stimulate incident of marketing and the environment characteristic of internet shopping contrarily. This study would provide a reorganization of the internet consuming behavior on a specific teacher family expectedly. And we would like to provide some basic information for the marketing isolation and the marketing strategies for the business target ultimately.
