This city was made to give place to the inhabitants of Jaguaribara, noises from Castanhão dam in the state of Ceará. The study is understanding that urban removal which implies the compulsory transfer of the inhabitants of one city to another, or from one territory to another, interfere directly in political action and the common sentiment of the residents in the new urban space. We analyze the affects to understand the social and psychosocial changes, since they are the singularity of the social and cross the memory, ideas, action and thought. The theoretical perspectives of the Thesis are in two areas of knowledge that are social psychology and philosophy. The first, adopted the Socio-Historical Psychology. The second, to Spinoza's philosophy. The choice of Espinosa for studies of affect, led us to study the affects of the city from the perspective of policy. In ethnographic insertion, this research used three procedures to meet the affections: the field diary, narratives about the city and the Affective Maps. The socio-affective-urban narrative was constructed from in-depth interviews. These interviews also served to draw up the 'network of passive affections'. Affections were analyzed Fear, Hope, Courage fluctuation (Joy and Sorrow), the Missing and the Desire to remained. Subsequently, there is the proposal of some conceptual formulations as Uniformity blank, the Common Abstract, the Useful Resistance and Body Equal empty - Body Similar Useful / Essa Tese tem como foco de estudo a dimensão socioafetiva da cidade de Nova Jaguaribara CE, nordeste do Brasil, na remoção urbana a que foi submetida, tendo como subtexto a análise política. Esta cidade foi feita para dar lugar aos habitantes de Jaguaribara, devido à construção do açude Castanhão no Estado do Ceará. O estudo tem como entendimento que a remoção urbana, que implica na transferência compulsória dos habitantes de uma cidade a outra, ou de um território a outro, interfere diretamente na ação política e no sentimento do comum dos moradores no novo espaço urbano. Analisamos os afetos para entender as mudanças sociais e psicossociais, uma vez que são a singularização do social e atravessam a memória, as ideias, a ação e o pensamento. As perspectivas teóricas da Tese encontram-se em duas áreas de conhecimento que são a Psicologia Social e a Filosofia. Quanto à primeira, adotamos a Psicologia Sócio-Histórica. Quanto à segunda, a filosofia espinosana. Na inserção etnográfica, esta pesquisa utilizou três procedimentos para conhecer os afetos: o diário de campo, as narrativas sobre a cidade e os Mapas Afetivos. A Narrativa socioafetiva-urbana foi construída a partir de entrevistas em profundidade. Essas entrevistas serviram também para elaborar a rede de afetos passivos . Os afetos analisados foram o Medo, a Esperança, a Flutuação de Ânimo (Alegria e a Tristeza), a Saudade e o Desejo de Permanêcia. O estudo nos levou a propor as seguintes formulações conceituais que podem colaborar para a análise dos impactos psicossociais de processos de remoção urbana: a Homogeneidade Vazia, o Comum Abstrato, a Resistência Útil e o Corpo Igual Vazio - Corpo Semelhante Útil
