This thesis deals with the issue of real estates in business. It defines the real estate in accordance with the laws and mentions related taxes. Emphasis is placed on accounting and tax impact of various options for acquisition a property, obligations of entrepreneurs arising from operations of real estates and property disposal methods. The text is supplemented by practical examples. The thesis highlights changes in force since 2014, resulting from the new version of the legislation. The last part of the thesis involves an analysis of real estates which are reported by selected companies of the food sector in the Czech Republic.

This thesis deals with the accommodation road. The thesis also discusses the emergence, extincion and other law obligations of accommodation road, each mentioned in separate chapter. A valuation of service is done by various methods and a comparison of the influence of the easement price on the purchase price of the land. An optimal procedure for establishing an accommodation road is set up and a valuation procedure is structured. The value of accommodation road were compared with the purchace price of land, separated the agricultural and building land. The building lands were separated obligatory land and land with justification.

This master’s thesis deals with influence of heat source on the value of the apartment building. The introduction describes the calculation of heat losses, types of heating systems, heating elements, heat sources for heating and hot water, methods of market valuation. Further are chosen two variants of heat sources for heating and domestic hot water for the Domino apartment building. Both heating elements are designed to cover the heat losses of the house. At the end of the thesis is an evaluation of the return of a more expensive variant, but cheaper to operate, profit from sale and profibility on rent of the apartment building.

In the doctoral thesis deals with a problem situation, which is based on the lack of a clarified methodology for determining the rents from land in agricultural grounds. Criteria are proposed that could affect the amount of land rents in agricultural grounds. One is the type of water source. The created database consists of a variety of data that are subsequently evaluated. The data for the selected locations was statistically evaluated. Furthermore, the percentage of rentals was determined as against the usual (market) price of the leased land. The proposed coefficients were quantified and verified at the same time in practical cases. The output of the thesis is a methodology developed to determine the usual rental rates from land in agricultural grounds.

The introductory part is devoted to defining what an immovable thing is and also explains the concept of an office building, then describes how the real estate market is divided. Following the theoretical part and the information obtained, a database of than thirty advertised offers of administrative premises was created. The diploma thesis deals with the identification of significant factors influencing the rent price. The resulting data is processed into tables, graphs and a rental price map is also created. The building is designed according to the Heluz system and has four main storeys and flat roof. The first floor will be rented to businesses – a hair salon, a cafe, a nail salon, the other three floors will be used for housing - on each floor there will be two flats 4+1 and one flat 4+kk. The design includes designated parking for residents and customers near builting.

The goal of this diploma thesis was creation of pricing details for the determination of open-market rent without regulation of prices for apartments for the Brno – Královo Pole locality. As a basis for diploma were used data of achieving market rents taken from databases of two estate agencies. Apartments were divided into categories according disposition on small, middle, large and luxury. In each category was defined a standard from which was basic price made. After that were created twelve groups which enabled to judge influence of each factor on rent. As a factor (quantity) influencing a rent were defined – state of property, characteristic type of construction, equipment of apartment. As a result was total summary of basic rental prices for each categories relating to floor area and was defined influence of each factor.
