Section studies all factors that have impact on the cost, e.g. locality, architectural disposition and more. Practical section of the thesis explains and comments on evaluation of the development project "residential house" Pilot 3 and projection of the revenues of this project.

This master´s thesis concerns in contemporary trade situation of flat and house rental in the city of Hodonín. It is focused on those factors that influence the amount of demanded rent and how the price gets changed due to their influence. It describes the historical development of housing in our area. Also, it considers flat and house rental in general and pays attention mainly to the mentioned area. It compares the amount of a usual flat rent of flats from the data collected in a market research and judges changes of its amount of flats type 1+1 and 1+kk, 2+1 and 2+kk, 3+1 and 3+kk, 4+1 and 4+kk. By data processing, overviews of rented flats and their summarization into charts and graphical as well as textual evaluation are set up. Maps marked with areas with the same rents are created for particular flat cathegories.

Objective of of this work is to compare the rents in Prague and Brno and assess the factors that affect it. The first chapters present the theoretical information in the area of rental housing, the cross-section of the historical development of housing policy and a view of current issues of housing policy. Then I evaluate the factors, that inflict the level of rent. Data that solve the objective of my work, I found out through a questionnaire with realized rents complemented by the offer price real estate site. Survey contained category of flats 1+1 and 1+kk, 2+1 and 2+kk, 3+1 and 3+kk. I found that the first area of the historic center by the selected category apartments with rents differs in the interval of 20-35% and in the second area near to the center is in the interval of 9-19%. The main objective of this work is discovery that Prague in terms of rents is more expensive than Brno in both defined areas.

This thesis deals with the determination of cash flow and the assessment of the economic efficiency of a development project of the shopping center. It is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part summarizes information about the project, feasibility study, development projects, phases of the project life cycle, ways of financing, risks and setting the cash flow of the project. The practical part is divided into two parts. The first one presents an overview of shopping centers, department stores and retail parks in the Czech Republic and the second focuses on the assessment of actually performed development project of the shopping center - a retail park in terms of cash flow and economic efficiency. The aim of this work is to get familiar with the sphere of retail development project and its assessment concerning whether it is acceptable for implementation in the terms of cash flow and economic effectiveness and to what extend.

Desse modo, para a compreensão da relação entre o atual fenômeno de financeirização da economia e o uso agrícola do território brasileiro, analisamos como as técnicas da informação permitem a captura da renda fundiária a partir da atuação da empresa SLC Agrícola. Portanto, a partir dos trabalhos de campo realizados no Piauí, no Maranhão e na Bahia, nos quais realizamos entrevistas semiestruturadas, com camponeses, representantes do Estado e visitas às fazendas de empresa agrícolas, e a realização de uma revisão bibliográfica sobre a temática, além de levantamento e análise de dados secundários, esta dissertação buscou responder a algumas questões: como o IPO das empresas agrícolas, em particular, da SLC Agrícola resultou em novos usos do território pela empresa? The main topic of the dissertation thesis is the evaluation of the influence of socio- geographical exposure and other factors (natural: altitude, inclination of slopes, productivity of land) on the extensification processes of the land use in Czechia in the period of more than 160 years, 1845-2010. Emphasis is also placed on the associated losses of agricultural and arable land, given that afforestation and increase of grassland took place essentially at the expense of that land. The main data source is the "Database of long-term land use changes in Czechia (1845-2010)", LUCC Czechia, based on cadastral records. It is a detailed monitoring which covers almost 9,000 so-called stable territorial units. Both the extensification processes and the overall intensity of land use (using the coefficient of ecological importance) are evaluated. Given that most of the Czechia's territory is still used as agricultural land, the thesis also includes an overview of the evolution of the selected agricultural intensity indicators. Attention is likewise paid to the wider context of land use changes at the European level. Alquimass es un proyecto realizado por estudiantes de la Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas, con la función de ser un intermediario entre un arrendador de autos y un arrendatario del mismo bien. Además, nos presentamos como un negocio 100% digital. Asimismo, como primera instancia trabajaremos a través de redes sociales para conseguir nuestras primeras ventas. En la primera parte del proyecto de investigación, se explicará a detalle el problema que soluciona Alquimass, el público objetivo y un análisis al entorno actual. De forma similar, en la segunda parte nos dedicamos a explicar el plan de marketing que se plantea realizar para entrar al mercado. Por consiguiente, para validar nuestra información se ha realizado experimentos, que consisten en entrevistas a posibles usuarios y expertos. / Alquimass is a project carried out by students of the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences, with the function of being an intermediary between a car lessor and a lessee of the same property.
