Extensões na política EBS - controle de admissão e redução da ordem de complexidade temporal / Extensions on EBS policy - admission control and temporal complexity order reduction

Tott, Rogerio Fernandes 08 December 2008 (has links)
Resultados de simulação demonstram a efetividade dos mecanismos propostos / In recent research works performance guarantee models based on temporal constraints with specified response-time upper bounds have been investigated. This work extends the development of the EBS real-time scheduling policy, applicable to this problem, by proposing an admission control mechanism. The introduced approach is based on an adaptive model which, based on the system degradation level, tries to isolate the impact of the behavior of a given user upon the quality of service offered to the other users. Its also proposed a new algorithm to reduce the complexity order of the original EBS implementation. Simulation results illustrate the effectiveness of proposed methods

Ar galinių telekomunikacinių įrenginių ir el.pašto pagalba patvirtinti sandoriai laikytini turinčiais formos trūkumų? / Whether transactions (contracts) confirmed by telecommunications and e-mails have lack of requisitions?

Degutienė, Birutė 30 July 2009 (has links)
Sandoriai patvirtinti galinų telekomunikacinių įrenginių ir el.pašto pagalba yra neatsiejama komercinės teisės dalis. Lyginant tarptautinius ir Lietuvos teisės aktus, nagrinėjami galimi tokių sandorių formos trūkumai bei jų, kaip rašytinių įrodymų reikšmė civiliniame teismo procese. / This magistrates thesis deals with theoretical and practical aspects of validity of transactions (contracts, confirmed by telecommunications and e-mails, particularly in its form. The purpose of this work was to analyse the possible lack of requisitions of such transactions. According to Lithuanian Civil Code Art. 1.71.2: documents signed by the parties and transmitted by means of telegraph, facsimile communication or over any other means of communication terminal equipment shall be conferred the same power as having been made in the written form, providing the protection of the text is guaranteed and the signature can be identified.

Occupied: The Civilian Experience in Montélimar, 1939-1945

Zinsou, Cameron 30 April 2021 (has links)
The vast literature of World War II in France contains a major gap. There is little on the daily life of civilians prior to France's defeat during the Battle of France or civilian life after the liberation of France from the German occupier. Most literature on France during the war focuses on the Vichy years from 1940-1944. This dissertation extends the timeline to encapsulate the whole war from 1939-1945. By doing so, historians can uncover other themes central to the French civilian experience besides the German presence. This dissertation shows the benefits of this chronological extension through its investigation of the southern French city of Montélimar. This dissertation argues that from the time France entered World War II until the end of the war France was occupied. To consider this, one must look at the central theme of requisitions. For the entirety of the war, people all over France had to adapt because of the imposition of requisition policies. French government policy required the sacrifice of civilian possessions in a time of war. These policies continued across different governments: the French Third Republic, Vichy France, the Italian occupation, the German occupation, and during the Free French provisional government. Montélimar's civilians understood that requisitions were necessary. There was, however, a limit to their understanding. When civilians felt they were excessively burden with requisitions or unfairly treated, they appealed in a number of ways. They engaged with the state in what this dissertation calls the "politics of requisitioning." It provided a figurative space where civilians challenged their responsibilities to the state. Though civilian appeals usually failed, they provided an opportunity where civilians contested the meaning of their civic responsibilities and the state explored the limits of its obligations to the inhabitants of the city. These experiences, in addition to the Axis occupation, capture daily life in wartime Montélimar.

[en] NEW DEMANDS FOR OLD QUESTIONS: PROFESSIONAL REQUESTS TO SOCIAL WORKERS IN PHILANTHROPIC INSTITUTIONS AFTER SUAS / [pt] NOVAS DEMANDAS PARA VELHAS QUESTÕES: REQUISIÇÕES PROFISSIONAIS AOS ASSISTENTES SOCIAIS EM INSTITUIÇÕES FILANTRÓPICAS PÓS SUAS

PRISCILA AMBROZIO GONÇALVES 05 September 2018 (has links)
[en] The present dissertation New demands for old questions: professional requests to social workers in philanthropic institutions after SUAS, had as main objective to analyze the requisitions of the philanthropic entities to the work of the Social Worker after the implementation of the Unique System of Social Assistance (SUAS), from 2005. carried out a critical analysis of the process of implementation of SUAS and the new regulations for the work of the philanthropic entities that this management system has developed throughout its institutionalization in Brazil that is permeated by disputes and contradictions between traditional and conservative practices and, on the other hand, that seek the professionalization of these services, historically linked to charity and benesse. It is verified that these regulations incorporate the managerialist and bureaucratic logic of the social policies reform, initiated in Brazil in the 1990s with the neoliberal appeal and that directly impact the requisitions to the professionals that work in these spaces, in particular the social workers.
