El presente proyecto de tesis esta compuesto por un centro de día y residencia para el adulto mayor el cual esta ubicado en el distrito de San Martín de Porres debido al gran porcentaje de personas de la tercera edad y por el déficit de centros de atención residencial. La residencia del proyecto busca dar alojamiento a las personas de la tercera edad que cuentan con dependencia física y/o psíquica y precisan de cuidados especiales mediante ambientes que se adaptan al estado de cada usuario. Asimismo, el centro de día cuenta con ambientes de pedagogía, recreación y asistencia medica para los usuarios de la residencia y del distrito. El proyecto busca mejorar la calidad de vida del adulto mayor mediante espacios intergeneracionales, los cuales son ambientes de encuentro, intercambio social y cultural entre distintas generaciones. Además, por medio de la arquitectura multisensorial busca la activación de los sentidos del adulto mayor y que estos minimicen la desorientación y el desconcierto dentro del edificio. Conservando y promoviendo su autonomía física y psicológica. Por ultimo, mediante la accesibilidad universal busca que los ambientes se adapten a las distintas condiciones del usuario considerando los cambios físicos que se producen en esta etapa final de la vida. / The present thesis project is composed of a day and residence center for the elderly which is located in the district of San Martín de Porres due to the large percentage of elderly people and the shortage of residential care centers. The residence of the project seeks to provide accommodation for the elderly who have physical and / or mental dependence and need special care through environments that adapt to the state of each user. Likewise, the day center has pedagogy, recreation and medical assistance environments for residents and district users. The project seeks to improve the quality of life of the elderly through intergenerational spaces, which are meeting environments, social and cultural exchange between different generations. In addition, through the multi sensorial architecture, it seeks the activation of the senses of the elderly and that these minimize the disorientation and bewilderment within the building. conserving and promoting their physical and psychological autonomy. The thesis has been divided into two parts. In the theoretical part, I use literature to describe the social situation of disabled applicants for international protection in the residential center Refugee Facilities Administration and social situation of disabled applicants for international protection of residents' private addresses. In the practical part, I examined health and social status of applicants for international protection of living in residential centers and those living in private. This objective has been met. I mapped and compared the health and social status of applicants for international protection of living in residential centers and those living in private. I managed to map out what the needs are undermined international protection seekers living in the residential center Refugee Facilities Administration Kostelec nad Orlici and what the needs are undermined international protection seekers living at a private address in Brno. The research showed that they have undermined all the needs. Applicants for international protection, living in residential centers Kostelec nad Orlici have disrupted all needs, including spiritual needs. Applicants for international protection of privacy living in Brno are also disturbed by all the needs, but in addition to spiritual needs.

The diploma thesis has been created as an architectural study of Temporary accommodation for migrants in Brno. Part of the proposal was also the selection of the location, which became the brownfield on the Červený kopec. From the point of view of the accommodation of migrants, the complex is divided into two separate parts - the reception center and the residential center. These centers fulfill the function of short-term accommodation for persons who have applied for asylum in the territory of the Czech Republic and are awaiting its assessment. The facility also includes an entrance check-up facility that every applicant must pass to the receiving center. Both of these centers are separated by the main building, which houses the management of the complex, a dining room with a kitchen and leisure facilities. In addition to free time activities, both centers also offer social, legal or psychological assistance for assylum seekers.

The theme of diploma thesis is design of reception center and residential center in Brno city. These asylum facilities are first two steps to proceeding for granting international protection. Both of these facilities provide accomodation and other services, such as provide of meals, social and psychological services, legal help or clients can take part in wide range of free-time activites. Designed complex is located at Červený kopec in Brno-Štýřice and it consists of 6 building divided into three parts - reception center, residential center and central structures used by the both facilities, such as administration, kitchen and maintenance services.

El presente trabajo de investigación parte de las carencias que posee el adulto mayor autovalente en pobreza extrema hoy en día, siendo olvidadas sus necesidades básicas y convirtiéndose por lo tanto en la población más vulnerables ante la sociedad. Se propone como objetivo final el desarrollo proyectual de un Centro Residencial Gerontológico en el distrito de Villa el Salvador, para satisfacer tanto las necesidades básicas de la población adulta mayor tales como la residencia y salud, como complementos que aportan a su desarrollo personal como recreación e interacción social. / This research approaches the scarcities of elderly poor people today. As their basics needs are forgotten they become a vulnerable population. The purpose of this study is the development of a Gerontological Residential Care Facility for the Elderly in Villa el Salvador in order to satisfy the basic needs of senior citizens such as residence and health and complements that contribute to their personal development as recreation and social activities. / Tesis

Debido a los cambios demográficos producto de factores como la industrialización, la reducción de la tasa de mortalidad en los distintos grupos de edades, la disminución de la tasa de fecundidad, los avances tecnológicos en el campo de la medicina, y, en consecuencia, la mejora de la calidad de vida, han propiciado que la esperanza de vida se prolongue y que se produzcan alteraciones en la estructura de la población. Ello se ha visto reflejado en el incremento de un grupo etario, el adulto mayor. A partir de los 60 años, el cuerpo comienza a presentar dificultades motrices, propias de a gerontología, para realizar las actividades cotidianas. Estas limitaciones generalmente se revelan en un menor grado de complicación, las cuales se van agravando progresivamente. Teniendo en cuenta que es una etapa en la vida de la cual no podremos evitarla, el proyecto repara la posibilidad de generar un diseño arquitectónico que reúna las condiciones para que el usuario tenga las herramientas que fomenten y ayude a brindar un envejecimiento sano, activo y, sobre todo, dentro de un entorno propicio y favorable para su desenvolvimiento cotidiano libre de barreras físicas y psicológicas. / In the last decade, the demographic changes have appeared as a product of industrialization, reduction of mortality rate in several generations, decrease in the fertility rate, technological advance in medicine field, thus an improvement in life quality. The mentions before have led to a longer life expectance and in consequence have generated variation in the population structure. These have been reflected in the raising of a specific age group, the senior citizen. From the early sixties the body starts to appear motor difficulties related to gerontology, and struggles to carry on with their daily activities. These limitations are show at the beginning in a lower grade of complications and become progressively worse. Since the old age is a stage in the life that can’t be avoid, the project aims to the chance to develop an architectonic design which include the properly requirements for every user and necessary background that promote and help bringing an active and healthy lifestyle, and above all, nurture a positive environment that produce an improvement of their day after day, freely from difficulties physical and mental. / Tesis
