Cinema transnacional e tend?ncias est?ticas nas revistas brasileiras Fon-Fon e Cinearte : (1927 a 1932)

During the period, we sought to identify the presence of a transnational cinema, traces of an incipient globalized culture and aesthetic elements linked to Art Deco . The study has a qualitative character on film, culture and historical context, in a Brazil with an incipient cinema and communications landscape also being consolidated. The six years proposed for analysis comprise a rich time of information about the settings of new markets, consumption habits, media and aesthetic trends. And the research seeks to establish a dialogue between existing content on Fon-Fon and Cinearte, and these with the elected bibliography, at an intersection with the Brazilian historical context, to propose a look at the transnational cinema, globalized culture and aesthetic trends presented in Brazil during the period, within the universe of the two magazines. The theoretical framework highlights the works of Tim Bergfelder on transnational cinema; Lucy Fischer, for the approach to the Art Deco and aesthetic trends; the research of Joseph Garncaz, Chris Wahl, Joel Westerdale e Christian Rogowski, for new perspectives on the study of the Weimar cinema; and the works of Renato Ortiz to treat globalization of culture. / A presente pesquisa prop?e a an?lise das revistas brasileiras Fon-Fon (1907 1958) e Cinearte (1926 1942) dentro do recorte temporal de 1927 a 1932. No per?odo, busca-se identificar a presen?a de um cinema transnacional, tra?os de uma incipiente cultura mundializada e elementos est?ticos vinculados ao Art Deco. O estudo possui um car?ter qualitativo sobre cinema, cultura e contexto hist?rico, em um Brasil com um cinema incipiente e um cen?rio das comunica??es tamb?m em fase de consolida??o. Os seis anos propostos para an?lise compreendem um momento rico em informa??es sobre as configura??es de novos mercados, h?bitos de consumo, meios de comunica??o e tend?ncias est?ticas. E a pesquisa busca estabelecer um di?logo entre os conte?dos existentes em Fon-Fon e Cinearte, e destes com a bibliografia eleita, em um cruzamento com o contexto hist?rico brasileiro, para propor um olhar sobre o cinema transnacional, cultura mundializada e tend?ncias est?ticas apresentadas no Brasil do per?odo, dentro do universo das duas revistas. Por meio delas, os usu?rios podem disseminar seus estudos, assim como desenvolver novas pesquisas. Um dos sistemas utilizados para cria??o e gest?o de peri?dicos eletr?nicos ? o Sistema Eletr?nico de Editora??o de Revistas (SEER), utilizado na constru??o de portais de peri?dicos, assim como na cria??o de revistas isoladamente. Nesse sentido, acredita-se que os sistemas de gest?o e cria??o de revistas cient?ficas eletr?nicas devem ser desenvolvidos (interna e externamente) de acordo com as necessidades dos seus usu?rios. No caso do desenvolvimento interno, alguns desses processos se referem ao cadastro de autor e ? submiss?o de artigos, que, por sua vez, s?o tarefas relevantes no processo editorial. Assim, o trabalho proposto, de tem?tica Usabilidade de peri?dicos cient?ficos, objetiva analisar a usabilidade do processo de cadastro de autor e de submiss?o de artigos no SEER por meio da revista BiblioCanto, que integra o Portal de Peri?dicos Eletr?nicos da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN). Para a efetiva??o da pesquisa, foram utilizadas duas t?cnicas de avalia??o: o Teste de Usabilidade e a Avalia??o Cooperativa, com um total de vinte participantes, divididos em quatro categorias. Para validar os instrumentos da pesquisa (o question?rio pr?-sess?o e o Questionnaire of User Interaction Satisfaction), foram realizados dois testes piloto antes da realiza??o da avalia??o em definitivo. Ap?s a execu??o do Teste de Usabilidade e Avalia??o Cooperativa em definitivo, os resultados apontaram que os dois processos analisados (cadastro de autor e submiss?o de artigos) necessitam de melhorias. Em se tratando do processo de cadastro, destacam-se as seguintes necessidades: sinaliza??o do ambiente de realiza??o de cadastro; descri??o e exclus?o de informa??es solicitadas no formul?rio para cadastramento. No processo de submiss?o de artigos, enfatizam-se melhorias dos aspectos: in?cio dos passos para submiss?o, sinaliza??o de campos obrigat?rios, descri??o concisa das etapas, minimiza??o e revis?o das etapas. Para Por fim, acredita-se que de uma forma geral o SEER atende parcialmente ?s necessidades dos seus usu?rios no tocante ? usabilidade do referido software. / The electronic journals correspond publishing channels and dissemination of scientific information. Through them, users can spread their studies as well as developing new researches. One of the systems used for creation and e-journals management is the Electronic System for Journal Publishing (SEER), used in the construction of periodic portals, as well as the creation of magazines in isolation. In this purport, it is believed that the management systems and creation of e-journals should be developed (internally and externally) according to the needs of its users. In the case of internal development, some of these processes refer to the copyright registration and submission of articles, which, in turn, are relevant tasks in the editorial process. Thus, the proposed study, thematic Usability of scientific journals, aims to analyze the usability of the copyright registration process and submission of articles in the Electronic System for Journal Publishing through BiblioCanto magazine, part of the Electronic Journals Portal of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN). For the realization of the research, two valuation techniques were used: the Usability Test with a total of twenty participants and the Cooperative Evaluation, with the same number of participants separated in four categories considered target audience of that magazine, namely: undergraduate students, graduate students, teachers and librarians. The results indicated that the two analyzed processes (copyright registration and submission of articles) need improvement. In the case of the registration process, the following needs are: signalizing of the conducting registration ambient; description and exclusion of requested information on the registration form. In the process of article submission, it is emphasized improvement of aspects: the early steps to submission, signaling of required fields, concise description of the steps, minimization and review of the steps. To this end, it is believed that in general idea the SEER partially meets the needs of its users regarding the usability of such software.

Avalia??o na educa??o b?sica, o estado do conhecimento na Revista Ensaio: avalia??o e pol?ticas p?blicas em educa??o (1999-2008) / Evaluation in Basic Education: the state of knowledge in the magazine essay: assessment and public policy in education (1999-2008)

The study places in the perspective of the work called state of art or state of knowledge . It is, therefore, a bibliographic survey of analytical and critical in this production. Were mapped, organized and analyzed 89 studies from a universe of 284 articles published in the magazine from 1999 to 2008. After the mapping and organization s material, we sought to identify thematic productions trends from four themes: institutional assessment, systems evaluation, assessment of learning and evaluation: general aspects. The results show that the scientific magazine essay is essentially a Brazilian publication with most studies from southeastern Brazil. There is a work prevalence which present thoughts and/or reflections about the evaluation theme that is related to arising studies from empirical research. The universe of educational assessment includes levels of learning assessment, institutional evaluation and assessment systems, the emphasis is, proportionally in studies focusing on institutional evaluation. In this category the thematic concern to the school research, tools for evaluation, teacher education, school community reviews, experience of other countries in institutional assessment, conceptual issues and the quality question and evaluation. The survey also found that, facing a hegemonic paradigm in the field of educational assessment which is critical emancipatory paradigm, the magazine adopts a technical line instead of political in subjects related to the evaluation. / A presente disserta??o objetiva estudar o estado do conhecimento sobre a produ??o cient?fica da Revista Ensaio: Avalia??o e Pol?ticas P?blicas em Educa??o, em torno da tem?tica da avalia??o na educa??o b?sica. O estudo situa-se na perspectiva dos trabalhos denominados estado do conhecimento . Trata-se, portanto, de um levantamento bibliogr?fico, anal?tico e cr?tico da referida produ??o. Foram mapeados, organizados e analisados 89 trabalhos, selecionados de um universo de 284 artigos publicados pela revista no per?odo de 1999 a 2008. Ap?s mapeamento e organiza??o do material, buscou-se identificar as tend?ncias tem?ticas presentes nas produ??es a partir de quatro categorias tem?ticas: avalia??o institucional, avalia??o de sistemas, avalia??o da aprendizagem e avalia??o: aspectos gerais. Os resultados mostram que a Revista Ensaio ? uma publica??o essencialmente brasileira, com a maioria dos trabalhos provenientes da regi?o sudeste do pa?s. H? predomin?ncia de trabalhos que apresentam ideias e/ou reflex?es sobre o tema da avalia??o em rela??o a trabalhos resultantes de pesquisas emp?ricas. Do universo da avalia??o educacional que compreende os n?veis de avalia??o da aprendizagem, avalia??o institucional e avalia??o de sistemas, a ?nfase encontra-se, pela propor??o de trabalhos, em estudos focados na avalia??o institucional. Nesta categoria as tem?ticas focalizam quest?es relacionadas ao estudo da escola, instrumentos para avalia??o, forma??o docente, opini?es da comunidade escolar, experi?ncia de outros pa?ses em avalia??o institucional, aspectos conceituais, e a quest?o da qualidade e avalia??o. A pesquisa tamb?m constatou que, diante de um paradigma hegem?nico na ?rea da avalia??o educacional, isto ?, do paradigma cr?tico emancipat?rio, a Revista Ensaio adota uma linha mais t?cnica do que pol?tica no tratamento de temas relacionado ? avalia??o.
