Conclui-se que o redesign do Portal e a ferramenta Or?culo atendem ao escopo definido pelos usu?rios, apresentando de forma clara e organizada os conte?dos necess?rios para a boa implanta??o dos sistemas SIGUFRN. / The Cooperation Portal, developed by the Superintendence of Informatics UFRN, is an environment for sharing experiences concerning the technology transfer process and implementation of integrated management systems (SIG-UFRN). However, using log analysis, systematic interviews and exploratory studies, it was found that, in general, its main features have been underutilized and that this portal has not been fully utilized. The objective of the research is, initially, find the real needs of Portal users to incorporate them in its redesign of the Portal, considering the content of interest for users; including the creation of a prototype of a cooperation forum, named ?Or?culo?, in an organized and structured manner. Finally, it was conducted a cooperative evaluation of this prototype. The main needs were to reorganize and to include work process information and updated technical documentation to support the implementation of SIG-UFRN systems, and the restructuration of the forum. In the redesign, emphasis was given to topics of the Oracle, and development of resources that enable quick access to essential information. It was found through cooperative evaluation sessions that the prototype of the redesigned interface was positively evaluated by the users. It is concluded that the redesign of the Portal and Oracle tool serving the scope defined by the users, with a clear and organized manner the contents necessary for the proper implementation of SIG-UFRN systems.

Por fim, ? apresentada uma lista de recomenda??es que poder? ser utilizada em futuro redesign da interface com vistas ? melhoria da arquitetura da informa??o e usabilidade do site do Instituto do C?rebro da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande Norte. / The objective of the current piece of research presents was draw up a list of recommendations for the site of the Instituto do C?rebro da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, with an emphasis on fault identification in usability and information architecture, through the application of design techniques with users of the institution. From the use of the following techniques: Cardsorting, applied to a group of six people as target public, such as professor, administrative technicians and graduate student of the institution; Interviews, carried out with the director of the Instituto do C?rebro, secretaries of the undergraduate and graduate courses; Cooperative Evaluation applied in two ways: in group and individually. The evaluation in group was fulfilled in four sessions that occurred with a group composed of six people who are part of the technical staff of the Instituto do C?rebro. In the Individual Cooperative Evaluation, eight users (graduate students and administrative technicians of the Instituto do C?rebro da UFRN) performed tasks which are frequently fulfilled by users from the public target in the site of the Instituto do C?rebro. After each session of the Individual Cooperative Evaluation, a questionnaire of the user?s satisfaction was used about his or her perception in regard to the site usability and utility of the mentioned institute site. Therefore, it was concluded that, by means of the analysis of the results and the triangulation of the obtained data in each one of the techniques applied with the users, in the present piece of research, problems were verified, among others; all related to the unsuitable use of the interface elements, navigation, labeling of some menu terms, and still, the lack of search space and integration with the social networks ? besides the lack, positioning and inappropriate formatting of information that would be of high relevance to the users. Finally, a list of recommendations is presented and this can be used in a future interface redesign with the goal to improve the information architecture and the usability of the site of the Instituto do C?rebro da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte.

Uma das etapas da Avalia??o Cooperativa ? a elabora??o de uma lista de tarefas que o usu?rio deve realizar para avaliar a interface. Fez-se necess?rio, ent?o, definir as tarefas que deveriam compor a avalia??o de usabilidade. Procuramos, sem ?xito, um processo de compra em aplicaivos para smartphones a fim de definir quais tarefas deveriam ser testadas pelos usu?rios. Encontramos, em literatura, somente processos de compra para sites. Com a participa??o de usu?rios adaptamos, ent?o, um dos processos de compra para sites ao contexto do site da Livraria Saraiva, objeto eleito para viabilizar o nosso estudo. Com este novo processo de compra para o contexto do site da Livraria Saraiva, verificamos se as etapas de compra eram correspondentes ?quelas referentes ao aplicativo m?vel para smartphones da mesma livraria. Verificadas as discrep?ncias, finalmente propusemos, junto com usu?rios, um processo de compra m?vel em aplicativos para smartphones no ambiente da Livraria Saraiva. A partir deste diagrama, fizemos uma Avalia??o Cooperativa no aplicativo de m-commerce da referida livraria. Este trabalho resultou na elabora??o, com a participa??o dos usu?rios, de um processo de compra considerando as etapas de compra que refletissem a forma de comprar dos usu?rios, quando est?o diantes da interface de aplicativos m?veis de m-commerce desenvolvidas para smartphones, o que orientou a avalia??o da usabilidade na interface do aplicativo m?vel de m-commerce da Livraria Saraiva e, poder? servir a outros estudos, tanto como base metodol?gica quanto como diagrama de aplica??o em interfaces an?logas. Ainda, os resultados nos fizeram concluir que incluir os usu?rios na avalia??o de interfaces deve, se poss?vel, tamb?m pressupor a inclus?o dos mesmos no ajuste dos par?metros dos instrumentos que ser?o usados na avalia??o. ABSTRACT: We were motivated to do this work because we have found in literature about m?commerce most users revealed reluctance to buy via mobile applications in smartphones. At first we meant to use the technique of cooperative evaluation with users to investigate the usability of these shopping environments in mobile applications to smartphones. One of the steps of cooperative evaluation is the preparation of a tasks list which the user must do to evaluate the interface. It was necessary, then, to define the tasks which should compose the usability evaluation. A purchasing process in applications for smartphones was seeked, unsuccessfully, in order to define which tasks should be tested by the users. In the wide information source we only found site?s process of purchase. We made some changes for sites in the purchasing context of the site of Saraiva Bookstore with the participation of users, then, the elected object to enable this study. With this new diagram for the context of Saraiva Bookstore's site, it was checked if the steps were corresponding in the mobile application for smartphones of the same bookstore. The discrepancies were verified and it was proposed, with the users, a diagram for the purchasing process in applications for smartphones in Saraiva bookstore's shopping environment. Based on this diagram we have defined which tasks should be tested by users and the cooperative evaluation was made in the application of m-commerce of this bookstore. This work led to the development, with the users, of a diagram with purchasing steps and these steps reflected the way users purchase when they were faced to m-commerce mobile applications developed for smartphones. The purchase process diagram guided the cooperative evaluation with the application of m?commerce studied and helped us to conclude that including users in the evaluation of interfaces should, if possible, also mean to include them in the construction of their own instruments. This led to the develop steps of purchasing process, with the participation of the users considering buying which reflected the way users buy when they have to use m?commerce applications developed for smartphones mobile interface and this guided the evaluation of the usability of mobile application m-commerce Saraiva interface. This study may be applied to other studies, both as a methodological basis and as well as a diagram analogous application interfaces. Still, the results have made us conclude including users in the evaluation of interfaces should, if possible, also assume their inclusion in adjusting the parameters of the instruments which will be used in the evaluation of the interface.

Ap?s o levantamento de dados deste contexto foram selecionados quatro Materiais Interativos (?Introdu??o ao C?lculo Aplicado?, ?Ci?ncia, Tecnologia e Sociedade?, ?Estudos do Semi?rido? e ?Geografia Cultural?) que adotam a estrutura estabelecida pela UFRN-SEDIS para serem avaliados quanto ? sua usabilidade. Inicialmente foi realizado um teste preliminar a partir de avalia??o cooperativa com uma aluna interagindo com os quatro Materiais Interativos no intuito de revelar e mapear as principais falhas de usabilidade, subsidiando questionamentos mais aprofundados posteriormente. As grava??es deste teste preliminar foram analisadas por um grupo de foco composto por dois designers gr?ficos e dois designers de multim?dia, sendo estes os desenvolvedores respons?veis pelos Materiais Interativos, o que contribuiu para analisar o desvio entre ?o que foi projetado? e ?como foi usado?, estruturando e complementando o roteiro para a avalia??o cooperativa e avalia??o de satisfa??o posteriores. A avalia??o cooperativa foi aplicada individualmente a dez alunos de cursos de gradua??o da UFRN, que testaram cada um dos quatro materiais. Ao final todos preencheram um question?rio de avalia??o de satisfa??o adaptado do formul?rio Quis (Questionnaire for User Interaction Satisfaction). A an?lise dos dados coletados na presente pesquisa revelou pontos positivos, negativos e apontamentos a serem considerados para nortear o desenvolvimento de futuros materiais did?ticos interativos, no contexto da UFRN-SEDIS, retroalimentando o processo de design e avalia??o com a participa??o do usu?rio / This study aims to assess the usability of Interactive Materials developed for the courses offered by UFRN SEDIS the modality of distance education (DE), using the techniques of focus group cooperative evaluation and assessment of satisfaction. The Interactive Materials are intended to serve as an avenue where the course content reaches the student in an educational, stimulating and self-instructive enough for the student to engage and find no difficulty in using it so. After the survey data in this context were selected four Interactive Materials ("Introduction to Applied Calculus", "Science, Technology and Society", "studies the Semi-Arid" and "Cultural Geography") that adopt the framework established by UFRN for SEDIS be evaluated for their usability. Initially, a preliminary test was conducted from cooperative assessment with a student interacting with the four learning objects in order to reveal and map the major failures of usability, supporting deeper questions later. The recordings of this preliminary test were analyzed by a focus group composed of two graphic designers and two multimedia designers, and developers responsible for these objects, which helped to analyze the gap between "what was designed" and "as was used "structuring and supplementing the roadmap for cooperative evaluation and assessment of subsequent satisfaction. The cooperative evaluation was applied individually to ten students of undergraduate UFRN that tested each of the four materials. At the end, every student completed a questionnaire assessing satisfaction form adapted Wanted (Questionnaire for User Interaction Satisfaction). The analysis of the data collected in this study revealed positive, negative and notes to be considered to guide the future development of Interactive Materials, in the context of UFRN SEDIS, feedback to the process of design and evaluation with user participation

Um dos sistemas utilizados para cria??o e gest?o de peri?dicos eletr?nicos ? o Sistema Eletr?nico de Editora??o de Revistas (SEER), utilizado na constru??o de portais de peri?dicos, assim como na cria??o de revistas isoladamente. Nesse sentido, acredita-se que os sistemas de gest?o e cria??o de revistas cient?ficas eletr?nicas devem ser desenvolvidos (interna e externamente) de acordo com as necessidades dos seus usu?rios. No caso do desenvolvimento interno, alguns desses processos se referem ao cadastro de autor e ? submiss?o de artigos, que, por sua vez, s?o tarefas relevantes no processo editorial. Assim, o trabalho proposto, de tem?tica Usabilidade de peri?dicos cient?ficos, objetiva analisar a usabilidade do processo de cadastro de autor e de submiss?o de artigos no SEER por meio da revista BiblioCanto, que integra o Portal de Peri?dicos Eletr?nicos da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN). Para a efetiva??o da pesquisa, foram utilizadas duas t?cnicas de avalia??o: o Teste de Usabilidade e a Avalia??o Cooperativa, com um total de vinte participantes, divididos em quatro categorias. Para validar os instrumentos da pesquisa (o question?rio pr?-sess?o e o Questionnaire of User Interaction Satisfaction), foram realizados dois testes piloto antes da realiza??o da avalia??o em definitivo. Ap?s a execu??o do Teste de Usabilidade e Avalia??o Cooperativa em definitivo, os resultados apontaram que os dois processos analisados (cadastro de autor e submiss?o de artigos) necessitam de melhorias. Em se tratando do processo de cadastro, destacam-se as seguintes necessidades: sinaliza??o do ambiente de realiza??o de cadastro; descri??o e exclus?o de informa??es solicitadas no formul?rio para cadastramento. No processo de submiss?o de artigos, enfatizam-se melhorias dos aspectos: in?cio dos passos para submiss?o, sinaliza??o de campos obrigat?rios, descri??o concisa das etapas, minimiza??o e revis?o das etapas. Para Por fim, acredita-se que de uma forma geral o SEER atende parcialmente ?s necessidades dos seus usu?rios no tocante ? usabilidade do referido software. / The electronic journals correspond publishing channels and dissemination of scientific information. Through them, users can spread their studies as well as developing new researches. One of the systems used for creation and e-journals management is the Electronic System for Journal Publishing (SEER), used in the construction of periodic portals, as well as the creation of magazines in isolation. In this purport, it is believed that the management systems and creation of e-journals should be developed (internally and externally) according to the needs of its users. In the case of internal development, some of these processes refer to the copyright registration and submission of articles, which, in turn, are relevant tasks in the editorial process. Thus, the proposed study, thematic Usability of scientific journals, aims to analyze the usability of the copyright registration process and submission of articles in the Electronic System for Journal Publishing through BiblioCanto magazine, part of the Electronic Journals Portal of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN). For the realization of the research, two valuation techniques were used: the Usability Test with a total of twenty participants and the Cooperative Evaluation, with the same number of participants separated in four categories considered target audience of that magazine, namely: undergraduate students, graduate students, teachers and librarians. The results indicated that the two analyzed processes (copyright registration and submission of articles) need improvement. In the case of the registration process, the following needs are: signalizing of the conducting registration ambient; description and exclusion of requested information on the registration form. In the process of article submission, it is emphasized improvement of aspects: the early steps to submission, signaling of required fields, concise description of the steps, minimization and review of the steps. To this end, it is believed that in general idea the SEER partially meets the needs of its users regarding the usability of such software.

Atrav?s dela ? poss?vel identificar a situa??o dos servidores em um determinado espa?o de tempo, considerando a an?lise do pr?prio servidor, dos seus pares e de sua chefia. Na UFRN, o formul?rio de avalia??o ? aplicado anualmente e seu preenchimento ? obrigat?rio para os servidores t?cnico-administrativos em educa??o e os docentes que exercem de fun??es administrativas. Atrav?s desses dados, a equipe de Gest?o de Pessoas pode planejar as estrat?gias de desenvolvimento de pessoas, como cursos de capacita??o, por exemplo, permitindo que a institui??o cres?a junto com elas, contribuindo para a melhoria dos servi?os prestados. Por ser um processo importante para a gest?o de pessoas, a Pr?-Reitoria de Gest?o de Pessoas (PROGESP) identificou a necessidade de atualizar o conjunto de formul?rios de avalia??o de desempenho dos servidores, buscando torn?-lo mais agrad?vel para estimular os servidores a contribu?rem com o aprimoramento do funcionamento da ?rea de administra??o e desenvolvimento de pessoal. O estudo apresentado tem como objetivo analisar a usabilidade dos formul?rios de avalia??o de desempenho da UFRN, sendo o primeiro desenvolvido em 2006 e utilizado at? 2015 e o segundo, criado para substitu?-lo, e gerar um conjunto de sugest?es que possam contribuir para o redesign da ferramenta sob a ?tica da usabilidade. Para realizar este estudo de car?ter qualitativo, foram utilizadas duas t?cnicas para coletar as informa??es. Primeiramente, foi realizada uma entrevista estruturada com o respons?vel pelo Design da Superintend?ncia de Inform?tica (SINFO) e com os respons?veis pelo setor de avalia??o da PROGESP para facilitar a compreens?o do quadro atual e das necessidades de mudan?a. Em seguida, foram realizadas as avalia??es cooperativas. Realizada as seis sess?es para a aplica??o da Avalia??o Cooperativa e do Question?rio de Satisfa??o, instrumentos utilizados para a realiza??o desta pesquisa, foi poss?vel concluir que o formul?rio da resolu??o de 2015 apresenta mais usabilidade que o seu anterior, ainda que seja um prot?tipo e necessite de melhorias. / The performance evaluation is a fundamental tool for people management at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN). It is possible to identify the situation of the servers in a certain period of time using it, considering the analysis of the employee himself, his peers and his leadership. The evaluation form is applied annually at UFRN and its completion is compulsory for technical administrative in education and for teachers who perform administrative functions. The people management team can plan people's development strategies through these data, such as training courses, for example, allowing the institution to develop with them, contributing to the improvement of the services provided. The Pro-Rector's Office of People Management (PROGESP) identified the need to update the employee performance evaluation forms due to the impact of the people management process. The PROGESP tried to make the evaluation more pleasant to encourage employees to contribute to the improvement of personnel administration and development area. The present study aims to analyse the usability of UFRN performance evaluation forms. The first one was developed in 2006 and was used until 2015 when the second one was created to replace it, and generate suggestions that may contribute to the redesign of the tool from the point of view of usability. Two techniques were used to collect the information to perform this qualitative study. First, a structured interview was conducted with the responsible for the Design of the Superintendence of Information Technology (SINFO) and with the PROGESP evaluation department to facilitate understanding of the current situation and the need for change. Then, Cooperative evaluations were then carried out. After conducting the application of six Cooperative Assessment and Satisfaction Questionnaire, instruments used in this research, it was possible to conclude that the second resolution presents more usability than its previous one, although it is a prototype and needs improvement.

O estudo teve como base os conceitos de avalia??es de usabilidade atrav?s de t?cnicas preditivas, utilizando os crit?rios ergon?micos de inspe??o via checklist do LabUtil, e prospectivas, utilizando a avalia??o cooperativa e question?rio de satisfa??o. A metodologia da pesquisa ? descritiva e sua abordagem mista, na qual s?o utilizadas an?lises quantitativas, coletadas em question?rios de satisfa??o, e an?lises interpretativas, coletados em entrevistas in loco com 5 alunos do curso. Para o auxilio na organiza??o e dire??o da pesquisa foi utilizada um framework denominado DECIDE, na qual foi tra?ada uma sequ?ncia espec?fica de orienta??o, execu??o e an?lises no processo de avalia??o. A coleta de dados foi organizada em tr?s etapas: (1) etapa preparat?ria, na organiza??o das a??es que ir?o nortear as etapas subsequentes; (2) primeira etapa, com a realiza??o de uma an?lise diacr?nica do objeto em estudo e inspe??o ergon?mica; (3) segunda etapa, com a execu??o da avalia??o cooperativa aliada ao question?rio de satisfa??o. A an?lise dos dados na primeira etapa, atrav?s da an?lise diacr?nica do ambiente, apresentou um avan?o significativo no aspecto visual, organiza??o dos conte?dos e uso de novas tecnologias em rela??o ?s vers?es anteriores, em contrapartida a inspe??o via checklist apresentou um percentual de aproximadamente 33% de n?o conformidade com os crit?rios ergon?micos no Ergolist, apresentando a flexibilidade, controle do usu?rio, feedback e a??es m?nimas como um dos maiores problemas da interface. Os resultados da segunda etapa mostraram uma conson?ncia com a maioria dos pontos da etapa anterior, adicionando um toque pessoal do usu?rio em rela??o ? satisfa??o e aspectos relevantes ? usabilidade do ambiente. / This papers objective is to evaluate the usability and the information architecture of the Moodle Mandacaru interface, now being utilized in the Center for Studies in Public Health in the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN). Specifically in the Specialization Course in Labor Management and Health Education (CGTES), and to propose improvements for future versions. The study was based on the concepts of usability evaluations using predictive techniques, using ergonomic criteria for inspection via checklist LabUtil, and prospective, using the cooperative evaluation and satisfaction questionnaire. The research methodology is descriptive and its mixed approach, in which are utilized quantitative analysis, collected in satisfaction questionnaires and interpretative analysis, collected in interviews on site with 5 students of the course. To help in the organization and direction of the research it was used a framework called DECIDE, where a specific sequence of orientation, execution and analysis in the evaluation process was drawn .Data collection was organized in three stages: (1) the preparatory phase, the organization of actions that will guide the subsequent steps; (2) the first stage, with the realization of a diachronic analysis of the object under study and ergonomic inspection; (3) the second stage, with the implementation of cooperative evaluation coupled with the satisfaction questionnaire. Data analysis in the first stage, through environmental diachronic analysis showed a significant improvement in visual appearance, content organization and use of new technologies in previous versions, however the inspection via checklist presented a percentage of approximately 33% non-compliance with the ergonomic criteria in Ergolist, presenting flexibility, user control, feedback and minimal actions as one of the interface problems. The results of the second step showed a consistent with most points of the previous stage, adding a personal touch user satisfaction with regard to usability and aspects relevant to the environment.
